“beginner friendly website creation”
Pros
Getting a website up and running with this platform feels very easy even without much technical know-how. It's simple to use and makes building a site accessible for people who aren't very technical.
Cons
At times, the platform can be a little buggy which gets frustrating. I'm also not a fan of the limited number of static pages especially since there's no option to add more when needed.

“powerful SEO tools”
Pros
Building a site with the software feels very approachable because the drag and drop editor is accessible and simple to work with. It also comes with a wide range of templates, including designer-made ones and they can be customized to fit different needs. Another strong point is the selection of apps and integrations available for businesses. On top of that, the software includes advanced SEO tools and offers reliable hosting and security which makes it a solid all-in-one option.
Cons
The downside is that the software can get expensive especially when compared with other website builders and moving up to higher-tier plans costs even more. It also doesn't offer as much customization as WordPress particularly for users who want deeper control through coding. There are also some platform limitations to keep in mind, along with SEO constraints in certain cases. Site performance and speed could be better and some users may notice shortcomings in e-commerce features as well as analytics and reporting.

“Complete website builder”
Pros
Getting a site put together with the software felt very easy. The drag and drop editor and ready-made content blocks made the design process simple and I really appreciated the built-in business tools that make the software feel like a one-stop shop for just about everything a website needs.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is better website transferability. Aside from that, I genuinely enjoy using the software and plan to keep using it until easier transfer options become available.

“clean visuals”
Pros
The visual design tools make building a professional-looking website very easy and there's no coding needed to get everything set up nicely.
Cons
Pricing can get expensive if you're running a site over the long term and the templates don't offer as much personalization as I'd like.

“handy appointment scheduling”
Pros
One thing that really worked well with the software was being able to integrate appointment scheduling directly into the website.
Cons
The part that pushed me away was the pricing and that's ultimately why I stopped using the software and switched to something else.

“creative freedom for web design”
Pros
the software is a website builder that really lets your ideas take shape. You can pretty much do anything with it and it's completely up to you where each element goes. If you want a button in the top left corner, you can place it there. If you'd rather have it at the bottom center, that works too. It's a strong fit for anyone who already has a clear picture of how their site should look and wants plenty of room to be creative.
Cons
That same freedom is also one of the software's biggest downsides. Because there are almost no real limits, getting started can feel overwhelming if you don't already know how you want your website to look. And once your site grows larger, you may start running into some UI bugs which can become pretty frustrating to deal with.

“powerful website tools”
Pros
Right from the start, the software felt packed with features in the best way. It offers a huge range of tools that really help with running and maintaining a solid website for a small business. I especially enjoy the website editor and the detailed reports are incredibly useful as well.
Cons
My only slight frustration is figuring out how to get the most out of the platform because there are so many features and functions. At times, it can be a little hard to find exactly where I want to go simply because there is so much included.

“affordable setup but limiting”
Pros
Getting started was quick, low-cost and very easy. I was able to jump in and build without reading any documentation at all. It's also one of the more affordable website builder and hosting combinations available.
Cons
That said it feels quite a bit slower than Squarespace and WordPress. Like Squarespace, it also has trouble with mobile and the grid system feels more restrictive than I expected.

“solid features”
Pros
Even the free version comes with a really strong range of features. The templates are a big plus for me because they make building a site much more easy and there's pretty much a suitable option for every purpose.
Cons
There's almost nothing I can really complain about. The only issue I've run into is that, on very rare occasions, the builder has crashed.

“helpful guides, limited flexibility”
Pros
It's a well-known platform and one clear advantage is the strong amount of user-generated content available especially when it comes to guides and tutorials.
Cons
At the same time, it's not as user friendly as platforms like Squarespace and it also doesn't feel as powerful or flexible as options such as Elementor for WordPress.

“my review”
Pros
Starting our website from scratch on our own did not go very well so switching to the software was a huge relief. It's very accessible to use which made a big difference for our small family business. We were really impressed that it works well for complete beginners like us while still offering enough for more experienced web designers too.
Cons
Some of the backend business sections were a bit confusing at first especially when trying to find things like statements or upcoming payments. After spending some time with it though, we were able to figure it out.
