Pros

It works really well for putting together basic websites quickly while still making them look professional. It comes with plenty of free features that you can use without needing any prior knowledge which makes the whole process much more approachable. It also lets you buy and set up domains for your websites in just a few steps which is very convenient.

Cons

At this point, the only downside I see with the software is that not all of its templates are responsive. That can affect the user experience especially since most visitors now access websites from their mobile devices.

Owning a website made through this software feels pretty foolproof especially for someone without any professional design experience.

Every now and then it freezes up and I have to refresh the page which can mean losing some of my work.

Something I appreciate is being able to build multiple web pages without much trouble. The templates also give me plenty of ways to customize each page so I can adjust the look and layout in different ways.

A few parts of the platform are frustrating especially the AI website creation tool. It seems restricted to the original prompt and doesn't allow much customization afterward. The pricing is also pretty confusing. the software offers monthly or yearly plans and mentions a free domain for one year but when you pay annually, hosting still appears to be charged monthly even though the pricing makes it sound like hosting is included in the annual plan. That really needs to be explained more clearly for customers. Another downside is that I can't create custom logos or designs directly in the software and it also doesn't let me connect tools like Canva to handle that.

As a first time wesbite creator the task seemed pretty overwhelming with so many platforms out there but this software turned out to be exactly the right place to start! The interface is very user friendly which saved me a lot of time and frustration and let me focus more on the creative side instead of getting stuck on technical details. I was able to create a solid online presence without all the usual stress and trouble. Another thing I really appreciated was how it offers templates customized to your business or specific needs which made it much easier to understand what would work and look best from a user perspective.

Cons

I can't point to a single downside with the software. The whole experience was pretty much perfect from start to finish.

The support team has also been helpful both times we reached out which made a good impression. On top of that, the website design tools are very flexible and leave plenty of room for creativity while still working within the available framework.
