“AI powered website launch”

Pros

Getting my business website built with this software was a really easy process. The AI-assisted design features took a lot of the work out of it so putting the site together and getting it live felt almost effortless.

Cons

My only complaint was with the social media marketing tools. Without paying for a premium plan, I had to sign in every day just to post ads to my business Facebook page. The higher-tier subscriptions included scheduled ad posting but the extra cost just didn't feel worth it to me.

“glitchy builder and awful experience”

Pros

It was awful overall. The last support person I spoke with had a hard time understanding the issue but he eventually became resourceful enough to get it fixed.

Cons

The interface felt glitchy, slow and not accessible at all. I hated using it and canceled within an hour and after that the whole experience only got worse.

Has been an excellent website builder and platform. It comes with everything a business owner and their team could need and I'm really impressed with it.

Cons

I've really enjoyed using this tool and honestly don't have any complaints right now. The overall experience has been very positive for me.

Starting off with the tool felt like the right choice right away because it offers really good value for the price and the platform is very easy to use. It was the first website builder I ever worked with when I began designing websites and I'm happy that's where I started. Finding my way around the platform was very simple and I was able to build my first website within just a few hours.

Cons

One downside is that many of the apps require paid subscriptions. It would be much better if there were more apps included for free.

Whenever I need help, the customer service team is excellent and the website building tools online are very simple to use. It comes with strong features and really good value for the money which makes handling our business and marketing much easier to put into action. Big thanks to their team.

Honestly I don't have any complaints. They've consistently been available whenever I needed support no matter the time of day or night.

Pros

Getting into the platform and managing my website is very easy. I can sign in, make updates quickly and the publishing process is clearly laid out step by step which makes it simple to follow. On top of that the finished websites come out looking polished and professional.

Cons

The only part I wasn't happy with was how difficult it could be to integrate other products or programs into the site smoothly.

The customer service team has responded quickly whenever I reached out to them and have been really helpful. The platform is very user friendly and the final website ends up looking polished and professional.

Pricing is definitely on the higher side and for a small business it can take up a significant part of the budget. There are also so many options and possibilities that it can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

To be honest I wasn't sold on this software at first but the help I got from their team today completely turned that around. They were extremely well informed and knew how to walk me through complicated tasks in a way that felt manageable and effective. Thanks to their support I'm now genuinely excited to use this tool for my next two website projects instead of moving to another platform. I honestly didn't want the chat to end, their representatives are an incredible asset to the them!

Getting started can be tough if you don't already have website building experience. At first the platform isn't very beginner friendly and can be hard to figure out.

Right away it feels clean and user friendly so managing a website doesn't take much effort. The platform is simple to figure out which makes daily updates efficient and the customer support team has been skilled, responsive and quick to sort out issues when they come up.

Cons

A downside is that certain templates are a bit inconvenient to edit which can make customization feel limited if you want to go beyond the default design.

Once I got familiar with how the system works using it became very easy. It did take some time to learn but with help from an expert I was able to get the hang of it and make it work well.

Getting comfortable with the platform took a while. In the beginning navigation didn't feel very accessible and a few features didn't work the way I had expected based on what I'd been told. There's definitely some difficulty getting used to it at first.

It's very easy to use and the templates are really good. As a designer without any coding or website building knowledge, I found it very simple to work with.

The template selection could be a bit more diverse. Even though the available ones were nice, I still would have appreciated having more options to choose from.

Having a site up and running feels quick thanks to the drag and drop editor and the wide selection of templates. It's very accessible overall especially for beginners who want to build a website without needing any coding skills.

Cons

Once the website starts growing the platform feels a bit less flexible. Changing templates later can be difficult and the price can climb over time when you start adding extra features and add-ons.

Running my small business website with this software has been really positive because there's a lot of room to customize it the way I want! The whole platform feels simplified for managing a business site and that gives my customers more confidence in my company. Another thing I really appreciate is the customer support especially when I need help troubleshooting something.

Every now and then I come across an issue I can't resolve by myself. The good part is that customer support usually gets back to me pretty quickly so it doesn't turn into a major problem.

At this point I really can't think of any downsides. I also appreciate the site layout and the step by step guidance that walks you through the process of building your own website.

The AI help for building websites is really impressive. The designs it produces feel current and fit our brand well.

The AI site building tools still make mistakes that are hard to fix. In the end it's usually better to work with a human.

Its easy enough that I'm able to show my customers how to manage and update their own sites without much trouble. The drag and drop functions are something I really enjoy using.

A few things in the dashboard were not very easy to find at first. Thankfully a support rep was able to point me in the right direction pretty quickly.
