“fitting for small teams”
Pros
Running a website with the software is easy which makes it a solid option for companies that can't afford to bring in costly outside help.
Cons
Value for money is a concern. The price of maintaining a the software website tends to go up frequently.

“clear admin”
Pros
Starting off was really simple and setting everything up didn't take much effort. The part I appreciated most was the admin interface.. it was very clear and made managing products and orders easy. On top of that, the customer support team was consistently friendly and genuinely helpful whenever I needed them.
Cons
Design-wise, the platform can feel a little limited although that may stand out more to me because I'm a licensed graphic designer. I also ran into occasional inventory issues where stock quantities weren't always updated correctly after an order.

“I'm impressed”
Pros
the software feels very user friendly. The templates look polished and editing them is simple and easy.
Cons
One downside is the domain pricing. I used the software for a while before realizing how much original domains actually cost.

“support leaves left us stranded”
Pros
I can't really comment on the positives because I wasn't the one who built the website.
Cons
Customer support has been the real problem. I got no reply to my requests including one about being unable to send emails to Gmail inboxes. In the end, I had to pay an outside consultant to fix it. I also received spam messages pretending to be from the software and asking for payment and even after reporting them, there was still no response. the level of indifference was unbelievable.

“trusted tool”
Pros
One thing that really stands out right now is the customer support. Their representative was patient, helpful and stayed with me while we worked through the original issues that brought me to chat along with a few new ones that came up during the process.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost although that's pretty typical with any website builder. Still, it would be smart to offer more coupons for loyal users or even referral discounts for designers like me who want clients on the software because it's a platform I trust for building their sites.

“kind customer service”
Pros
With plenty of computer experience behind me, the thing that really stood out was how easy everything is to use. Even more than that, the customer service is what really makes it different. I got help quickly and even picked up some excellent suggestions for making better use of my site. I'm very happy with how the experience has gone so far.
Cons
At this point, I don't really have any complaints. The platform is very simple to use.

Pros
Being able to build my website with the software has been really valuable and the guidance provided along the way has been genuinely helpful.

“user friendly”
Pros
Right from the support experience, the software left a strong impression. The rep in chat support walked me through every step and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done when I ran into a DNS error. I'm very tech savvy but that issue still needed some guidance and the help I got really confirmed how user friendly the platform is for people at any skill level. the software makes it simple to build a website that helps a small business like mine look polished and global. I recommend it all the time.
Cons
It would be even better if there were more discounts for repeat users or referral customers.

Being able to customize the design and layout of posts so they fit the rest of the site is a big plus. The post management tools are also really useful for keeping a blog organized and current which helps bring in more visitors and keeps people interested in the content.

“mobile editing turns messy”
Pros
Don't have positives to mention.
Cons
At first it looks simple but as soon as you start adding content, changing the layout or touching the mobile version, it becomes a complete mess. On top of that the software regularly changes its features so it's easy to get lost in the back office.. it feels very disorganized. Even the smallest issue quickly turns into a real headache.
