Assembling a website with the software makes it simple to put together something that looks attractive and is also easy for customers to browse.

Cons

It does cost more than some competing website builders especially if you have to upgrade to the top-tier plan for extra storage but I'm still really happy with how the site came out.

Right away, the software felt like a really capable platform for both managing customer relationships and building a website. It works well whether you already know your way around web design or you're starting from zero because it has options that fit different skill levels. For a small business, there are enough features and resources packed into it that you can realistically handle almost everything from a single platform if you know how to make the most of it.

The downside is that the software can be pretty expensive. Support is also inconsistent since the quality of help really depends on the rep you end up with and they often seem to steer you toward AI tools or help articles even when that's clearly not where the actual solution is.

Using the software has been simple, efficient and very user friendly. I'm not very familiar with online ordering but even with that, the software has helped me do a really good job promoting my business.

Cons

Support feels more centered around online service and I'd really like the option to speak with a representative sometimes to go over any concerns.

At the same time, it feels outdated, misses some features, the templates are pretty basic and there isn't much room to build custom or special functions.

Right away, the software feels very approachable. Its biggest strength is how user friendly it is while still giving plenty of flexibility for both beginners and more advanced users. Being able to customize the site just by dragging and moving elements makes the whole process especially beginner friendly.

A downside is that after the website is published, the flexibility becomes limited. That can be inconvenient because if you want to make certain bigger changes later, you may end up having to start over.

Right away, the platform felt very simple to work with. Now that it includes AI, creating something that looks gorgeous and still functions really well feels even more effortless.

Without the AI feature, I think the process would be a little more challenging. Because of that, it may not be the best fit for people who prefer not to use AI.
