“no code website building”
Pros
Stands out to me as a website builder that makes it possible to create a website without needing any coding skills.
Cons
The drawback with it is that premium plans can become expensive and moving to another platform later can be more difficult.

“great templates”
Pros
The templates and POS features are excellent! There's a wide range of options available and making updates and publishing them is quick to do.
Cons
Designing and moving around the platform has started to feel more difficult. The add ons still don't seem worth the price when you really look into them and the constant prompts to upgrade or buy extras come up too often.

“flexible customization for clients”
Pros
Customizing websites for my clients feels very easy which is a big plus since we work across a range of industries.
Cons
I'd still like to see how it stacks up against other formats especially for more advanced marketing use cases at a high level. The AI tools are helpful though.

“good for simple portfolios”
Pros
Works well as a beginner friendly website builder especially for self-published authors, bloggers and other creatives who want to put together a basic portfolio without spending too much.
Cons
The interface feels somewhat limited and the design choices are not very flexible. If you need a more advanced or sophisticated website builder, this probably won't be the right fit.

“accessible drag and drop builder”
Pros
Right away it feels very easy to work with. The interface is accessible and the drag and drop tools make putting a website together feel simple and trouble free.
Cons
One thing that stands out as a drawback is the pricing. It can get fairly expensive compared to other website builders especially once premium features are added. Even though the platform is capable and convenient the cost may not suit anyone trying to stay within a tighter budget.

“customizable builder with lag”
Pros
It felt very user centric and approachable and I appreciated having website building tools I could customize and experiment with.
Cons
At the same time it would lag pretty often and the limited integration options made it harder to move information between third party apps along with a few other minor technical annoyances.

“stress-free setup”
Pros
Getting a domain and building a website was really easy which took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. On top of that the customer service has been amazing. They also offer discounts on new plans so choosing this tool felt like an obvious decision.
Cons
Nothing to complain about here. My experience with this company has been entirely positive and my website hasn't had any issues at all since it was launched.

“excellent tool”
Pros
Customer support has been very helpful and the platform gives really good value for the money. It offers plenty of options for using videos and images, plus strong business and marketing tools. There are also lots of editing choices which makes building and customizing the site feel very flexible.
Cons
There are still some bugs and occasional issues. At times finding an answer through the help buttons or AI tools alone can be difficult and in certain situations, support from a real person is necessary.

“simple builder, pricey overall”
Pros
A solid option for anyone who wants to build a website thanks to its simple setup and drag and drop tools.
Cons
The interface can feel overwhelming because there are so many functions and the pricing seems too high. By the end it can feel more worthwhile to hire someone to build and host the website for a much lower cost.

“Super valuable”
Pros
Really good value for the price, it's simple to work with and the customer support has been excellent. There's also still a lot more for me to discover and try out!
Cons
At times it does seem a bit slow. My guess is that this happens because so many people are using the software which makes sense since a lot of users rely on it for the same reasons I do.

“live chat boosts conversions”
Pros
Has been great for helping us turn leads into clients faster especially with the live chat feature. It's brand new for our team and it's already been working really well.
Cons
Honestly no complaints here. We got up and running quickly and the onboarding process felt smooth. The online scheduling tools have also been a huge win for our small team.

“mixed editing with shifting tools”
Pros
Once you get used to the editor making changes is pretty easy. It also supports multiple pages and lets you set ticket prices without much trouble.
Cons
A frustrating part is that they frequently move things around and change the layout. For example email marketing can be really difficult to work with when you're trying to manage target lists.

“templates feel too limiting”
Pros
Is still beginner friendly and works well for someone who wants to showcase a hobby or their profession with a simple and amateur style website.
Cons
Ever since I moved over to WordPress this has felt more and more restrictive. You can usually find a template that does the job and that's fine to a point but there's not much room for creativity. If you want to make major changes or switch your site to a different format, you basically have to rebuild everything from the beginning.

“All in one control without developers”
Pros
After trying WordPress, GHL and just about every CRM or website platform out there, this has been the one that lets me handle everything on my own. Most of those other systems feel overly complicated and seem to need a full time developer to manage them properly. It gives me all the features I actually need and I can run it entirely by myself. That's a huge deal since I'm a chiropractor not a coder. Everything is inside my software account and whenever I get stuck, support is right there on chat to walk me through it. I actually just finished a 15 minute chat with their rep and he not only fixed my email issue but also cleaned up my email list so my deliverability would improve.
Cons
Something that does bother me is some of the a la carte pricing. I recently had to pay extra for additional social media posts. It wasn't costly but it still felt a little annoying.

“flexible layouts”
Pros
Working in the editor feels very visual and accessible which makes the design process enjoyable. Being able to drag elements around freely and try different layouts until the page looks right is a big advantage. It also helps a lot that there are plenty of templates available as a starting point.
Cons
As a website grows larger or becomes more complex, adjusting the overall structure can get more difficult. Certain design changes also take some trial and error before everything looks the way it should.

“reliable platform with constant upgrades”
Pros
The platform has been very stable and is always online. They keep adding really good features and continuously improving their services and interface.
Cons
Getting in touch through chat with a representative was quite difficult and the promotional offers should be presented more clearly to avoid misunderstandings.

“drag and drop with strong built-ins”
Pros
Building and customizing a website is really easy since everything works with drag and drop so there's no need to know any coding. The wide selection of templates is also a big plus and the built-in tools for images, videos and marketing make the whole process even better.
Cons
More advanced customization can feel a bit restricted compared to some other platforms and a few useful features are only available if you upgrade to a paid plan.

“helpful live support wins”
Pros
Being able to receive live customer support made a huge difference! Their team did an excellent job helping me sort out the confusion and issues I was having with my logo!
Cons
The AI chat support was more frustrating than useful. It kept repeating the same answers from earlier and none of them actually solved the problem. I had paid for my plan but never downloaded my logo and the AI couldn't figure out that this step had been missed or help correct it. Because of that I was left with a PNG version of the logo that was basically useless. Once I finally connected with a real support person, everything became simple and easy and I got a clear answer right away. In situations like this the AI doesn't do a good job of catching missed or overlooked steps while using the website.

“beginner friendly”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with this software feels very easy. The platform is user friendly and simple to figure out so it's an easy recommendation for anyone who wants to build a website without having much technical knowledge.
Cons
That said even though it works really well for beginners, it doesn't scale as well and is missing some of the more advanced features that users with stronger technical skills may be looking for.
