“flexible design”
Pros
Developing a site with the software feels very user friendly and there are plenty of customization options to get the exact look and feel you want. It also offers multiple integrations which makes it simple to connect your social platforms and marketing channels directly to your website.
Cons
A limitation is that mobile editing still is not available so if you need to make updates while away from a computer, you really can't. It's also not very convenient to view your website on an actual mobile device.

“fast website creation”
Pros
Making a website with the software feels very easy and simple. The ready-made templates give me plenty of options to choose from and they cut the time it takes to put a site together almost in half. That's the biggest reason I keep using the software.
Cons
I'd still like to see improvement in their customer support. There are times when it can be a little difficult to actually get someone on the phone.

“SO terrible”
Pros
None at all. This site feels like a scam and should be avoided.
Cons
They decided to double the subscription price and charged the new rate (EUR158!) without any authorization. Completely outrageous practices.

“fast launch for small businesses”
Pros
Within just a few clicks and a handful of questions, my business was online in no time. It's a really solid option for small businesses that are just getting started and don't have the time to manage a website heavily or spend hours building one out.
Cons
One thing that could be better is having more room to scale when it comes to adding products. Because of that, I wouldn't really suggest it for larger stores with bigger inventory needs.

“simple website control”
Pros
It lets me manage my own website even with little to no technical knowledge which has been a big plus.
Cons
I do wish it offered more design options. I ended up doing a lot of extra work myself when some of that could have been avoided with better design choices.

“It was effortless to use”
Pros
Getting my website up and running with the software was incredibly easy and managing it since then has been a complete cakewalk.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike about the software. I've used Weebly as well and the software feels much more user friendly to me.

“old user review”
Pros
After using the software for five years to build my site and manage my domain, I had to move to a more advanced platform and their customer service was incredibly supportive throughout the process. They took the time to understand my specific situation and were genuinely helpful in resolving the issue.
Cons
Software works really well for a one-page website but it's not the best fit if you need a site with a lot more pages.

“builder for everyone”
Pros
The tool does a really good job with its modular setup and it makes building a website accessible to just about anyone even without any programming background.
Cons
Occasionally the AI tool wouldn't let me override the choices it made which limited how much freedom I had while creating my website.

“too basic for full control”
Pros
Building a website with the software felt pretty easy and it's a simple way to put your own site together. It even offers suggestions to help you get started and the subscription includes hosting through the software. I can see why it's so popular especially for self-employed people and small business owners who don't have technical web development skills.
Cons
At the same time, the very things that make the software ideal for that audience are what made it less appealing to me. I currently host with DreamHost and manage five websites using Optimize Press so this felt too basic for what I need and managing multiple sites can get expensive. I prefer having more control and actually enjoy building sites from scratch.

“simple customization”
Pros
One thing that really stood out with the software was the drag and drop editor. It makes customizing a site feel very easy even without any coding knowledge. There's also a large selection of templates and the overall design flexibility is excellent.
Cons
A downside with the software is that the template-based structure can still feel limiting when it comes to full design freedom. Changing to a different template can also be frustrating since it may require rebuilding the website from scratch.

Pros
My experience with the software was a 10/10! It was quick to set up and the interface is very easy which also makes the site really easy for customers to figure out.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a wider selection of widgets and features, along with more themes being available for free.

“I liked the templates”
Pros
Because of the drag and drop editor creating a site is so simple. It also comes with a large selection of attractive templates which makes it easy to create something that looks polished.
Cons
The pricing gets a little expensive once you need the more advanced features. Also some customization options still take a bit more technical know-how than expected.

“customizable”
Pros
Developing a website feels much simpler with the software. The platform is easy to use, it includes secure hosting across different categories that match what I need and I can customize everything the way I want and make changes whenever I feel like it. Having my own website through the software has been really satisfying.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is the pricing. It starts out very cheap during the trial but later the cost increases quite a bit and that's the one part I don't really like.

“cheap but not worth it”
Pros
Aside from the low price, there really isn't much to praise here. It may appeal to small businesses that are just getting started and need to keep costs down.
Cons
In the end, you pretty much get what you pay for. The overall website quality feels lacking and compared with the software, WordPress comes across as a much better option.
