Putting together a blog feels very easy and that is something I really appreciate. The content management side is also excellent and makes handling everything on the site very enjoyable.

I find the menu banner that appears above blogs using the free version a bit odd. It shows up like this: "Follow us".

After 25 years working in high-end IT, I honestly haven't come across another SaaS platform that feels as easy to use as this. I've recommended it to plenty of people including my wife, who uses it too. Everything connects really well inside the system and it's clear it puts a lot of effort into bringing all the features together in a way that feels as user friendly as possible.

Cons

I'd still love to see in the price quote tools the ability to place a business logo directly into the online form. Being able to fully design your own quote or invoice form online would be even better. It would also help a lot if price quotes were available in the mobile app on iPhone. Another issue was the support email change--I sent a long, detailed message to support only to get an automated reply saying that channel is no longer being used. A customer-wide email announcement about that change would have been helpful, unless I somehow missed it. That said the chat support responded right away and the online helper was excellent.

Building a site with this feels very approachable thanks to its accessible drag and drop editor so even people without technical experience can put together a professional-looking website. There's also a huge selection of professionally designed templates and they're flexible enough to customize for different styles and needs. The pricing is another plus, with plans that work for different budgets and the free option is useful for getting started with the core features. On top of that, it includes built-in SEO tools that help improve search visibility without needing extra setup. Its e-commerce features are also helpful, letting you take payments, manage orders and handle shipping. Another benefit is that websites automatically adapt well to mobile devices like phones and tablets. And if you want more functions, the App Market has a large collection of apps for social media, marketing, e-commerce and more.

One downside is that although the drag and drop builder is simple to use, customization can feel somewhat limited especially for users who want more advanced control over their website. Another drawback is how tied you become to the platform once your site is built which can make moving to a different website builder or hosting provider difficult later on. Also, the free plan and some lower-priced plans come with storage and bandwidth limits which may impact your site's performance and available functions.

Right from the start, it feels incredibly accessible to use. The editor is easy, there are plenty of tools available and the wide range of templates fits specific industries and all kinds of website needs. Its mobile site-building features are especially strong and the online store capabilities are packed with useful options. I also appreciate the excellent uptime, responsive customer support and multiple payment choices including the option to sell digital downloads. Having a free plan available is another big plus.

The analytics from third-party apps tend to be better and one limitation is that you can't switch to a different template once your site is set up.

Pretty much covers everything you could want from a CMS. The templates are highly customizable, there are built-in marketing integrations, an app marketplace, different e-commerce options and connections solid analytics and the interface is really well done.

At times, the editor shows a message saying my MacBook (M1 Pro) is under heavy load. That's definitely frustrating especially while working in the editor.

On top of that, the blog editor is accessible and there are plenty of templates to choose from for different kinds of blogs.

Pricing is one of the bigger downsides especially if you need to manage more than one website. The App Market also is not as extensive as the WordPress Marketplace even though there are still enough apps available for most needs. Extra email accounts cost more than expected and you only get one free domain. While this is very popular as a website builder, the free plan is fairly limited since it only lets you build a basic site with a small selection of templates. If you want more than a single-page site or need access to premium features, you will have to upgrade.

Getting a site up and running with this tool was incredibly easy. As a new business owner, it saved me thousands of pounds that I would have otherwise spent hiring a company. I also really appreciate that you can add things like e-courses, bookings and other features to your website under one price.

The only thing I'd really like to see is a plugin for FreeAgent and ideally other accounting software packages as well. At the moment, it supports QuickBooks but the accounting integrations could definitely be broader.
