“Good for new businesses”
Pros
Starting off has been really easy especially as a new business trying to get everything up and running. The platform is simple to figure out and anytime I've needed assistance, the support team has been incredibly helpful.
Cons
An issue I did run into was with the app while it was connected to Legal Zoom. I'm still not sure what caused that problem but I'm hopeful the team will be able to get it resolved soon.

“great no-code website builder”
Pros
Getting started with web design feels much more approachable with this platform. It's a really solid option for beginners because it offers very good functions. One of the best parts is that you can build a website based on your own requirements without needing to do much coding which makes the whole process far less intimidating. It also helps by suggesting keywords and supporting SEO so your site has a better chance of reaching more people. On top of that, there are plenty of customization options and the interface is very user friendly. Definitely worth trying at least once.
Cons
There really isn't much to dislike but there are a couple of things to be aware of. The free version includes quite a few ads which can be noticeable. Also, not every feature is available unless you choose a paid plan so the free version does come with some limitations. As long as you keep that in mind, it's still something you can work with.

“lovely websites”
Pros
Building custom websites and individual pages with this software has been really versatile for us. The platform comes with a wide range of rich default templates and there are plenty more to choose from depending on the type of site we want to create. On top of that it also does a really solid job with content management which makes the whole website-building process even more useful.
Cons
I don't have any specific complaints about the software. The product works very well, the support team has been great and the features all feel user friendly while still being competitive with other options out there.

“storefront tools”
Pros
Right away it gives you a lot to work with, from templates and site-building tools to e-commerce features and more. Design really matters when putting a website together and this platform offers plenty of ways to adjust the look and feel to match what you want. It's also worth mentioning website performance since things like load speed and responsiveness can have a big impact and it covers that side of the experience too.
Cons
Even with all the customization available, the templates can still feel a bit restrictive when you want more freedom with the design. On top of that, going beyond the built-in template options may be challenging for some users especially if they want deeper customization than what's readily provided.

“Customizable and user friendly”
Pros
Has been one of the most user friendly platforms I've worked with and the customization options make the site feel genuinely like my own creation.
Cons
This is a very specific issue but while setting up payments, the "doing business as" name for my business was longer than the allowed character limit which created a few logistical headaches.

“seo-friendly sites”
Pros
Building attractive websites with this software feels like one of the simplest ways to get the job done. It comes with all the tools needed to create polished, SEO-friendly sites that look impressive.
Cons
At times setting up scrolling slides on pages can be a bit tricky. The template selection also feels somewhat limited although they have been adding more recently.

“flexible pricing”
Pros
Feels pretty easy to use and I appreciate the pricing model since you can pay only for the features you actually need. Their support has also been helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
Plugin pricing can become pretty confusing especially when different sections of the site require separate licenses. After a while, it starts to feel a bit convoluted. The ecommerce side is also still developing and doesn't feel fully mature yet.

“my review”
Pros
Building a website feels easy thanks to the drag and drop editor and the large selection of customizable templates. Customer support has been excellent as well and someone is usually available whenever help is needed. The pricing is affordable too, with plenty of plan options to fit different needs.
Cons
Can be a little slow at times when loading and the builder doesn't feel as advanced as some competing website platforms. Changing from one template to another can also be frustrating since it may cause you to lose content.

“Perfect for starting a blog”
Pros
Got my blog online without spending much (exactly what I needed) and the software made that possible with its free hosting plan. I'm really into blogging so having a platform where I could build my own site without a big upfront cost was a huge plus. I've been so happy with how it turned out that I'm already planning to upgrade to a paid plan soon. This feels like an excellent option not just for blogs but for almost any kind of online business.
Cons
One thing that feels a bit discouraging is that the free plan includes ads on the site.

“repeaters save lots of time”
Pros
Repeaters have been the most useful part for me. I don't need to rebuild the same page design over and over and being able to keep the layout consistent saves a lot of time and effort.
Cons
It would be even better if users had more customization options especially for dynamic content management.

