Pros

Developing a website with the software feels very approachable because the platform is user friendly and accessible. It brings together different parts of the website creation process in one place which would normally require help or knowledge from several different professionals. I also appreciate that it offers solid basic financial access making it a practical option for getting a site up and running.

Cons

The drawback is that site customization is fairly limited compared with other platforms. Performance can also feel slow so it falls behind others in the same category when it comes to speed. On top of that, accessing more advanced features ends up costing more than some competing options.

Pros

A couple of things really stood out while using the software. First, getting everything set up was easy and genuinely enjoyable. The product-led approach made onboarding and activation feel natural and I can easily see other entrepreneurs being able to build and launch their websites quickly thanks to the modular setup and customizable user flows. Thank you for that. Second, the customer support was outstanding. I ran into trouble while setting up my payment profile and decided to contact support late in the day, after 6pm PST. The representative was incredibly helpful, explained the issue clearly and helped get a fix in motion. On top of that, she shared a useful tip for setting up my store while the internal team works through the issue.

Cons

One downside is that the template/store theme I'm currently using feels a bit slow performance-wise. It's not awful but page speed definitely drops while I'm editing. I'd be much more concerned if that same performance issue continues after the site is published.

“Good experience”

Pros

Putting together my own website with the software has been really easy and it's saved me a lot of money by letting me handle everything myself. The layout is very well designed, the features are simple to work with and customer service has been excellent every time I've needed them over the years.

Cons

there isn't anything I dislike about the software. I've been using it since 2013, built several different websites with it and I've never run into any issues.

Pros

It lets me build really attractive websites and gives me a lot of freedom with the design. It's also fairly simple to use once you get into it.

Cons

At times it freezes and then I have to wait for it to respond again even after reloading the page.

Starting with a polished template is a big plus and I really appreciate how much you can customize it to make the site feel completely your own.

Cons

I ran into a few admin and payment-related problems and customer support wasn't helpful at all. It's also tough to manage things when you need to have multiple site owners.

For me it was easy to use and putting everything in place didn't take much effort. We make updates on a regular basis so having that process be so manageable has been extremely useful for us.

Running a small business with this software has been really convenient because it includes everything we need in one place. We're able to manage our website, point of sale, marketing and scheduling all through the platform. The service has been wonderful overall!

Pros

One thing that really makes it stand out for me is the newer features especially the AI integration. It takes over a lot of the repetitive, tedious work which makes building and managing everything much faster.

Cons

I do wish more of the features and tools were available for free. It is successful enough that it feels like they could open up access a little more. Compared with something like BandLab which gives users impressive access to tools that are often kept behind a paywall, this option feels more restricted.

Comes with a wide range of tools and resources that make it possible to build a professional-looking website even without any prior experience.

Cons

Of course, most people would rather pay less but I can still understand the value behind what it costs.

Pros

We moved to this tool because we needed strong language translation. But the damage it causes in almost every other area is very serious since the website does not really work for selling and it does not allow proper indexing on Google. Unfortunately I did not look into developers warnings about it beforehand.

Cons

Biggest issue is that Google cannot track the site's visit statistics correctly and none of the pages get indexed. Another serious problem for the business is that it does not allow direct reservations and the booking software cannot be added to each tour because it cannot be attached through HTML.

Putting a website together feels very easy and the SEO tools are simple to use while still being effective. I also appreciate being able to use templates for free which makes getting started much more convenient.

Cons

Downside is that if you want to use your own site or blog name, you have to pay for hosting.

Pricing feels a little too high and it seems like the cost keeps creeping up more and more. I understand every business needs to be profitable but it sometimes gives the impression that revenue comes before customers. Their customer service is good overall but with one issue I had, they couldn't fully resolve it and at times it felt like my concern was being overlooked or not explained clearly enough.

I recently wrapped up a really positive interaction with customer support. The representative clearly walked me through the steps I needed to follow and even though English didn't seem to be his first language, he explained everything very well. I was able to understand all of it without any trouble.

Cons

There was or maybe still is, an app called Events and I could never get it to function properly for what I needed.

Keeping the site updated is easy and making additions or changes doesn't take much effort.

Initial setup was a bit challenging although that was also my first time trying to build one.

Working with this software across several client projects, I've seen that it's a solid website choice for businesses that want to stay hands-on. The platform is easy enough that they can understand how things work and make updates on their own without needing much knowledge of web design or site management.

It does feel more limited when it comes to customization especially compared with alternatives like WordPress which offer a lot more flexibility.

Pros

Getting started with this tool felt surprisingly easy. I've tried other website builders before and this one was much more smoother than I expected. The basic setup only took a few hours and listing my products didn't take much longer after that. On other platforms, I've spent well over 40 hours trying to accomplish the same thing. One thing I really appreciated is how it guides you step by step right from the beginning, moving page by page through everything needed to set up your domain, SSL and Google Workspace. It's all built in and ready to go so instead of copying information back and forth between services, you just complete the details and pay. That made the whole process feel incredibly convenient.

Cons

The only thing I'd really want added is an automatic discount option for a specific item size. I reached out to support about it and they explained that discounts can only be applied to categories or to the full product listing, not to a particular size variation.

Pros

Creating a new site with this software feels really easy. There are so many excellent options to work with and I'm still discovering new features all the time.

Cons

I have no complaints. It's been wonderful to use and as a graphic designer, the WYSIWYG editor is exactly what I need since I can build everything without knowing HTML.

After more than ten years of using the tool, I still keep coming back to it. I've tried other platforms like GoDaddy, Yahoo, Squarespace, WordPress and Shopify but none of them feel as accessible or user friendly as this one. On top of that, their customer service has been consistently excellent, with support that's always quick to respond and effective at fixing any problems that come up.

Cons

I don't feel like tit is missing any major features--it really seems to cover everything I need. That said the simplicity of the platform has had an unexpected downside for me as a web designer: I'm losing DIY clients because they can do more on their own now. Also even though I built several websites before this solution launched the Creator Program, that earlier work doesn't appear to be recognized in the current system.

Starting off with it as a first time user felt very manageable and the pricing is pretty reasonable too. I was able to put together my website with little to no experience and still felt comfortable using it. They also provide helpful guidance along the way which makes it easier to keep up with current trends.

Cons

At times the lessons they provide go a bit beyond my level and that can feel somewhat overwhelming.
