“flexible website builder options”
Pros
Making a site with the software feels much more easy than with a lot of competing platforms that come across as bulky and overly complicated. The layouts are well designed, the elements are solid and there's usually a nice introductory offer that makes getting started more appealing. I also appreciate the different pricing options which gives a bit more flexibility depending on what you need.
Cons
A few of the layout features take some time to fully get used to so there can be some difficulty at first. The emails from the software specialists pushing their SEO services can also get a little annoying.

“beginner friendly but falling behind”
Pros
The drag and drop builder is very easy to use which makes it a really good fit for beginners.
Cons
At the same time, other platforms have advanced a lot and the software now feels behind the rest of the market.

“simple website building experience”
Pros
Running a website with the software was really easy. I appreciated how simple it was to put everything together with just a few clicks and without needing any coding at all.
Cons
Now and then I felt a bit unsure when trying to fine-tune the smaller details of the site. I do wish the tutorials had been clearer and more helpful.

“accessible tool”
Pros
Creating a site using this tool feels very approachable thanks to its accessible drag and drop editor and the wide selection of customizable templates. It doesn't require technical skills which makes it a practical option for users at any experience level.
Cons
It can feel somewhat restrictive when it comes to advanced customization especially for more experienced users who need greater flexibility than more technical platforms provide. Site loading speed can also be slower compared to better-optimized solutions. Another downside is that once you choose a template, switching to a different one means redesigning the site from scratch.

Opening the app with that animated logo intro gives it a polished, engaging feel and makes the whole experience more enjoyable right from the start.

“quick website launch”
Pros
Starting off with the software was very easy and using it didn't take much time to figure out. It helped us put together our first website in a short amount of time.
Cons
As a starting platform, the software worked really well for building and managing our website. After using it for a while though, we noticed it was missing some of the integration features we were hoping to have.

“powerful tools”
Pros
Right away, the software felt approachable while still giving me plenty of freedom with the design. The drag and drop editor makes it simple to customize everything the way I want even without any coding background. It also comes with a large selection of templates and built-in business tools that help me run and manage my site more efficiently.
Cons
One downside is that some the software websites can load more slowly than sites built on other platforms especially if they include lots of high-resolution images or more complex design elements. On top of that, certain advanced features and deeper customization options are locked behind higher-tier plans which can become quite expensive.

“I'm impressed!”
Pros
A really solid choice for small businesses. It works well for creating anything from a simple website to something more advanced, depending on what's needed. There's plenty of room to customize and it's especially good for people who are just getting started with web design and site management.
Cons
The only downside is that I'm not always satisfied with how the mobile version of the site turns out.

“do it all by yourself!”
Pros
Even without much background in website design, putting a site together feels very approachable. You can create a website from the ground up without needing any coding skills at all which makes it especially helpful for beginners.
Cons
Although the website design tools are highly customizable, it can still feel like a lot of the apps only offer their full functions through paid premium plans which is understandable.

“modern UI”
Pros
They've done a good job keeping the platform updated while still maintaining a simple interface. It's also nice that they now give customers a much more polished and sophisticated website experience than they did 8 years ago.
Cons
The pricing and plan options are the part I'm less happy with. They could definitely be more affordable.

“helpful support”
Pros
Compared with WordPress, the software feels much more accessible to work with. I've built a lot of sites on it for both myself and clients and one of the biggest benefits is being able to hand over administrator access afterward, give them a quick walkthrough and let them manage future updates on their own. That's a huge plus because it saves them from having to keep paying a developer for every small change which happens a lot with WordPress. Whenever I've run into a technical issue, I've submitted a support ticket and the software has consistently helped me resolve it. I'm also really happy that the software now offers responsive websites. On top of that, I can customize sites pretty much however I want so it gives me a lot of flexibility.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the mobile design and how consistent responsive layouts are across different screen sizes. It's frustrating to make the same kinds of edits over and over just to get everything looking right on all devices. Sometimes elements also shift around or glitch when moving between sections. The blog design process feels tedious and SEO work can be tedious too. I'm curious to see how AI might improve some of this over time.

“decent starter site builder”
Pros
As a beginner, the software works well as a free website builder and gives you a fairly low-trouble way to get started. You just need to be clear about what the "free" version actually includes.
Cons
That said the free plan feels restrictive in ways that can be frustrating once you dig into the details. the software itself isn't bad but with so many alternatives available, it's definitely not the right fit for everyone.

“creative freedom encouraged”
Pros
Having all those website-building options in one place has been a huge plus. The available information and clear explanations are incredibly helpful especially since I started with absolutely no prior experience. I'm able to build what I have in mind myself and actually turn the ideas in my head into my website. I also enjoy learning every part of my business so being able to understand and handle this on my own really matters to me. Even when I eventually reach the point where I can hire someone else to do it, I'll still have a much better understanding of how everything works. On top of that, the whole process is genuinely fun and gives me a creative outlet too.
Cons
There's definitely a lot to learn but that's really more about the complexity of a growing industry than a problem with the software itself.
