“great chat support”
Pros
Tonight's chat support was great. They initially assisted me and then connected me with a certain rep for the specific issue. Both representatives were professional, patient and helped me fix something I hadn't been able to resolve on my own. Thanks a lot!
Cons
I don't have any complaints about it. The chat support was great and the representatives took care of my issue.

“Easy website building”
Pros
Building a website with this software has been the easiest option I've used. It's very simple and the customer service is excellent! You can actually talk to a real person when you need help.
Cons
I haven't run into anything I truly dislike. Everything feels simple to use and whenever an issue comes up, customer service is available right away to sort it out.

“my honest review”
Pros
A few things really stood out to me: first it's very user friendly and simple to work with and second the customer service has been approachable, responsive and pleasant to deal with.
Cons
It's been a little while since I last used the site but I'd still like to see the templates updated more often so they feel more in line with modern 2026 web design instead of looking closer to 2020 styles.

“affordable website builder”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how affordable it is plus there's a free option if you just need to put together a basic website. The platform also feels very accessible and simple to work with even without any coding background.
Cons
The drawback is that the templates feel fairly basic and they're not really top tier when it comes to SEO. Compared with this tool, WordPress offers a wider range of plugins and better compatibility with tools like SEMrush.

“great for self-built stores”
Pros
Setting up an online store is a really solid option especially if you want to do it yourself without needing much (if any) coding. From the initial setup and site design to managing orders and fulfillment, the whole process feels very easy.
Cons
At times working through the design side can feel a bit tedious and the AI site building tools don't always deliver the most unique looking results.

“Quick setup”
Pros
Very easy to get a site up and running with the software. The templates look polished the drag and drop editor is beginner friendly and the whole setup process is fast for anyone new to building websites.
Cons
One downside is that your design options become more restricted once you've chosen a template and many premium features are only available on the more expensive plans.

“great drag and drop for fast launches”
Pros
Getting a site up and workingis very simple because of the drag and drop builder which makes the whole setup process quick. The templates are well designed and there are plenty of clean customization options to work with. It also comes with built in SEO and marketing tools which is really helpful. It's an excellent choice for beginners and small businesses that want to launch fast.
Cons
Costs do go up as you upgrade and some apps require extra payment. Switching templates is fairly limited, the editor can feel a bit cluttered at times and the mobile version often needs manual adjustments. It also isn't the best fit for very large websites.

“quick professional websites”
Pros
Building pages with this tool felt very easy and I could update the site without needing any technical skills. The templates are well designed and the editor is accessible so it's possible to create a professional looking result in a short amount of time.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features are only available with a paid plan and the editor can occasionally feel a bit slow when working on heavier pages. It's nothing too serious but there's definitely room for improvement.

“modern software”
Pros
After more than ten years of using the software I still appreciate how user friendly it is and how fresh and modern the platform feels.
Cons
There have been a few minor bugs here and there but nothing serious enough to be frustrating. Overall making simple color changes can feel a bit unclear at times.

“solid features”
Pros
Plenty of useful features come with this software and the customer service team has been very supportive. Their rep was well informed, took the time to look into the issue I was having and clearly shared what they found.
Cons
It would be even better to have a few quick video tutorial links with tips on improving website domain management and overall user experience.

“affordable for startups”
Pros
Creating and running a site is simple enough that even a student can handle it without needing to pay expensive freelancers. It's a solid option for anyone starting a business and it costs less than Shopify which makes it even more appealing for smaller budgets.
Cons
A limitation is the app marketplace doesn't offer as many options as Shopify. For things like billing I wanted more flexible pricing choices but I couldn't really set that up because I wasn't able to find the right apps or checkout-related tools.

“patient support fixed everything”
Pros
After running into a domain mess their customer support came through and fixed it. Bittor was incredibly patient and clearly knew the technical side well, guiding me through all the many steps needed to line up the number combinations correctly so my domain is now connected to this. I'm very satisfied and no longer stressed about it.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about the software. Now that the domain issue has been resolved and I can finally access my site,I'm hoping to move forward with updating it with help from their team. At this point it still hasn't been published yet.

“customer service impressed!”
Pros
Excellent service overall and the support expert was incredibly patient and helpful. Carlos walked me through everything step by step and got the issue resolved.
Cons
I'm still not really a fan of chatbots even though I understand that's how a lot of support is handled these days. I'd rather speak with someone on the phone.

“user friendly but laggy editor”
Pros
Feels very accessible to use. Most features are simple to locate and it doesn't take much effort to figure out how to do things on your own.
Cons
The issue is how slowly it runs. I ended up spending a lot of time waiting for pages to load sometimes even more than the time I actually spent making edits.

“no background in coding needed”
Pros
Very approachable software especially for people who don't have much technical experience. It's made for beginners and the addition of AI tools is a helpful step that makes the process even more user friendly.
Cons
One problem is that a lot of the more desirable features sit behind paywalls. Monthly pricing can be tough to justify especially if you're on a tight budget and can't keep paying extra.

“forms take too much tweaking”
Pros
It is still fairly user friendly overall although by this point I expected it to be a bit more refined and accessible.
Cons
Building forms and getting them to function properly is quite difficult and it feels like I have to relearn the process every time. I end up spending a lot of time testing features and adjusting settings or prompts just to make things work.

“great templates and gallery options”
Pros
Getting a new website up and running is quick with this platform because it's very user friendly and comes with lots of polished templates. It also offers several different photo gallery options which is a big plus.
Cons
At times the templates feel a little too packed with built in elements so if you already have a very specific design in mind, adjusting one can take more work than just building the site from scratch.

“Good support”
Pros
Something I really appreciate is that you can still reach a real customer support person and they're genuinely helpful even if you're not very tech savvy.
Cons
The only issue is that the different payment, invoice, product and financial features can feel a bit overwhelming to distinguish at first though that seems more like my own lack of familiarity than a problem with the platform itself.

Pros
When I ran into a payout issue it turned out my payment account hadn't been completed correctly. Their customer service team walked me through everything and helped me sort it out without any trouble.
Cons
I'm not very current with tech so the payment account form was difficult to understand and not very user friendly to complete correctly.
