Compared with other online website editors it offers a much higher level of customization and gives me a lot more control over how everything looks and works.

First time users may need some time to adjust to it and getting comfortable with all of the advanced customization features could be challenging for some webmasters.

The way I could customize the web pages was a big plus and adding SKUs was easy too.

It still took a fair amount of time and effort to get everything fully put together into the final product.

Pretty easy to get started with especially for someone who isn't very technical. On top of that their customer support has been really helpful whenever I've needed assistance.

Like any other platform this one also requires some effort to get used to. Still it feels easier to pick up and learn than a lot of other website builders.

I can say that it has been a positive experience overall after using this software for our company website. Setting everything up was incredibly simple, the platform is very user friendly and the pricing feels very budget-friendly.

One downside is that if you decide to move away from the software, transferring your website is not really an option. Other than that the loading speed seems a bit slower compared to some other websites.

The support expert quickly understood exactly what I needed, looked into the issue and came back with a solution that worked for my situation. Everything was handled in a timely way which I really appreciated!!

Even without a graphic design background, I was able to build my website. The newer version includes AI which was really helpful for putting together a starting draft. It saved me a lot of time when creating a new site.

You will need some time to figure it out and the AI still has plenty of room for improvement :)

Thieves. Dishonest. They never answer your questions directly and instead hide behind a fake customer service team that only explains how they legally took your money.

Customer support never actually responds. And when something does come through it's just robots. They charge you unfairly, take your money and then nobody is there to answer afterward.

Has been sooo great to use! It's very easy to figure out especially for someone who isn't very well informed about building websites. On top of that the customer support has been excellent! I've run into a few issues trying to get certain things working the way I wanted and every time, the support team has been helpful, patient and genuinely kind :)

Launching a website feels very easy but it still has plenty of power behind it. There are lots of options to customize and build out your site the way you want.

Building a professional-looking website with this software feels very easy thanks to its drag and drop editor and the huge selection of templates. I used it to put together a portfolio site for my freelance work and the interface was clear enough that I could fine tune the design without any coding knowledge at all. The App Market is also a big plus with plenty of useful plugins available to add extra functions.

Cons

The free version does have some frustrating limits including the software branding along with very restricted storage and bandwidth. Another downside is that after choosing a template you can't switch to a different one unless you rebuild the entire site which is definitely inconvenient.
