Cons

Software includes a huge selection of features and tools to help you launch and grow online but that can also make it a bit overwhelming to fully figure out especially if you're new to building websites. Unlimited storage is only included with the software's most expensive plan.

Even though I had never built a website before putting my store online with the software felt very easy! It made it simple to create the exact look I wanted organize products into different categories and add multiple pages without much trouble. I also appreciated their wide selection of upscale, attractive products to list. They were very clear about what was available and what was out of stock and it was pretty rare for items to be unavailable. When something did go out of stock, restocking it seemed to be a real priority. On top of that, customer support was easy to reach and very transparent throughout the process.

Cons

My only real complaint is that access to certain products required purchasing an annual plan rather than being available on the monthly plan.

Right away, the quality of the product and the customer service both stood out in a very positive way. the software Studio feels really accessible and I was able to build a nice-looking page within just a few hours.

Right away, the software felt like a really capable platform for both managing customer relationships and building a website. It works well whether you already know your way around web design or you're starting from zero because it has options that fit different skill levels. For a small business, there are enough features and resources packed into it that you can realistically handle almost everything from a single platform if you know how to make the most of it.

The downside is that the software can be pretty expensive. Support is also inconsistent since the quality of help really depends on the rep you end up with and they often seem to steer you toward AI tools or help articles even when that's clearly not where the actual solution is.
