“efficient setup”
Pros
Everything about the product has matched what was advertised. It's simple to use, works efficiently and gets the job done without any trouble. The customer service is also very accessible, quick to respond and genuinely friendly which has been a huge help for me.
Cons
For now I really don't have any downsides to mention. My experience with the software has been consistently positive.

“accessible platform”
Pros
Right from the start the drag and drop editor feels very accessible so putting together a professional looking website is possible even without any coding knowledge. The wide selection of templates is a big advantage and the App Market adds a lot of value by letting you include features like bookings or online stores.
Cons
After you pick a template switching to a different one is not very convenient because you often have to rebuild the content. On top of that page loading can get a bit slow if the site is packed with too many animations or large images.

“diverse selection of templates”
Pros
There's a huge selection of templates and design features on the platform and the different membership tiers make it a good fit for just about any office's needs.
Cons
Getting started was a bit challenging because learning all the design tools and building a site from scratch took some time. Once I got used to how everything worked though it became much more manageable.

“professional sites without overspending”
Pros
Excellent value for the price and having a few free options available is a nice bonus. The tutorials and built in automation really help put together a professional looking website in a short amount of time.
Cons
There is some training included but I still had to use a third party course to fully understand the steps and get the site looking exactly the way I wanted.

“Make websites without web design skills”
Pros
I have no background in web design whatsoever yet I was still able to put together a beautiful site using the tools they provide. If I could manage it just about anyone probably can!
Cons
A few parts took more effort to understand especially pop ups. I also needed some help getting certain embedded documents set up properly.

“clean visuals”
Pros
Adding and managing videos and images with the software is really easy. The tools are simple to work with and the final result looks clean and professional even without much technical knowledge.
Cons
Some features stay locked unless you upgrade and the customization options can feel a bit limited compared to more advanced platforms. The extra add ons can also make it somewhat expensive.

“Constant updates”
Pros
Whenever I've needed assistance the customer service team has been really helpful. The team behind the software also keeps improving the platform which helps me provide a better experience for my own customers.
Cons
The biggest frustration has been that my emails keep landing in spam instead of people's inboxes. I even tried paying for Mailchimp but when I attempted to integrate the app, it crashed my site and left it down for more than a week before I was able to get everything working again. This whole issue could have been avoided if emails sent from them were delivered to the inbox rather than spam.

“so reasonable”
Pros
Gives you a lot of control when it comes to managing the finer details of a website. It's fairly simple to work with and the pricing is pretty reasonable compared with other platforms.
Cons
Compared with some other apps I've used this feels a little less accessible and the design options aren't quite as visually appealing. I've also run into a few bugs here and there though nothing serious enough to make me stop using it.

“great support for beginners”
Pros
As someone new to building websites this has been a really good fit. The customer support is excellent and the platform is simple to use which makes it ideal for beginners like me. It has also been incredibly helpful for small charities like ours giving us a way to create a website that raises awareness and offers potential funders a place to learn more about what we do.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any real complaints. If anything I would just appreciate a bit more training so I could make better use of the many features that are available.

“frustrating support and payout issues”
Pros
Selling directly from the website was a big plus! The platform is well organized, user friendly and very simple to work in. Making updates to the site was extremely easy and I never needed any coding knowledge to handle edits myself. If I were judging this as only as a website builder, I would honestly give it 5 stars.
Cons
Customer service was by far the worst part. We bought an existing business that was already running on the platform and it was incredibly difficult to figure out why certain things were happening like payouts still being tied to the previous owner's EIN. Reaching support was a challenge on its own because you had to know the exact wording to use with the AI chatbot or it would just keep sending you in circles through help articles. The only way to speak with a real person was through a very hidden support button. Once we finally got in touch with someone we asked about changing how certain SOP related functions worked especially since payouts were still going to the former owner even after the business transfer and the answer we got was that we needed to contact every customer individually and reset their payment details in order to receive that money. We have more than 400 clients so that was completely unrealistic. We also tried to get a clear breakdown of what we were actually paying for on the platform including subscriptions, email add ons, user add ons, surcharges and other fees but nobody could give us a direct answer. Eventually the problems piled up so much that we decided to move our subscriber operations to another platform. We are still keeping this as the website host though.

“Premium features”
Pros
Using the premium features has been a genuinely enjoyable experience and the customer service has impressed me just as much. Every agent I've dealt with has been highly well informed about everything the platform offers, easy to reach, clear in their explanations and incredibly patient and understanding while guiding me step by step over the phone or through live chat.
Cons
It's difficult to come up with much to dislike. If I had to point out one thing I'd say I wish there were more options to make changes to my website from my phone instead of needing to use my computer for most edits. Still it's not a major issue for me.

“Quick setup”
Pros
Building a site with this software feels very easy even without any technical background. The templates are flexible, the setup process is fast and the drag and drop editor works really well. It also offers strong visual design options so putting together a polished looking website doesn't take much effort.
Cons
A few parts feel a bit restricted unless you upgrade to a paid plan and bigger websites can start to slow down. Some of the more advanced tools are somewhat difficult to use and take a little time to figure out.

