Pros
The software comes with well-designed templates that I can customize without much trouble which works really well for both my business site and my personal portfolio. It also offers more functions than the website builder I was using before so it feels like a step up overall.
Cons
The downside is the pricing which feels a bit expensive compared with other website builders out there. That applies not only to the website plans but also to buying domains through the software.

Pros
The templates are nice and putting a website together is fairly easy.
Cons
Trying to reach customer service has been a frustrating experience and I also feel like I was overcharged. The list of issues keeps going and overall I think this is an awful company.

Pros
A big reason I'm leaving this review is the customer support I received. I was connected with this one rep and they were absolutely fabulous. My issue was pretty complicated and they stayed with me for more than an hour helping me troubleshoot everything. I was also on the line with Legal Zoom which is where the original problem started and while their team wasn't helpful at all, the same rep worked with me to figure out a workaround. I already like the software overall but this review is really because of how outstanding that support experience was. Thank you to the team!!! The only reason my recommendation score is 8/10 instead of higher is because there isn't a clear help number available.
Cons
The part I really dislike is that there's no direct support number to call. Instead you have to go through a chatbot and get redirected through chat forums before reaching an actual person on the phone. That was incredibly frustrating until I finally got connected with this wonderful rep who was able to help.

Pros
Having everything in one place for my spa has been a huge plus. The website, bookings, payments and automations are all built in and honestly it feels like an ideal solution for what I need.
Cons
The only thing I'd want is the ability to handle absolutely everything from my phone though I realize that's probably not very realistic.

Pros
Building a polished, attractive website is very achievable with the software. The drag and drop editor is easy to use, there's a large collection of templates to choose from and the customization options give you plenty of control over how your site looks. On top of that, the App Market offers lots of extra features which makes it easier to extend functions and modify the site even further.
Cons
The free version does come with limitations and if you want access to more advanced tools and features, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Cons

A user friendly interface made all the difference for me. I had zero experience when I first started building websites in 2016 and now I'm getting paid thousands of dollars to create sites. the software has remained my number one platform the whole time.
Cons
One area that hasn't been as strong is the Google search side of things. Getting a site ranked number one on Google can be difficult and I'm not really sure why.
