Working with the software especially the software Studio, has been a really positive experience. It offers a lot of customization without needing much UX design knowledge and it gives far more creative control over a site than platforms like Squarespace.

SEO is where the software really falls short. Getting pages to rank is incredibly difficult and the platform adds a lot of unnecessary HTML that I can't edit or remove. That ends up hurting load times and dragging SEO scores down. On top of that, there's no recipe schema plugin like Wordpress has so I'm stuck writing my own less effective recipe schema just to give my recipes a better chance of ranking.

So easy to work with the platform because the interface is simple to use and the templates give you a solid starting point right away. It also connects well with a wide range of third-party apps which makes the platform even more useful.

If you're planning to sell online, it also supports e-commerce with payment processing and product management features. On top of that, hosting is included so there's no need to set up a separate provider. Security is covered with SSL certificates and support is available through chat, phone and the help center when you need help.
