Analytics used to be hard to integrate properly for full conversion tracking but it seems to be working much better now. A big improvement overall.

Building a professional-looking site with the software feels very approachable even if you're just starting out. The website builder is accessible and the large collection of customizable templates makes it simple to create something that fits your style. I also appreciate how flexible it is.. you can add things like booking features or an online store without needing any coding knowledge. On top of that, the customer support team and knowledge base have been useful whenever I needed help figuring something out.

Cons

A frustrating part of the software is that after selecting a template, switching to a different one later isn't really simple unless you rebuild the site from scratch. It also has a lot of features but some of the more advanced tools are only available on higher-tier plans which may become costly for small businesses. With so many options in the editor, it can also feel a bit overwhelming at times.

One feature that's been incredibly useful in the software is being able to duplicate entire websites and copy full pages to use on other sites. Since I often build similar websites, that option has really helped speed things up and made the whole process much more efficient.

One thing I didn't like was that on one of my premium sites, I had to update my credit card just to cancel the renewal. I also feel the cancellation process for premium plans is a bit confusing.

At the same time, there were quite a few limitations when it came to website customization especially with restricted relational database connections and limited integration options for third-party plugins such as Typeform and Calendly.

Moving the domain from GoDaddy over to the software was frustrating and not very easy.
