“Handy analytics”

Pros

Starting with the tool doesn't take long and the more you build with its features, the more natural the whole editor feels. Putting together a simple, attractive website is very easy and the available templates give you a solid starting point. The site management tools are excellent as well especially for handling new form submissions, customer questions and live chat in one place. Analytics is another strong point since it gives quick access to visitor data and even real-time insights. There's also a native app for iOS and Android which makes it convenient to monitor site activity and reply to customers without needing to sit at a computer. On top of that, support has been fast and genuinely helpful and the agents seemed willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issues even when the questions were a bit outside their usual scope.

Cons

It is definitely beginner friendly but that same simplicity can feel restrictive for more experienced web developers. It's not really a blank canvas so you have to work within its built-in limitations or you may end up frustrated. One issue is the lack of direct CSS editing, at least on the basic plan which means you're stuck making changes through the interface alone. If there isn't already a setting available for a specific property, then you simply can't customize it. The asset library also feels somewhat limited especially when trying to build a more professional-looking site since I didn't find many images that were good enough and had to rely on external stock photo sites instead.

It has been a great platform to use. The level of customization is impressive while still being simple to work with. As a teacher, I was able to show my students how to build a site that matched their own style and as a business owner, I rely on it every day. The live chat lets me connect with customers in real time and the traffic tracking helps me see what visitors are viewing and how long they stay. The SEO tools are excellent and have real potential to help my business grow. I also really appreciate how simple it is to customize the mobile version of the site.

Cons

A feature I'd really like to see is the option to send an email transcript once a chat ends so both the customer and I have a record of the conversation.

Something I really appreciate about the software is that Email Marketing lets you create, send and manage campaigns all in one place. It also gives you the option to set up automated campaigns so they go out at the right time and the built-in analytics make it simple to monitor how they're performing.

One of its biggest strengths is how simple it is to build a website from start to finish with an all-in-one setup already in place.

The downside is the hosting cost and the fact that the website belongs to the software rather than fully to us which makes us less interested in repeating the experience.

The biggest win here is how usable and easy it is. It keeps things simple but there's still plenty of power under the hood to put together clean, professional-looking websites fast and it does that at a much lower cost than something like WordPress.

A few of the templates can feel pretty limiting and there isn't always much room to tweak every detail. That said if you spend a bit of time picking the right template for what you need, it works out just fine.
