“Handy analytics”
Pros
Starting with the tool doesn't take long and the more you build with its features, the more natural the whole editor feels. Putting together a simple, attractive website is very easy and the available templates give you a solid starting point. The site management tools are excellent as well especially for handling new form submissions, customer questions and live chat in one place. Analytics is another strong point since it gives quick access to visitor data and even real-time insights. There's also a native app for iOS and Android which makes it convenient to monitor site activity and reply to customers without needing to sit at a computer. On top of that, support has been fast and genuinely helpful and the agents seemed willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issues even when the questions were a bit outside their usual scope.
Cons
It is definitely beginner friendly but that same simplicity can feel restrictive for more experienced web developers. It's not really a blank canvas so you have to work within its built-in limitations or you may end up frustrated. One issue is the lack of direct CSS editing, at least on the basic plan which means you're stuck making changes through the interface alone. If there isn't already a setting available for a specific property, then you simply can't customize it. The asset library also feels somewhat limited especially when trying to build a more professional-looking site since I didn't find many images that were good enough and had to rely on external stock photo sites instead.

“Good to use”
Pros
It has been a great platform to use. The level of customization is impressive while still being simple to work with. As a teacher, I was able to show my students how to build a site that matched their own style and as a business owner, I rely on it every day. The live chat lets me connect with customers in real time and the traffic tracking helps me see what visitors are viewing and how long they stay. The SEO tools are excellent and have real potential to help my business grow. I also really appreciate how simple it is to customize the mobile version of the site.
Cons
A feature I'd really like to see is the option to send an email transcript once a chat ends so both the customer and I have a record of the conversation.

“reliable order tracking”
Pros
Their customer service has been the best part for me and being able to see where your orders are at really gives you more confidence in working with them.
Cons
Getting familiar with the software early feels like it can really influence my goals in a positive way and it has been very good doing business with them. Up to this point, everything has been going really well.

“creative freedom”
Pros
One thing that keeps me using the software is that it's free and gives users a lot of freedom to build really impressive websites for just about any purpose. The support team is also so helpful and the platform is wonderfully simple to use. To me, this is one of the best website builders because you can turn your ideas into almost anything you want.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints because it has been excellent overall. It's free, gives users plenty of creative freedom to make impressive websites for all kinds of uses and the support is very, very good. On top of that, it's wonderfully user friendly and to me this is the best web design platform for bringing your ideas to life.

“stylish themes”
Pros
Everything about it feels easy to use, from the overall functions to the products and the themes available. It's a very user friendly platform with a lot to appreciate.
Cons
The only thing I'd want is a bigger selection of themes to pick from.

“powerful email campaigns toolkit”
Pros
Something I really appreciate about the software is that Email Marketing lets you create, send and manage campaigns all in one place. It also gives you the option to set up automated campaigns so they go out at the right time and the built-in analytics make it simple to monitor how they're performing.
Cons
Initial use can feel a little overwhelming at first. There are so many features and design options available that the interface can seem a bit intimidating until you get used to it.

“creative freedom for stunning designs”
Pros
Honestly I'm surprised by how much I enjoy using this program. It made me feel more like a creative designer than someone struggling with technical stuff. If your priority is a visually driven, graphic-heavy website, this one really delivers.
Cons
A drawback is that your designs don't actually belong to you--they keep ownership. There's not even a way to purchase the design and move it somewhere else later if you ever need to.

“affordable builder”
Pros
Whenever I needed help, their customer support was there for me and one of the best parts is that it's very affordable.
Cons
One thing its is missing is a solid tracking or analytics tool so it's harder to tell whether people are actually engaging with my website or if it's just sitting there unnoticed.

The part I liked the least was the chat feature since I think it would benefit from having a more practical interface.

“professional site making made simple”
Pros
Building a professional looking website felt intimidating at first especially because I wanted it to be clean and simple to figure out. It helped take that stress away by giving me the tools to create a site that looks polished, is user friendly and is easy to share with other people.
Cons
Something that would make this tool even better is having more examples that show how to set up membership packages or pricing plans. It would also help to see more sample layouts across different industries so it's easier to understand how to adapt those ideas to fit my own website.

“site creation is so easy!”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths is how simple it is to build a website from start to finish with an all-in-one setup already in place.
Cons
The downside is the hosting cost and the fact that the website belongs to the software rather than fully to us which makes us less interested in repeating the experience.

“professional templates clients love”
Pros
Starting from one of the templates usually gives me a solid foundation and by the time I finish customizing it, the site often looks completely different in a really polished, professional way that matches what my clients expect.
Cons
It works well for a medium-sized business but for a startup watching every dollar even the basic plan feels pricey. I wish there were a more affordable option I could offer clients even if it came with fewer features or less flexibility because that would make it much more within reach for smaller budgets.

“custom sites”
Pros
The app worked well for me. It lets you build a website based on the style and preferences you want so the final design feels customized to your vision.
Cons
One drawback is that it can be a bit slow at times and it really depends on having an internet connection to work properly.

“stellar support”
Pros
Having online booking and calendar features built in has been a big plus for both our business and our clients. I've used this for several years and anytime something comes up with billing, account details or the editor, customer support has been excellent every single time. I've reached out through both phone and chat and both have been very helpful. There are also plenty of integration options which adds a lot of value.
Cons
The editor can be quite slow and it occasionally freezes while I'm editing which gets frustrating.

“Love it”
Pros
The biggest win here is how usable and easy it is. It keeps things simple but there's still plenty of power under the hood to put together clean, professional-looking websites fast and it does that at a much lower cost than something like WordPress.
Cons
A few of the templates can feel pretty limiting and there isn't always much room to tweak every detail. That said if you spend a bit of time picking the right template for what you need, it works out just fine.
