Something to keep in mind when building a website is that you become tied to the platform itself. That means you need to rely on it's hosting infrastructure and built-in features. While this definitely makes management more convenient, it can also limit flexibility if you ever need to move your website to a different platform in the future.

Best thing about it is how simple, polished and budget-friendly it makes building a website for personal use or a business. I use it for my business site and people regularly mention how modern and attractive it looks, along with how easy it is to figure out. Even though the question asks what I like most, it's honestly tough to narrow it down to just one thing.

Cons

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that getting a custom web address requires an extra payment. When you want to build multiple pages for sharing photos and let clients download them or pass them along to their business partners, it just doesn't come across as very professional without that custom domain.
