“versatile themes and styles”
Pros
You can build pages around different themes and it offers a wide variety of styles and options to present to clients.
Cons
One possible downside is that the content doesn't seem to get updated very often.

“Powerful site builder options”
Pros
It gives you a realistic way to build the website you've been envisioning for the long term. The difficulty is simple and quick and even though getting your own domain and better positioning costs a bit more, the platform is generally excellent and delivers a very polished, impressive result. It supports every format, plenty of planning and action possibilities and pretty much all the features a business website needs can be set up here.
Cons
Pricing is the biggest downside. Right now, the website builder market is crowded with competitors and many of them offer much more aggressive pricing than this software. If it lowered its costs even a little, it would probably move to the top of the list.

“beginner friendly”
Pros
So beginner friendly! The drag and drop editor is simple to use, the contact form works well and there's plenty of flexibility when it comes to choosing from different templates and customizing the site the way you want.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that unlike its biggest competitor, if you publish your site and later decide to make certain design changes, you may have to start over from scratch. It's something worth considering before you go live.

“responsive support and strong SEO tools”
Pros
Building a site feels very easy yet the end result still looks polished and professional. Their customer support has been quick to respond and really knows the product well. I also appreciated the post-build tutorials and the SEO features especially the guidance on getting the site indexed by Google, choosing useful keywords to include and deciding which pages should link together to help boost search performance.
Cons
My only frustration was not being able to locate a direct phone number for the customer service. That said I later realized they rely on online chat because the response time there is almost instant and the support I got through that channel was outstanding.

“good site design tools”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with the software is how you can put together a website and then add apps to improve both the design and the overall user experience.
Cons
The part I enjoy the least about it is how often they try to upsell additional features and services.

“excellent”
Pros
The platform helped us create a professional-looking website that matches our visual identity and brand guidelines really well.
Cons
Some of the settings are a bit complicated to manage and the dashboard and overall site administration feel only moderately user friendly. Also, messages sent through our website do not always arrive in our email inbox the way we expect.

“Quick site setup and solid templates”
Pros
Launching a website with this feels very easy. It's quick to build a website and doesn't require much technical knowledge at all. There's also a good selection of templates to choose from.
Cons
I think they should add even more models and templates to give users a wider range of options.

“makes updates easy”
Pros
After years on WordPress, I was pretty hesitant to move my website over to this software especially since a web designer I know kept saying WP was much better. That probably makes sense if you know how to code and understand HTML but for someone like me, switching to this software was absolutely the right call. It feels very accessible and I can make updates or add things to my site without needing to be some kind of web expert.
Cons
I still think adding new pages and resizing text blocks could be a bit more easy. Part of that might just be me being overly cautious because I don't want to break anything so it could honestly come down to user error.

“helpful templates and support”
Pros
Starting off felt a lot less intimidating because the templates gave me a solid design to build from. The biggest plus is how quickly and helpfully the support team responds whenever I get stuck. I began with absolutely no experience and now I've managed to put together a really nice page.
Cons
One thing that can be a bit tough is the huge number of options available. That's definitely useful once you know your way around but as a beginner it can feel overwhelming trying to figure out what I should include and where to find everything. I'm sure that part will become easier with time.

“great website builder”
Pros
Compared with other site builders I've tried, this has been the best by a wide margin for creating a website. Getting everything set up was easy and the ready-made templates made the whole process simple to put together. It's definitely much better to use than WordPress.
Cons
Something that still bothers me is that the sites aren't truly owned by the individual user. For what I'm paying, I'd rather have full ownership of my own website. There was also a bot security problem that took a while to be resolved.

“rich media”
Pros
Building my site with it has been really enjoyable because I can combine videos and photos however I want. Every page can have its own look and layout which gives me a lot of creative freedom and the platform is very user friendly overall. It also comes with plenty of useful features.
Cons
I'd really like to see improved is the ability to switch the entire site template without having to wipe everything out and rebuild the site from the beginning.

Pros
Works well for small businesses and is a good fit for people who aren't very technical. The interface is easy and easy to follow, creating commercial websites is possible and signing up for an account is quick and simple.

“helpful support”
Pros
Making my final-year project was a really positive experience. It was quick to pick up and simple to work with even without much coding knowledge. I was able to create a website from the ground up and the large collection of ready-made templates gave me plenty of good starting points. On top of that, their customer support team was very helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
I don't like that the basic plan still displays ads on the website. I really think those ads should be removed from the entry-level package as well.

“responsive support and simple setup”
Pros
Very easy to use and the support team has been a real plus. Even though they are not quite as available as some other platforms I've used, they still reply very quickly and are consistently helpful.
Cons
I do not have any real complaints. Since it is a bigger company than some others I've worked with, support can sometimes take a bit longer to reach but it is never an excessive wait and they always end up resolving the issue.

“Flexible editing with support issues”
Pros
Making updates and editing the sites I want to build is very easy with this software and it lets me make changes without much trouble.
Cons
I've run into several frustrating problems. Technical bugs keep me from accepting an ownership transfer invite under my name which means I can't publish content. Support is also very limited since there's no phone number or email available, just community forums and Q&A pages when trying to figure out how to solve an issue. On top of that, the customer support offered through Facebook Messenger has been unhelpful and not very competent.

“great templates and flexibility”
Pros
Setting up a basic site and getting it running doesn't cost anything which is a big plus. There are tons of templates available and the whole setup feels quick and accessible. The drag and drop builder means there's no need to mess with coding and I also like that the premium features are offered in modules so you can add what you need as the business grows. The website management dashboard is also easy and easy to learn.
Cons
The downside is that most of the better premium features come at an extra cost. Once the site is live, changing the template isn't an option which can be frustrating. It also stops being budget-friendly when you subscribe to all the features. Pages can load slowly if they include a lot of active controls and resource-heavy web parts. It's also not really ideal for large-scale businesses and while the dashboard analytics are useful, they still don't cover everything.

“good customization and support”
Pros
Hands down, this has one of the strongest website-building setups I've come across. It's an amazing platform and you can do just about anything with it, from simple, accessible edits to fully coded customization. On top of that, the customer support is outstanding. The team is efficient, responsive and clearly knows what they're doing. I'm really glad I came across the software. Keep up the excellent work, everyone!
Cons
The only trouble I ran into was trying to figure out the best way to set up a discount.
