Once you get used to it, it's fairly simple to work with and the page editor is simple enough that it doesn't feel confusing or overwhelming.

Cons

My biggest complaint with it is the lack of broader design choices for building a website. The ready made templates feel somewhat limited and it was a little difficult to access those templates or apply them to my own site.

Pros

The design flexibility and wide range of options are what I enjoy most. Customer support has also been outstanding as they reply quickly and do their best to help as fast as possible.

I honestly cannot point to anything I am unhappy with. There are so many options available that I really don't have anything negative to say.

Being able to build the website on my own is a huge plus and I can make changes or updates whenever I need to and publish them right away.

Buying a second website in 2026 took more effort for me than getting my first one back in 2018 but with help from its Expert assistant, I was able to get it done successfully.

Building a site here is very easy and I really like that they've added a store feature so you can sell products directly from the website.

Definitely is worth paying for. While setting up the email to CMS connection, I ran into a problem but the support experience genuinely impressed me. The AI bot helped me on the call first, then guided me to a live agent and still gave me the option to choose whether I wanted to continue with live support which was amazing.

At this point I really do not have any specific complaints. I am still new to the platform and there are a lot of features I have yet to explore since I am teaching myself how everything works. I am also considering moving forward with Wix Studio as the main platform for our web design, graphic design, marketing and especially web development services.

Before I was ready to pull my hair out, he worked through my issue patiently and thoroughly. I really liked how careful he was and I'd gladly keep him on.

The only thing I'd still want is access to a real person through a direct phone number. That said I cannot really complain since the issue was handled.

Right away the large collection of modern templates helped my site look professional. On top of that the built-in marketing features like SEO tools and newsletters make it much easier to handle my online presence all in one place.

Well the biggest downside for me is that after choosing a template and publishing the site, switching to a completely different one isn't really possible unless I rebuild all the content from the ground up. Another issue is mobile performance since I usually have to spend quite a bit of time manually adjusting the layout to get it looking and working properly.

It is very easy to use and the customer support team was fast to respond, patient and clearly knew what they were doing. They even offer a callback option so you can talk to a real person which was a big plus. It worked especially well for someone like me who doesn't have much computer knowledge.

Honestly I didn't really have any complaints. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the online chat session can close if you don't reply quickly enough.

Every time I contacted support, the service felt friendly and responsive. The chatbox was especially helpful and I got answers quickly. They figured out the solution to my issue in no time so overall everything has been very good.

I don't have much negative to say because the service has been really good. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the review process for problems can take a bit longer than expected.

Getting comfortable with it doesn't take long and that made the whole experience much better. The customer support has been really strong whenever I needed help. I have run into a few bugs with Google Ads especially when pausing a campaign and then turning it back on but overall the platform has a lot going for it. Features like video embedding are excellent and having members and groups built in is a nice extra. The pricing feels fair and if I can drive more traffic to my site, I really think it will help my business and marketing efforts pay off. Overall I am very happy with how well everything works.

One thing that can be frustrating is locating certain settings or sections especially when I want to jump to a specific area like Google Ads and it isn't where I expect it to be. The search bar in the site editor could definitely be more precise because finding the right area can sometimes be a real hassle.

From the support side to the features, it has been really amazing. The platform offers some very cool tools and Joe was incredibly helpful when I ran into an issue. He handled everything with patience and kindness and got it resolved without making the process stressful.

At times the platform can feel a bit slow although that's understandable considering how many features are packed into it. Honestly the support team is so willing to help and quick to step in that the occasional slowdown doesn't end up being a big deal.

The drag and drop editor gives you a lot of freedom to place design elements exactly where you want them which makes customizing your site feel very flexible. Having built-in security also gives me peace of mind.

One frustrating limitation is that after you pick a template, there isn't a simple one-click option to switch to a different one later. If you want to change it, you have to manually move your content over to a new template.

It has a user friendly interface that doesn't require any coding knowledge and it comes with a wide range of templates built to suit different types of users. Also it brings several services together in one place including website building, hosting and domain management.

This tool still doesn't offer the full flexibility needed for building good custom coded websites. Performance can also slow down when heavier design elements are used.

Using it still is very easy and the platform remains user friendly. I really like not having to put in a lot of effort to make my page look professional and attractive.

One thing I do wish it had is a way to edit my site from my phone while I am out and about. It would be much more convenient to work on it without having to rely on my computer every time.

The downside is not fully understanding some of the policies and behind the scenes systems before making a mistake. Let's just say you definitely do not want to misspell a domain name when registering it.

Because there are so many options available, setting up a homepage can feel a little challenging at first especially for a beginner like me. Once everything is in place though editing becomes much more manageable.

Over time I have really come to value the way it is structured. A lot of people seem to underestimate how far a Wix site can go but I see it as a platform you can truly build on and grow from.

Honestly I don't really have any complaints at this point since I am still in development mode. My ChatGPT AI, Mr. Wesley, has been helping me a lot with coding and having that kind of co-pilot is amazing. That's not really about the tool itself but since the space asked, I have to say my Mr. Wesley AI has been incredible.

Their customer service really stands out. They respond quickly, take the time to fully understand the issue and stick with you until everything is resolved. It seems like the kind of support customer service is supposed to provide.

At times their policies and the reasoning behind them can be a little hard to understand but their support team usually helps clear things up.

Customer support was fantastic today. They helped me sort out a bug/spoofing issue, talked me through the whole process and made it simple to follow. Even though I don't use all of the business and marketing features, it still seems like good value for the money.

There really isn't much to complain about. They helped with everything I needed today and I am not looking for anything too complicated for my business.

Getting a site up and running with it is very simple. It also has an AI feature where you can describe what you want on the website which is really helpful. On top of that many of the built-in tools and ready-made features work very well.

One downside is that the platform can be quite slow especially inside the website builder. At times even making a tiny update to my site takes a few minutes.
