“overall it's good”
Pros
The marketing features and form communication tools are really functional and useful.
Cons
There's a lot packed into the platform so it takes a little time to get comfortable with everything but that's pretty much expected.

“easy for new users”
Pros
It works really well for building a brand presence and it's especially beginner friendly for anyone just getting started.
Cons
Data security still needs work. There have been times when retrieving online payments has been an issue and the website's backend security could be more dependable.

“pros and cons”
Pros
Platform is very user friendly, the websites look polished and attractive and the customer service has been excellent whenever I've needed help.
Cons
A few of the graphic-related tools aren't always in the most obvious place so they can take a bit of searching to find.

“has to be my favourite”
Pros
Right away, the software made sense to me because I can clearly see my content and exactly how I'm putting everything together as I build. It's also really helpful that I can chat with a support agent whenever I need assistance or just need to talk something through with someone.
Cons
The only downside is that the software isn't perfect but no website builder really is.

“powerful marketing tools”
Pros
Running blogs, newsletters and email campaigns from one place has been a big plus for us. We really enjoy the marketing tools and the fact that we can manage all of it directly through the software.
Cons
Getting started came with some difficulty and it took some time to figure everything out. That said the software has really helpful how-to videos that are easy to find with a simple search. I haven't run into anything I couldn't solve using the training videos though I do wish they were organized into better categories.

“works quite well”
Pros
Getting started with the software was very easy and the templates fit into the website nicely without much effort. The modules are fairly flexible and the CMS works quite well overall.
Cons
One downside is that the referencing feels pretty weak especially when compared with Squarespace. It also comes across as expensive for what it offers compared to other options.

“best customer support”
Pros
Out of the site builders I tested, the software was the simplest one to put together on my own. Whenever I ran into something I couldn't work out, I'd reach out to the software support and speak with a customer service rep. I've had several really good experiences with their team.. they've been patient, kind and incredibly helpful. One rep in particular has helped me more than once and she has been absolutely phenomenal. She's honestly the biggest reason I recommend the software to any entrepreneur who asks which website builder to use. She walked me through setting up the content management system on my site and that made updating, adding and editing content much more manageable. She's easily one of the most thoughtful and patient support reps I've ever dealt with and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I can handle whatever I'm trying to do. She really listens, understands exactly what I'm aiming for and even seems to anticipate what I'll need before I ask.
Cons
A few of the responsive design features that are supposed to automatically adjust the site between desktop and mobile can make the spacing look a little off. Aside from that, it's an awesome tool.

“my choice”
Pros
Making a site with the software feels very approachable thanks to the drag and drop editor even without much web editing experience. It comes with plenty of attractive built-in features that help each website look unique while still keeping a professional feel. Adding new pages is easy and it's simple to create a structure that fits the needs of the project. Sharing admin access is also pretty convenient. On top of that, the platform includes lots of useful tips and guidance throughout which makes the whole process easier to figure out.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is that the mobile responsiveness tools don't always adjust content the way I expect which can make parts of the design process more complicated. A few of the smaller function details are also a bit finicky. Still, it's mostly just slight difficulty when figuring out how those pieces work.

“Definitely try this out!”
Pros
Such an approachable software mostly due to its drag and drop editor. It lets beginners build and customize pages without needing any coding knowledge which makes the whole process much less intimidating.
Cons
The software does provide a lot of customization options but there are still limits when it comes to creating very complex or highly unique layouts. Compared with platforms that allow direct coding, it can feel a bit restrictive for more advanced design needs.

“Addition of AI”
Pros
Back when website building first came up for me, the software was mostly known as a simple way to put a site together. At that time, the companies I worked for still preferred hiring professionals for web design so I only knew of the software from a distance. Now that I've given my own small business the chance to use it, I'm honestly amazed by how far it has come. It's impressive to see how much it has evolved over the years and how well it has kept up with changing needs. The AI compatibility made the whole process incredibly practical and that really surprised me in the best way. The pricing is also very reasonable. I'm able to build a website for costs that feel close to what I'd normally pay just for a domain while also giving my brand a more trustworthy presence. it delivers more than I expected.
Cons
At this point, I really can't point to any downsides with the free version. Based on what I've seen so far, everything has been working well. It also feels much more professional now than it used to.

“top tier!”
Pros
Out of every website platform I've used, the software has had the best customer service by far. Any issue I've run into has been resolved the very same day and even the most basic support tier is staffed with people who really know what they're doing.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. the software has been an excellent platform for salon and beauty industry professionals.

“best platform for my business”
Pros
Running my business through the software has been a really positive experience because the website platform is so simple to use.
Cons
Up to this point, I really haven't run into any downsides with the software. I've relied on it for all of my businesses and while no e-commerce website builder is ever completely perfect, the software has worked better for me than any other one I've tried.

Pros
Being able to use a variety of fonts including ones I bought outside of the software, has been a big plus. The drag and drop builder is also really convenient and the customer service through chat has been excellent which matters a lot to me.

“Very convenient website builder”
Pros
Coming from GoDaddy, the software has been a better fit for me overall. It's pretty simple to use and aside from the website-to-mobile conversion being a bit more involved, I prefer it. If you're a small business owner and set up your LLC through LegalZoom, there's also a discounted the software package which makes the whole thing really convenient and cost-effective.
Cons
The only real downside is the web-to-mobile editing. You have to adjust each version separately to get everything looking right so it adds a little extra time.

“frustrating support and endless runaround”
Pros
The software seems to have plenty of positive feedback overall but I'm sharing this to spare others the trouble I've dealt with. Using the software feels a lot like owning a boat.. the best part is the day you finally get rid of it.
Cons
Their support is beyond terrible. If you need something important, like a report for your accountant and it stops working, don't expect them to actually resolve it. Instead, they keep sending you in circles, suggesting random things until you eventually give up. Even when you clearly explain the issue and show them copies of the exact same report you successfully ran the month before, they still just insist that everything is working on their side.

“great training”
Pros
It actually felt very easy to figure out this software. The editor is simple to work with and there's plenty of online training available that's easy to access and follow. On top of that, the support is great whenever help is needed.
Cons
I haven't come across anything to dislike about the software. Most problems can be sorted out by using their accessible training materials and if that doesn't solve it, their support team is very friendly and helpful.
