Unless you want to avoid having a businessname.the software.com URL, it offers a really convenient way to build a site exactly how you want which makes it useful for people of all ages.

One thing that holds the software back is the limited export function. Since everything is managed on the software's own servers, moving a website to another platform is difficult because the content and design elements don't transfer properly. That means extra work anytime I need to export or migrate the site.
