“Anyone can get started”
Pros
Having a site up and running with the software is very easy. The design choices are versatile, there are plenty of templates to choose from and editing pages is simple. It also works well when adding other elements, like integrating programs such as DonorPerfect for inquiry forms or direct donations.
Cons
One frustrating limitation is that after you've selected a theme, you can't fully redesign your existing website by switching to a different theme.

“helpful for promoting my work”
Pros
I've been using this website builder to showcase my work and it's been a useful way to attract incoming leads and promote what I do.
Cons
Overall it's pretty good but I'm not always happy with some of the design aspects and I wish there were more options available to choose from.

“I'm impressed”
Pros
Getting started with the software has been very easy. The templates are one of my favorite parts and customizing them is just as simple. They also offer some really impressive designs that make it easy to give a website a polished look.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about the software. I've been using it for years and it has worked really well for me.

The subscription side of my business worked really well and ran without any issues.

I needed more flexibility for appointment scheduling and eventually the platform couldn't keep up with everything I needed it to do.

“It makes site building so easy”
Pros
Building websites with the software has been a really positive experience for me. I've used it for several projects, including quite a few that needed booking software integrations and the sites consistently perform really well. Being able to make updates quickly is a big plus and I also appreciate that I can duplicate existing sites instead of starting over every time.
Cons
Every now and then, a few features can be a bit buggy but it has never turned into a major problem. I've been using the software for more than six years and those occasional hiccups haven't had much impact overall.

“affordable builder with solid ecommerce”
Pros
The drag and drop builder makes website creation simple and the ecommerce management is better than many other options at a lower cost.
Cons
It falls short when it comes to the number of plugins and pre-designed themes available compared to other platforms.

“blog builder with too many features”
Pros
Building a fully functional website and blog with the software was something I really appreciated especially because I could add images without much trouble. Even if you are just getting started with website design, with a few tutorials and a bit of help online, you can still achieve a very good result.
Cons
What I appreciated less about the software is the sheer number of features. There were several times when I wanted to add some HTML code to the website but with so many options available, I could not find the tool I needed to implement it. It would be much better to have a dedicated section specifically for users who want to insert external HTML code.

“Made switching painless”
Pros
Moving my site over from Squarespace felt like a big project but the software made the whole transition surprisingly manageable. Designing and customizing everything was very simple and changing hosts or website platforms usually feels like a huge commitment. With the software, I got it done without much stress and barely needed more than one cup of coffee.
Cons
Back when I first built my website in 2015, the software was the first platform I tried and at that time it definitely wasn't as powerful as it is now. These days though, I honestly don't have any complaints. :)

“quick website launch”
Pros
Getting started with the software feels very beginner friendly and it's a fast way to build and launch a website without much trouble.
Cons
Pricing isn't exactly low and while there is a free plan available, it's not really suitable if you need something for professional use.

“affordable websites clients love”
Pros
Working with this product for my clients has been a really positive experience especially because they love how affordable it is. Most of my clients are small businesses so they don't need costly website management and this fits them perfectly. Setting everything up and making updates is simple and the end result still looks polished and professional.
Cons
There was a small issue with the domain name at one point but customer service handled it and got everything sorted out.

“easy to work with but limited”
Pros
Feels like a very approachable software from the start. Building a website is simple on the platform and it works especially well for anyone who is just starting out with website creation.
Cons
Bandwidth on the software is fairly limited so hosting options can feel restricted. The application itself is pretty basic and the overall selection of features and variety leaves a lot to be desired.

“accessible design”
Pros
Out of all the web design platforms I've used, the software is still my favorite. It's much simpler to learn than WordPress, with a user friendly layout and plenty of customization options. The media manager feels accessible and comes with lots of ready-to-use choices. I also really appreciate the events listing designer because it's clean and easy making the browsing and checkout experience quick and easy for visitors.
Cons
One thing I don't enjoy with the software is how long and indirect it can be to find answers when questions come up. Their built-in help feature often feels less useful than just searching on Google.

“So many things in one place”
Pros
Having templates available and being able to manage my website along with the search engine side of things all in one place has been really helpful. It's also nice that I can build a blog and publish posts there too.
Cons
One thing that was frustrating is that they changed what's included in the standard service. Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram used to be part of it but now I have to upgrade again to connect and use all three for my social media.

“strong features”
Pros
Using the software has been very easy from the start. The templates look polished, professional and well-designed for starter options and working with the platform feels effortless. There's also a lot it can do and I still haven't reached the limits of its functions.
Cons
One issue is that websites can load quite slowly even when they don't have much content on them. It's also frustrating that it keeps prompting you to upgrade to a higher plan even when you're already paying for one.
