“AI powered”
Pros
Using the software, I've been able to build an excellent website and improve the reach of my original site. The AI feature has helped me a lot throughout the website creation process.
Cons
all of the features have been really good. There's no need to download any extra tools or extensions because the software already comes with the best features and functions built in.

“my time with the software”
Pros
Getting started with this software felt very simple because it is highly accessible and even someone without a design background can use it without much trouble. The tools are easy and easy to understand. The wide range of templates is another big advantage, with plenty of well-designed options that help create a professional look for different types of businesses. Another interesting point is that the software offers a large number of extra features, such as forms, online stores, blogs and even SEO tools. I really enjoyed using it and would recommend it.
Cons
That said there are still some limitations. The design flexibility can create responsiveness issues, meaning not every layout automatically adapts to mobile phones and tablets the way you would expect. This can leave the site looking a bit messy and make things harder for users who are not very familiar with the platform. On top of that, the software can become expensive for anyone who needs more effective plans, additional storage space or advanced features. The free plan gives a good initial experience but it comes with the software ads on the site and a less professional URL which may not be ideal. They really need to improve these conditions for users.

“attentive support that boosts business”
Pros
Every time I've contacted customer service, their attention to detail has really stood out. I genuinely appreciate the help and support they've given me and it has helped me improve and elevate what I offer through my business.
Cons
The only frustrating part is the bot you have to go through before reaching a real person. When I need assistance, it can be hard to stay patient while answering all the assessment questions just to get to customer service.

“website setup made simple”
Pros
Building a website and getting the supporting web infrastructure in place was very easy. Registering a domain name was quick and setting up email was not too difficult either.
Cons
Connecting everything with Gmail was more complicated than it should have been and the calendar integration also took more effort than expected.

“fast launch”
Pros
Creating a site with the software feels very easy. The drag and drop editor makes page design accessible and the quick publishing option means you can have a website live in just a few minutes. The templates are well done and there are plenty of built-in apps and features, such as contact forms, that you can add without relying on third-party tools.
Cons
There really haven't been many problems for me. If anything, one limitation is that the software sites don't offer full code-level customization which could be a drawback for more advanced users. That said I prefer working with templates so it hasn't caused any issues on my end.

“has custom options”
Pros
A big reason I chose the software was the point-and-click editor. It also stood out as the only platform that let me set up the custom product options my products need.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the developers keep changing things without any documentation and they often remove features in ways that hurt the site's usability, design and layout. Even with 24/7 priority support, help is basically nonexistent. Someone may answer the phone but I can't say they've ever actually solved anything.

“free website builder win”
Pros
Getting started with the software is really nice because anyone can build a website for free in the beginning.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about a platform that lets anyone create and promote a website for free right from the start. Even after the trial ends, the paid plan is still offered at a low price.

“creative freedom with the software”
Pros
the software really lets your creativity take over while still giving you plenty of tools to build a website that fully reflects your product and the experience around it. The drag and drop editor is very user friendly, there are tons of impressive design options available and the App Market made it simple to add lots of extra functions to my site. It's an excellent platform for building a strong online presence even if you have no coding knowledge at all.
Cons
There is a free plan available but it comes with limitations and displays the software ads. To unlock the platform's full capabilities and use a custom domain, you need to upgrade to a premium plan.

“helpful AI setup flow”
Pros
Right from the start, the software gives you the option to use an AI chat to build a more personalized dashboard or you can skip it if you prefer. I went with the AI chat and it asked about the kind of content I wanted to create, my site name and what I was trying to achieve. After that, it guided me through the setup process, how to get paid and suggested extra apps that could help with building the site. The first app it recommended to me was the the software Blog app which fit what I needed.
Cons
The only downside for me is that the pricing feels a little high so I haven't upgraded yet.
