“quite an effective software”
Pros
Building a site with the software has been a really positive experience. It's very user friendly even if you've never created a website before. The drag and drop editor makes customizing each part of the site feel easy and it's simple to get things looking the way you want. There's also a huge selection of templates so whether you're putting together a blog, an online shop or something else entirely, there are plenty of good options available. Another big plus is that features like SEO tools and email marketing are included in one place which makes managing everything a lot more convenient.
Cons
If I were being picky, I'd say the software isn't the most affordable choice especially when you want access to all the extra features. Most templates do look really good on mobile but a few of them need a bit of additional adjustment to display properly on smaller screens. And if you're the type of user who wants deep control over code and backend customization, it can feel somewhat restrictive compared with platforms like WordPress.

“website builder with lots of tools”
Pros
Very to simple to get started with due to the drag and drop builder. As I spent more time exploring it I also came across plenty of useful tools and features to work with.
Cons
Connecting the software to a payment platform was the part that felt confusing and more complicated than expected. It took a while before I fully understood how everything was supposed to work.

“simple upkeep after setup”
Pros
After the site is up and running, keeping it updated and making changes is very easy. It's simple to maintain, try out new features and edit content and even team members without a technical background can handle website updates with only minimal training.
Cons
Getting some features configured at the beginning especially the CMS, was a bit challenging. We ended up needing outside help to set everything up the way we wanted.

“good layout, limited add-ons”
Pros
Setting up a site using this tool is fairly easy, updates go through quickly and the overall layout works well for most types of websites.
Cons
The plugin and third-party extension options are not as effective as they could be and making updates on mobile is difficult.

One thing it was missing was some features that other programs offer, like more specific customization through CSS or HTML coding.

“reliable site, costly plans”
Pros
The templates used to be really good and my site stays consistently reliable.
Cons
The pricing is on the high side. It would be better if there were lower-tier packages or a way to pick only the features you actually need.

“so reliable”
Pros
Coming from a non-technical background, the software has been a fairly easy no-code or low-code website builder to work with. I used it to build SavvySpender.ie and it has grown into a site with around 100k visitors a year which is pretty impressive considering the size of Ireland. It also gives you a lot of room to customize the site the way you want.
Cons
Although it works well for building polished e-commerce websites, there are a few obvious drawbacks. The built-in search feature is quite weak so if your site has a large amount of content, that can be disappointing. Other platforms offer integrations with tools like Algolia but the software still doesn't. On top of that, the email plan pricing feels like a rip-off. One option gives only 5k emails per month while the next tier jumps all the way to 1 million and costs around EUR50 per month. As a business that definitely doesn't need to spend 50k per month, I'm basically pushed into paying for a higher tier than I actually need.

“attractive templates, frustrating to use”
Pros
Getting started with the basic features is pretty easy and there are plenty of beautiful templates to choose from.
Cons

“quick launch that saved my sale”
Pros
After BlueHost had a major server crash a few years back, I lost my site right before a big online art sale. That disaster is what brought me to the software and the biggest advantage has been how quickly I can get a page live. Since my domain was hosted somewhere else, I was able to point it to a newly built the software site in no time and keep my plans for the sale on track.
Cons
The one thing that still bothers me is the lack of fluid design options in the WYSIWYG editor. On larger screens, the sites can end up looking a bit awkward, like a narrow vertical strip sitting in the center of a lot of empty space.

“professional sites”
Pros
Building a website feels very easy thanks to the huge selection of templates. The finished site comes out looking polished and professional and it seems to rank better than websites I've seen that weren't built with this tool. It's also nice knowing there are friendly, well trained support people available whenever help is needed.
Cons
I haven't run into any real problems with the software and I've been maintaining my site on it for the past four years.

“reliable portfolio builder”
Pros
Whether you're a student or a working professional, the software makes it simple to create and publish free websites that are user friendly. I originally used it to build my personal portfolio while I was in college and even two years later I still go back to that site as a reference.
Cons
The controls can feel a bit tricky when you're using them for the first time. It definitely takes some hands-on practice with the various features before you can move through everything quickly and efficiently.
