“user friendly but widget heavy”
Pros
Even without any technical knowledge or design background, it's quite simple to create a professional-looking, high-quality website with this product. The overall usability is really strong which makes it very approachable for beginners.
Cons
There are a lot of widgets included and that can become a drawback. If you're not paying close attention while building, it's pretty easy to make the website too heavy.

“premium features without extra fees”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the software is that it includes a range of premium-quality services and features that other platforms usually charge extra for but the software provides them without adding additional fees. On top of that, those tools are very accessible and simple to put into practice which makes the whole experience much better.
Cons
Only downside I see with the software is that customization can feel a bit limited when you want to add external elements since most of the time they are not compatible. That part can definitely be frustrating.

“friendly editor, pricey plans”
Pros
The way the editor is presented works really well. It feels user friendly while still being detail oriented enough to cover what I need.
Cons
The pricing is the real downside. For the same cost or even less, other website builders give you more features and better overall value.

“fast site speed”
Pros
Pages load very quickly, there's a wide selection of templates to choose from and the amount of help and support available is impressive.
Cons
A frustrating limitation is that once you've created your site with a template, you can't switch to a different one later.

“you'll have complete design freedom”
Pros
Working with the software especially the software Studio, has been a really positive experience. It offers a lot of customization without needing much UX design knowledge and it gives far more creative control over a site than platforms like Squarespace.
Cons
SEO is where the software really falls short. Getting pages to rank is incredibly difficult and the platform adds a lot of unnecessary HTML that I can't edit or remove. That ends up hurting load times and dragging SEO scores down. On top of that, there's no recipe schema plugin like Wordpress has so I'm stuck writing my own less effective recipe schema just to give my recipes a better chance of ranking.

“love the app integrations”
Pros
So easy to work with the platform because the interface is simple to use and the templates give you a solid starting point right away. It also connects well with a wide range of third-party apps which makes the platform even more useful.
Cons
Something I'd still want is a broader set of features and more section options that aren't so heavily centered around e-commerce.

“positive experience”
Pros
Using the software has been a really user friendly alternative to other website builders. The drag and drop functions make a huge difference and simplifies the whole building process.

“no technical expertise needed”
Pros
Setting up a site and keeping it working with the software is very approachable especially for anyone without technical experience. The drag and drop editor lets you build pages by moving elements around which makes the design process feel simple and hands-on. There's also a large selection of polished templates that already look professional and they can be adjusted to match your own style. the software comes with plenty of built-in features too including SEO tools that can help your website appear in search results more easily. If you're planning to sell online, it also supports e-commerce with payment processing and product management features. On top of that, hosting is included so there's no need to set up a separate provider. Security is covered with SSL certificates and support is available through chat, phone and the help center when you need help.
Cons
It can feel restrictive if you want to use custom code or create highly specific design changes since it doesn't offer the same flexibility as some competing platforms. A number of users also mention that the software websites may load more slowly which can impact both visitor experience and search engine rankings. Another frustrating point is that transferring your site to a different platform is not very easy because exporting content from the software is difficult. On top of that although there are multiple pricing plans, the total cost can rise quickly once you start needing extra features or move up to higher-tier options.

“beginner friendly website builder”
Pros
Using the software was very easy! It's especially beginner friendly for anyone without a coding or web design background and the platform makes building a site feel approachable.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was the platform's limitations, along with the constant push to upgrade to better products. It may be an effective sales tactic but as a user it gets annoying and takes away from the overall experience.

“trustworthy builder”
Pros
Using the software feels reliable because it's a well-known platform and the free or budget-friendly plans make it a practical choice for regular users who want their own website as well as more experienced people. Unless you want to avoid having a businessname.the software.com URL, it offers a really convenient way to build a site exactly how you want which makes it useful for people of all ages.
Cons
One thing that holds the software back is the limited export function. Since everything is managed on the software's own servers, moving a website to another platform is difficult because the content and design elements don't transfer properly. That means extra work anytime I need to export or migrate the site.