“Offers good customization”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the software is how simple it is to use and get up and running. It's a tool that practically anyone can work with even without much technical knowledge and the setup can be done in a very accessible, hands-on way. It has helped me showcase my business online and being able to connect my social media accounts has been a big advantage. I also value how much freedom it gives me to personalize the templates. Another strong point is the SEO management and keyword handling. In my case, I was able to get my site positioned in search engines fairly quickly especially on Google.
Cons
One downside is the price of the premium plan although in the end it feels worth the investment compared with the benefits I get from using it.

“my choice”
Pros
Building a site feels refreshingly easy because it packs in plenty of features without making the process overwhelming. The biggest advantages are its accessible interface and the freedom it gives you with design. You don't need a technical background to get started since the drag and drop editor makes putting a website together feel simple and natural. On top of that, the App Market includes a wide range of apps and plugins that can be added without much effort which helps expand functions and improve the overall visitor experience. When it comes to usability, this really performs well. The platform is clear, user friendly and easy to move around in so even people with little to no technical knowledge can use it comfortably. It also comes with a large library of ready-made templates that can be personalized to match your brand and style which makes it a strong option for businesses of all sizes. For integration with existing workflows, it also does a solid job. It connects well with third-party tools and services whether you need a payment processor, an email marketing platform or something else. Its adaptable setup also makes it easier to connect with other systems so switching over to this tends to be a pretty manageable process for most businesses. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this tool to anyone who wants to launch a website quickly and effectively whether it's for a small business or a personal online presence.
Cons
A downside with this tool is that its drag and drop editor can start to feel a bit restrictive if you want very detailed or highly advanced customization. Even though the platform offers a lot of flexibility overall, users who need deeper design control may feel that it doesn't go far enough. That said for most people, it still delivers a very practical mix of convenience and strong features making it a reliable option for creating a polished, professional-looking website.

“powerful tools”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how much depth the platform has, along with the quality of the customer support. Whenever an issue comes up, their team responds quickly and genuinely seems happy to help get it resolved. It also includes enough built-in productivity features that I haven't needed to rely on any third-party software.
Cons
It is constantly rolling out new features and added functions which is nice but some of those built-in tools feel like they were released a bit before they were fully polished. For instance, I'd really like to see better native navigation for video collections, such as a sortable list of videos within a channel. On top of that, channels can only be organized by manually clicking and dragging files. A few of these built-in functions come across as if they were finished a little too quickly.

“blog creation and content tools”
Pros
Putting together a blog feels very easy and that is something I really appreciate. The content management side is also excellent and makes handling everything on the site very enjoyable.
Cons
I find the menu banner that appears above blogs using the free version a bit odd. It shows up like this: "Follow us".

“powerful platform”
Pros
After 25 years working in high-end IT, I honestly haven't come across another SaaS platform that feels as easy to use as this. I've recommended it to plenty of people including my wife, who uses it too. Everything connects really well inside the system and it's clear it puts a lot of effort into bringing all the features together in a way that feels as user friendly as possible.
Cons
I'd still love to see in the price quote tools the ability to place a business logo directly into the online form. Being able to fully design your own quote or invoice form online would be even better. It would also help a lot if price quotes were available in the mobile app on iPhone. Another issue was the support email change--I sent a long, detailed message to support only to get an automated reply saying that channel is no longer being used. A customer-wide email announcement about that change would have been helpful, unless I somehow missed it. That said the chat support responded right away and the online helper was excellent.

“great templates and built-in tools”
Pros
Building a site with this feels very approachable thanks to its accessible drag and drop editor so even people without technical experience can put together a professional-looking website. There's also a huge selection of professionally designed templates and they're flexible enough to customize for different styles and needs. The pricing is another plus, with plans that work for different budgets and the free option is useful for getting started with the core features. On top of that, it includes built-in SEO tools that help improve search visibility without needing extra setup. Its e-commerce features are also helpful, letting you take payments, manage orders and handle shipping. Another benefit is that websites automatically adapt well to mobile devices like phones and tablets. And if you want more functions, the App Market has a large collection of apps for social media, marketing, e-commerce and more.
Cons
One downside is that although the drag and drop builder is simple to use, customization can feel somewhat limited especially for users who want more advanced control over their website. Another drawback is how tied you become to the platform once your site is built which can make moving to a different website builder or hosting provider difficult later on. Also, the free plan and some lower-priced plans come with storage and bandwidth limits which may impact your site's performance and available functions.
