“helpful support, frustrating editor”
Pros
After spending about eight hours troubleshooting issue after issue, the best part of today was the live chat support. All three customer service reps I spoke with were gracious, kind and really well informed. With their help, I managed to get about 80 percent of the problems resolved and the remaining two issues are still being looked into by the staff, who said they'll follow up with me.
Cons
Editing can feel unbearably slow, almost like waiting on dial-up and it's incredibly frustrating. The platform also isn't fully accessible which has made things harder than they should be. I've been trying to get the subpages and offshoots of different website links to match my brand especially with fonts and that part has been a nightmare.

“expensive plans and no support”
Pros
It's a tool that ends up sending messages to spam and the software doesn't provide any support to help with it.
Cons
The pricing is far too expensive and there's no customer support for users.

“Good design at a low cost”
Pros
Assembling a website with the software feels really easy and I can customize the design pretty much however I want. It offers a lot of the same kinds of tools as other platforms that are far more expensive which makes it a really appealing option.
Cons
Biggest thing that bothers me is the large watermark at the top of the website. I understand why it's included but I'd much rather see it placed at the bottom so it isn't the first thing people notice. Even making it smaller or a little less visible when the page first opens would be a big improvement.

“support that never shows up”
Pros
At first, the templates make setting up a website seem fairly simple even though they eventually need to be completely reworked to fit your own content.
Cons
The lack of support is the real problem here, despite the fact that they promise 24/7 assistance once you pay. It honestly felt like a scam. I paid for everything and then ended up spending days, hours and even months in front of the computer without getting anything resolved. Nobody seems to know what to do and they just leave you stuck in limbo through endless emails.

“top notch design control”
Pros
Developing good-looking pages on both desktop and mobile feels very easy with the software. I also have a lot of control when making instant edits to dynamic content which is really helpful. On top of that, the customer support is absolutely top notch.
Cons
New features and updates are definitely appreciated but the pop-ups can sometimes get in the way while working.

“love the mobile site control”
Pros
Running a small business is hectic and the the software app has honestly been a huge help. The interface feels very user friendly so I can update my website whenever I need to even while I'm out. Editing text, adding new products and managing blog posts all feel accessible and uncomplicated. The app also performs really well.. I haven't run into glitches or crashes at all. On top of that, the instant notifications help me stay updated on everything happening with my site. Overall the software has made website management much simpler for me and I'm genuinely very happy with it.
Cons
The downside is that customization and integrations are somewhat limited and the cost can go up over time.

Pros
Making a website with the drag and drop tools felt really accessible and gave me a lot of flexibility in how I wanted everything to look.
Cons
I didn't end up using the scheduling and invoicing tools because connecting them to my existing platform was a little difficult.

“honest thoughts”
Pros
Using it was very easy. The simple content management tools are really what convinced both my marketing team and customer-facing team to get on board and adopt it as our main website platform.
Cons
It did take a little time to understand the add-on features including where to find them and how they actually worked.

“made things easy”
Pros
Running my website with the software has been a big help because it lets me get a site live quickly without much trouble. I also like not having to stress about the site going down or being unable to jump in and make changes myself whenever something needs updating. As a small business owner, things shift all the time so being able to adjust fast really matters. Another big plus is being able to send emails from the same platform which makes everything much more convenient.
Cons
At times, getting certain templates and layouts formatted the way I want can be frustrating but I usually figure it out in the end. Since design is not really my strong suit, part of that may be on me. The other downside is that there seems to be an extra charge for almost everything. If you want to send more emails, that costs more. If you want to connect Gmail within the platform, that is another fee. The yearly price increases can also be annoying especially when they are offering 50% discounts. Still, as a business owner, I understand why they do it. It is not a dealbreaker for me and I am still happy to keep paying for it.

“Many site building features”
Pros
Keeping my website updated is simple which really helps with how often things change in my business. Building, editing and publishing pages feels very easy and I also appreciate having access to modern, useful features that keep the site current.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a membership and booking option built into the the software POS.

“quick to create”
Pros
It is very user friendly and works really well for people who want to build a website, for example, without having the technical skills to do it themselves. It gives anyone the ability to create a basic professional-looking showcase site. Getting everything set up is fast and accessible.
Cons
the software's features are fairly limited so it's really better suited to beginners. There are also frequent bugs, with tools sometimes working properly and then suddenly not working anymore.

“booking tools that work well”
Pros
Running a small to mid-sized business, the software Bookings has been a very user friendly scheduling system and it's been simple to manage appointments with it.
Cons
One limitation, like with many similar tools, is the lack of flexibility in customization especially since you can't choose a custom appointment length.

“Your go to software!”
Pros
More than anything, the standout with the software for me is the customer service. It's the most responsive and genuinely helpful support team I've dealt with on any platform. Every website builder has the occasional glitch but with the software there's always someone available to help sort it out. The platform is also very user friendly which makes building a site much simpler and lets me teach my clients how to use it without much trouble. Another thing I really appreciate is that you can build a website on the free plan so my clients don't feel pressured to learn everything and pay right away, unlike other platforms that only give you a short trial period. Overall it feels like the right fit for small businesses and startups that need something practical now but flexible enough to support their growth.
Cons
The software does glitch a little more often than I'd prefer. That said a quick page refresh usually takes care of it. I also still miss the older agency benefits account.
