Although it allows you to create a website and publish it from its own platform, when migrating it to your own server compatibility issues may arise.

Starting out with the software felt very natural. It's simple and accessible to use even if you have no prior website-building experience.

Cons

The more advanced features do require a bit of initiative to learn but they're not necessary to build an excellent site.

Creating and running a website with the software has been the simplest experience I've had with any website builder. It's the most user friendly tool I've ever worked with.

I can't think of any downsides. I've built plenty of websites with the software and it has worked really well every time.

Very simple to use and the whole platform is quite accessible to work with. There are plenty of customization options for building out the site the way I want which gives me a lot of flexibility. The site view statistics are also really useful and give a clear picture of how the website is performing.

Cons

An issue I run into fairly often is that it can be slow to load and a bit laggy while customizing the site. It's also limiting that there's no option to edit the website from a mobile device.

Running a nanny agency means I needed a site that looked polished without having any web design background and the software made that completely doable. The platform is flexible and very user friendly so putting together a professional website didn't feel overwhelming at all. The templates look modern, work well on different devices and give me plenty of room to customize the design so it fits my brand perfectly. On top of that, the SEO features and mobile optimization have made a real difference in helping my website get more visibility.

Cons

A drawback is that some of the more advanced tools are only available on the higher-tier plans and that can feel a little expensive for a small business. Still, the extra features included with those upgrades usually make the cost worthwhile.

From the beginning the platform seemed very easy to use. It comes with a lot of features and I especially appreciated how simple it was to edit every single element without much effort. Having the option to purchase hosting directly on their platform is also a real plus. Even laying out the pages of a project is quite accessible so overall it feels like a solid platform for building websites quickly and getting professional-looking results.

Cons

One part of the software I appreciated less is the feature for adding images from a local PC into the project. When an image is around 3 MB, the website tends to slow down so it really should include some kind of compression to better optimize the site and improve loading speed when opening pages.

Whenever I need help, the customer service team is available and quick to respond. Communication is consistently clear and I've never had any issues with language barriers.

Cons

The pricing is higher compared to some other website platforms. I can understand both perspectives but it still makes it tough to convince some of my business owner friends to switch over and use it.
