“smooth setup”
Pros
It comes packed with a wide range of features including excellent archiving options and strong search engine support. One of the best parts is how simple it is to customize the tools and make changes without any trouble. The platform is very user friendly overall and integrating it into my business process was easy and effortless.
Cons
The only drawback I've noticed is that the free plan includes banner ads. Other than that, the platform is very manageable and everything was simple to set up and use.

“Versatile pages for any business”
Pros
Lets you build simple yet complete websites to showcase the main services of your business. You do not need much experience to get started with the platform and if you already have a background in website creation, its tools give you plenty of room for deeper customization.
Cons
Since it works with a template-based system some design details have to stay within those template limits if you do not have web programming knowledge.

“Quick to learn and build”
Pros
Getting comfortable with the website builder didn't take long at all and using it feels very easy.
Cons
There are definitely cheaper hosting options out there but it'll take some time to see whether the cost ends up being justified.

“beginner friendly design freedom”
Pros
Is a thoughtfully built website builder that strikes a nice balance between useful features and user-friendliness. It gives you plenty of control over your site's layout and content without feeling overly complicated. It's easy enough that many people consider it one of the best website builders for beginners.
Cons
Even with its large selection of templates and add-ons, it still has some limits when it comes to customization. You're mostly working within the features it already offers so if you want to build something completely unique, you may need to look at another platform.

“Flexible builder for beginners”
Pros
Working with the tool was very easy from the start and I was able to build websites from scratch without much trouble. The platform felt user friendly and made the whole setup process simple to handle.
Cons
One frustrating part was that after using a template for a couple of years, switching to a different one wasn't really simple. Instead of changing it directly, I would have had to create an entirely new version of the site.

“feature-packed blog builder”
Pros
Running my blog on this software has been a really positive experience because the platform feels very complete. Creating pages and arranging the layout is simple to do and it doesn't require any development knowledge. The templates look great and give plenty of flexibility for building the site the way I want. Whenever I've had an issue, the support team has responded very quickly which is genuinely reassuring.
Cons
An area that gave me trouble was translating some articles into another language. The translation tool still feels quite underdeveloped to me and seems like it's still in its early stages.

“Limited design freedom”
Pros
It may not be the best website builder out there but it is definitely one of the fastest and simplest to use. In under two hours, you can have a fully working site online, hosted properly and ready to go.
Cons
The downside shows up when it's time to customize the design since it can feel restrictive in certain moments. Is it simple to use? Yes. Is it versatile? Not really. Is it enough? Absolutely.

“dependable website builder”
Pros

“good design but overpriced email plans”
Pros
Having a site up and running with it is pretty easy and it comes with plenty of design choices to work with.
Cons
Frustrating part is the way they changed the email marketing pricing. My premium plan used to include 3 campaigns per month but when I tried to send my first campaign of 2023, I was told I now had to pay $10/month just to send 500 emails which is fewer than the number of subscribers I have. On top of that, that plan only lets me send one email per month. If I want to send more, I now have to move up to $24/month and even more if I don't commit to a full year. That feels very greedy. To keep the older setup with 3 emails a month, I apparently would have needed to buy an Ascend plan but that is no longer connected the same way. I never received any email explaining this change so now I'm just stuck with the new pricing whether I like it or not. Maybe larger businesses won't care because they send a lot of campaigns anyway but for smaller businesses like mine, where I only follow up with collectors a few times a year and don't sell mass-produced products, it's just too expensive. I understand companies want to make money but this change really comes across as excessive.

“EASY setup”
Pros
Right from the start it feels simple to work with. The customization options are flexible, the text and instructions are very clear and the whole platform is easy to use. I just wish it were free but overall it's still a really good website builder.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing. Having to pay to use it is disappointing and I really wish they would offer it for free.

“great usability”
Pros
Wokring with this tool is really simple and learning how to use it doesn't take much time at all. The amount of help available from customer support and service is outstanding and that level of assistance is hard to beat.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better is adding more interactive apps in the store options.

“Good templates”
Pros
Building pages feels very accessible and the design options in the editor are one of the best parts. The guides and rulers make alignment much easier and I appreciate being able to drag elements exactly where I want them instead of being locked into strict placement. The range of templates is also really useful and the content manager and blog features add a lot of value.
Cons
I'd still like to see improvement in the integration with Klaviyo. It would be much better if the tool could support more CRM data management especially when it comes to capturing more detailed segmented information from form submissions, members and customers who make purchases.

“many design options”
Pros
Feels very manageable to figure out on your own. It offers two website-building modes: a drag and drop option for quick designing and a development mode for anyone who wants to work with their own code. Adding widgets is also quite simple which makes customizing the site much more convenient.
Cons
A lot of answers are already buried in the FAQs but it can be frustrating to dig through everything to find what you need. There were also times when it felt like it took forever to get through to customer support.

“janky builder and outrageous fees”
Pros
At one point the cleaner look of the platform appealed to me but now it just feels outdated and terrible to use.
Cons
After dealing with it for the past 8 years, I'm completely fed up. I've overlooked the buggy site builder and those useless so-called help articles more times than I should have but this feels like the breaking point. I've been working on my website little by little for years, uploading photos and media over that whole time. Then today I tried to upload just one PDF and it suddenly told me I was 2.5 GB over the 500 MB storage limit. Apparently some bug had been allowing uploads for years and now one basic PDF pushed everything over. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with support and while the representative was kind, he couldn't do anything about this ridiculous system. Their answer was that I need to pay $200 a year just to upload a PDF to my own site. That feels like a complete rip-off. I'm a performing artist and I simply don't have that kind of money to throw at a yearly website fee. It's incredibly frustrating. If I had known about this storage cap 8 years ago, I would have stopped building the site immediately and moved to a better platform. Between the constant glitches and how hard it is to even find a customer support phone number, I've had plenty of reasons to leave before. The problem is, after spending so many years building a project, starting over from scratch is hard to justify. At this point I'd rather move to Squarespace but they won't even give me source code to transfer elsewhere because they claim it only works on the software. It's absurd.