“fast launch with polished templates”
Pros
Does a really good job when the goal is to get a professional looking website live quickly. The drag and drop editor, large template selection and built in SEO features make it a strong option when a client needs an online presence without going through a full development process. For early stage landing pages and product showcases, it continues to be useful and we still rely on it for certain types of projects.
Cons
From a software development company's perspective we often run into the limits of what the platform can support. Custom features, more advanced integrations and deeper performance tuning are restricted compared with fully custom built solutions. Since the platform has a fairly closed architecture, moving away from it once you've outgrown it can be difficult. It also isn't a good fit for the dynamic web applications we typically create for clients.

“ALL in one”
Pros
Really stood out to me for its user friendly interface and strong design flexibility. I can build a professional looking website, manage content and take care of business tools all in one place without needing any advanced technical skills.
Cons
One thing I liked least about the software is that after picking a template changing it later is difficult without having to rebuild parts of the site. On top of that some features and settings can be a bit hard to locate which ends up slowing the workflow down.

“love the member features”
Pros
Having all these tools in one place has been a huge plus and the customer support has been excellent too. From visitor announcements and members only pages to collecting dues from members, it really helps us manage everything much more efficiently. I also appreciate being able to update the site whenever we need to. Absolutely love it!
Cons
The only thing I wish were different is not having to keep an eye out for discounts although I should mention that once I contacted customer service, the process was pretty painless. The frustration was really only there before getting in touch with them.

“powerful time-saver”
Pros
Using this has been a real time saver. It's very simple to work with and the AI features can automatically post to social media which cuts down on a lot of manual effort. It also helps with writing content which makes the whole process even more convenient.
Cons
Only problem is that the interface doesn't feel very accessible at first so it takes some time to learn. Saving pictures and using the image browser can also be frustrating and harder to manage than expected.

“review for software”
Pros
Starting with this has been such a positive experience because there are so many templates to choose from when building a website. I also love that it is so affordable for the level of quality you get. Being able to create landing pages for ads and link them directly to another page on my site or even to a booking page embedded within my website has been incredibly useful. I would absolutely recommend it especially to anyone just getting started since it is very user friendly and simple to work with. You can personalize everything with your own photos and videos, contact customer support without much trouble and log in anytime to make updates whenever you need to.
Cons
At times it can take a bit of extra effort to get everything looking exactly how you want especially if you are very particular about the details. I have also run into occasional bugs on both the mobile app and the website where I need to reload a couple of times before I can access my site.

“Very easy”
Pros
Creating a website used to seem overwhelming to me but this software made the whole process feel much more approachable once I got into it! The biggest plus is that you don't need to be a designer or know how to code to build something that looks polished and professional. The drag and drop editor feels natural to use since you can place elements where you want them and they stay there. I picked one of the many available templates and customized the colors and fonts to fit my brand in roughly an hour. I also really appreciated the built in SEO checklist which gives clear step by step guidance on what to do to improve visibility on Google. That's especially helpful if SEO isn't your area of expertise. It does have a couple of limitations though. Once you commit to a template and start building, switching to a totally different one means starting over so that decision matters a lot early on. The mobile version can also need some manual adjustments after finishing the desktop layout to make sure everything looks right. Even with those minor troubles it has been a dependable and enjoyable platform for launching a business website quickly.
Cons
While it is approachable overall, a few things start to get frustrating when you move beyond a basic site. The biggest issue is the template lock in. After you choose a template and begin adding content, you can't switch to a completely different design without rebuilding the site from the ground up. You can still adjust things like colors and fonts but the core layout stays locked in place. Another downside is the amount of mobile editing that's often required. It does generate a mobile version automatically but it usually isn't fully polished so you may end up spending quite a bit of time in the Mobile Editor shifting elements around so they don't overlap or look awkward on smaller screens. Performance can also be a concern. Since the drag and drop system relies on fairly heavy code to allow that level of design freedom, sites can sometimes load more slowly than ones built on leaner platforms or with cleaner code especially if you use lots of large images or animations. The plan structure has its own limitations too. Some entry level paid plans still offer fairly limited storage and if you want to remove the branding and connect your own domain, you'll need to upgrade to a higher tier plan which can feel pricey compared with basic hosting options. Other than that the huge number of buttons, apps and design settings can be a little overwhelming for a complete beginner. With so many choices and the freedom to place elements anywhere it's pretty easy to feel stuck or accidentally throw off the layout.

“patient support saved the day”
Pros
After running into two fairly complicated website issues I got truly outstanding help from their representative. She stayed patient the whole time and walked me through everything step by step for well over an hour. Thanks to her support both problems were fully fixed and I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Ten stars for their customer service!!
Cons
The problem appeared completely out of the blue and wasn't something I had ever dealt with before. I could tell right away it was going to take a lot of time to sort out.
