“So convenient!”

Pros

Getting around the software feels pretty easy even without any web development background especially now that the Harmony Editor and AI tools are built in. There are also plenty of templates and ready made design elements available which makes building pages much more convenient.

Cons

Something to watch out for is that the native payment system doesn't support multi currency and I only discovered that after setting everything up. If that matters for your business you'll need to rely on a third party payment app instead.

“guided setup but limiting”

Pros

It's easy to use even for someone who has never worked with front end code and especially helpful for a client who wants to be guided step by step through the whole process in a way that feels manageable.

Cons

It can be quite restrictive in many ways and doesn't leave much room for creative freedom but as a website building tool for people who don't know how to create sites manually, it can still be a decent starting point.

Pros

Gives a lot of flexibility for building a website without costing too much. It's also useful that the platform includes blog post creation and point of sale features in one place.

Cons

An area where it could improve is modernization overall especially with stronger AI integration to make the experience better.

Pros

Right from the start this app has felt like excellent value for the price. It comes with pretty much every feature you could want and whenever a bug or issue comes up, customer service takes care of it without any trouble.

Cons

I do not have any real complaints about the app because it has consistently treated me well. On the rare occasion I have run into a small hiccup, customer service has handled it quickly and without any problem.

“flexible layouts and fair pricing”

Pros

Feels very user friendly and it comes with a lot of layouts that can be customized to fit different needs. There are also plenty of affordable plans along with more advanced options if you need something with deeper features.

Cons

Making changes to an existing layout can be somewhat inconvenient at times. Also some of the lower-cost plans do not make it very simple to integrate payment options for e-commerce.

“good templates, frustrating mobile editor”

Pros

As a reasonably priced website builder and domain hosting option, it works well for small businesses. The page templates are fairly simple to customize and it's possible to build a polished, professional looking website on your own without much outside help.

Cons

Switching back and forth between the desktop and mobile editors gets tedious and the platform has quite a few glitches. It's common to need to refresh the page while editing and making the mobile version look as polished and professional as the desktop version can be difficult.

“Great customer help”

Pros

Building a website has been a really positive experience! The platform is easy to use, the websites come out looking great and the customer service has been super prompt whenever I've needed help. I'll definitely keep using it for any future websites I create.

Cons

One limitation is that you can't link multiple Instagram accounts to different pages on the same website. If a site includes different business areas with separate Instagram accounts, there really should be a way to connect each one properly.

Pros

It has been an excellent experience to build a website using this software! The design tools are really helpful and both the customer support and AI support have been outstanding. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to create a website without much experience since it makes the whole process very simple :)

Cons

I haven't run into anything negative to mention at this point. The website is fast, responsive and the AI features have been excellent.

Out of everything I've used this has been the best overall and the real human interaction is especially excellent.

Cons

The AI bots can be very annoying and that's the only issue I can point out for now.

Pros

The builder is simple to use but maybe a little too simple since people without much experience can end up making sites look odd or work improperly. Also being able to place elements almost anywhere might be a huge plus for some users while for others it can be really frustrating.

Cons

Something that really needs to change is the chat support timeout. Giving someone under two minutes to respond before ending the chat is ridiculous when you're trying to get help especially when the technician can disappear for five minutes or more. Customers need more time to reply. I was actively typing and almost got kicked out because I had to look up the information the agent was asking me to provide.

Pros

As someone without coding skills I was still able to build what I needed. The features do take a while to learn but once you get familiar with both the desktop and mobile settings, they work very well.

Cons

So annoying to see the constant promotions for new apps and extra subscriptions even when I already use them. Those pop ups can lead to billing problems if you accidentally add the same app subscription again.

Pros

Building solid and meaningful digital marketing platforms for clients has been very easy because the platform is user friendly and packed with useful features. I hadn't even needed to contact customer support until today and that experience turned out to be very positive as well. My team and I especially appreciate the security side of the platform since many of our clients run their businesses through it and rely on it for online stores and event management. That gives us a lot of confidence in the compliance standards and security it provides.

Cons

At this point I can't say there's anything about the platform that I dislike or would speak negatively about.

“Outstanding service”

Pros

Honestly the rep I worked with was the most helpful and responsive support assistant I've ever spoken with! The service from him was absolutely 5 star and I can't recommend him highly enough. Every question I had was answered right away and he was consistently polite and genuinely eager to help in the best way possible. The software really needs more support assistants like him because he's a real asset to their support team and I truly hope he goes far.

Cons

There really wasn't anything I disliked. Again their rep made the whole experience a very positive one and I honestly can't fault the support I received from him.

“LOVE it”

Pros

One thing I really enjoy is being able to build my website exactly the way I want. It's very user friendly and I feel like I get good value for the money without dealing with bugs or technical issues. This has also been really useful for business and marketing especially when I'm promoting my business.

Cons

Honestly there isn't really anything I dislike. The customer support has been helpful whenever I've had questions and I really enjoy features like adding images and videos since they make the website I create look much better using this tool.

The AI integration has been my favorite part of using the software. It still feels like one of the simplest website builders to work with.

Cons

The thing I'm still not sold on is the lack of cryptocurrency integration. If there's a workaround for that, I'd love to hear it.

Being able to manage the website from the backend during system upgrades has been really valuable. Overall my experience with the software has been very positive.

A limitation for our business is that uploaded videos can't be combined with sound which makes the tool less suitable for the way we work.

Building a website felt far less intimidating than I expected. It does more than offer a set of tools, it almost seems to understand what you're trying to create and helps make the process feel more natural. I also appreciated how it gives you room to be creative without constantly running into technical restrictions.

Cons

There were moments when the platform felt a little too open ended and without much structure even minor design choices ended up taking longer than I thought they would.

Pros

Making a professional looking site feels very easy because the drag and drop editor is so accessible and there's no need to touch code. On top of that the wide selection of templates gives plenty of design options and the built in SEO tools are a big plus.

Cons

After picking a template and starting your site, moving to a totally different one isn't really simple unless you rebuild from scratch. Also pages with a lot of media can sometimes load a little slower than expected.

Pros

Designing websites with this software feels very easy. I can make changes in seconds and publish them right away which is great.

Cons

It is still evolving and expanding so a few features can feel limited especially when you compare the websites to WordPress sites.

Pros

After being away from website design for about 20 years I needed a fast way to launch a small nonprofit site. I tested Adobe Express and Google Sites and while they were simple enough to use, they didn't have the level of polish I wanted for anything beyond a basic landing page. Then I gave this software a try and within just a few days I had a really attractive website live that can also grow as we expand in the future. I ran into one issue and contacted their team through online chat support and they stuck with me through the troubleshooting process until everything was fixed. Between the product itself, the final look of the site and the customer service it's been an excellent experience!

Cons

One concern is that the site seems locked into the company ecosystem. If I ever decide to switch to another hosting provider I'd likely need to rebuild the whole website from the ground up. That was actually one of the reasons I originally considered WordPress. Still this feels much simpler to use and delivers a much more polished looking result at least in my case.
