Pros

Making updates and editing the sites I want to build is very easy with this software and it lets me make changes without much trouble.

Cons

I've run into several frustrating problems. Technical bugs keep me from accepting an ownership transfer invite under my name which means I can't publish content. Support is also very limited since there's no phone number or email available, just community forums and Q&A pages when trying to figure out how to solve an issue. On top of that, the customer support offered through Facebook Messenger has been unhelpful and not very competent.

Pros

Setting up a basic site and getting it running doesn't cost anything which is a big plus. There are tons of templates available and the whole setup feels quick and accessible. The drag and drop builder means there's no need to mess with coding and I also like that the premium features are offered in modules so you can add what you need as the business grows. The website management dashboard is also easy and easy to learn.

Cons

The downside is that most of the better premium features come at an extra cost. Once the site is live, changing the template isn't an option which can be frustrating. It also stops being budget-friendly when you subscribe to all the features. Pages can load slowly if they include a lot of active controls and resource-heavy web parts. It's also not really ideal for large-scale businesses and while the dashboard analytics are useful, they still don't cover everything.

Pros

Hands down, this has one of the strongest website-building setups I've come across. It's an amazing platform and you can do just about anything with it, from simple, accessible edits to fully coded customization. On top of that, the customer support is outstanding. The team is efficient, responsive and clearly knows what they're doing. I'm really glad I came across the software. Keep up the excellent work, everyone!

It has been a practical way to launch an eCommerce business and start making it profitable even without any prior experience. I'd definitely recommend it for both website creation and all the tools that support everything behind the scenes.

There is some difficulty when it comes to figuring out how some of the tools work and arranging the exact website layout you want but after some practice and hands-on use, designing and updating the site becomes much more manageable.

It takes some time and patience but if you are willing to put the hours in, you can create a really solid website design. The instructors clearly know the platform well but teaching is not always their strong point and they tend to pack in too much information and move through it too fast. One thing I really appreciate is the wide selection of modern-looking templates, along with built-in SEO tools that make creating your own site much more manageable. I also really value the built-in mobile version since you can preview how the site looks on phones while you are building it.

The online classes it offers across different areas were not especially useful to me. The presenters are clearly well informed but they do not always explain things in the most effective way. A lot of the time, they try to cover too much at once and the pace feels too fast to be genuinely helpful. The website builder also has a few glitchy spots here and there. That said using the tutorials and sticking to the recommended browsers seems to reduce those issues quite a bit. On a positive note, customer service has been very responsive and helped resolve a couple of website function problems quickly.
