Pros
Putting together a highly customized website feels really easy with the software because the page builder is so accessible to use. It's especially helpful when you want something that goes beyond standard templates since the platform gives you a huge amount of creative freedom. The whole "what you see is what you get" approach is implemented very consistently so designing pages feels direct and transparent. I can shape the site exactly the way I want and the optimization for tablet and mobile devices works wonderfully as well.
Cons
The email delivery rate was too low for my needs so I ended up choosing an external email service instead. I was eventually able to connect it to my website but the setup came with a few difficulties. The support team was genuinely friendly and tried to help but in this case they couldn't offer me any other solution.

There are definitely more options available and I'm still learning my way around everything as I rebuild my site.
Cons
Greatest downside is the cost since it's quite a bit higher than what I was paying with Vistaprint.

Pros
Working with the software to build a startup's website has been an amazing experience. All the information and tools you need are right at your fingertips which makes the platform really useful. The standout part though, has been the customer service. Recently they helped me with an issue and even when I was having trouble understanding, the rep explained everything in a way that was genuinely helpful. She was quick to respond, very insightful and made the whole process much easier to deal with. Whatever the support team is doing, they should absolutely keep it up because this was the best customer service I've received while working with website builders. Big thanks again to the customer support team!
Cons
There is definitely difficulty faced when it comes to using the widgets and tools to build a website especially if you are not already familiar with that kind of platform.

Back in 2020 at my previous company, where I worked as a Backend Developer, the software became the platform I used to handle content management, build landing pages and design websites all in one place.
Cons
A downside is that some offerings especially domains, can be fairly expensive to purchase through the software.

Pros
Within about four hours, I had my first website built and live. Since then making tweaks, adding content and updating things has been quick. The SEO tools are also really useful and simple to work with.
Cons
The built-in layouts can feel a bit restrictive when it comes to freely moving elements around the page.

It comes with incredible website designs and the page editor offers plenty of features along with lots of integration options.
Cons
The service feels far too expensive for shared hosting and on top of that, they charge to remove the ads which still doesn't really justify the price since you also have to buy a domain separately because everything ends up being quite costly.

Working with the platform felt very easy and the builder itself was simple to use.
Cons
After spending years building and managing several websites for both my business and my clients, I suddenly lost access to my account. My website was unpublished and it seemed like everything had disappeared. There was no explanation, no way to contact anyone and no support at all. Please be careful especially since I was also paying for subscriptions on several of those websites.

Building a website with the software feels really easy. I also appreciate that the platform is available for free and users can either get creative and design their site from scratch or go with a template if they prefer.
Cons
One thing I do not like is that you cannot use your own website name unless you purchase it through the software first.

It seems simple to get started with at first but that feeling disappears pretty quickly once things start getting messy.
Cons
Using it was an awful experience. It doesn't take long before the design looks bad across different devices. We were not able to get in touch with the software even once and never received any reply. It feels like a big company that only wants to squeeze as much money as possible out of you. I switched to Squarespace afterward and it completely changed my life.

Pros
Designing with the software has been very easy. I'm not a web designer at all but I've still been able to figure out how to put my website together, take payments, add comments and get everything working.
Cons
The issues I've run into really come down to my own lack of knowledge, not the software itself. Even then, their customer service has been incredibly helpful and I really appreciate being able to talk to a live person instead of a bot.

Pros
Billing and plan terms seem to depend on when you joined. The financial conditions can change unilaterally and when the platform notices certain promising practices on your site, it blocks features and conditions that were originally included in your package, only to offer them back later as paid options.
Cons
Support and guidance are really lacking. It took 10 days without any solution to a very simple issue: reactivating a function. Bravo.
