“accessible site editing and order management”
Pros
Navigating the platform feels very easy and updating my websites happens instantly with a simple preview before publishing. Handling online orders also makes sense and is organized in a very logical way. Overall it does exactly what I need it to do and works really well.
Cons
One annoyance is the web form email threads. I can't reply without the entire previous conversation including replies to other people in the same thread, being included.

“so easy”
Pros
Designing, managing and updating a website with the software feels very easy even without any prior experience. It lets you put together a highly professional-looking site in just minutes and the pages adapt well across different devices. There's also no need to worry about hosting or domain management knowledge which makes the whole process much simpler. On top of that, the software offers hundreds of ready-made templates across many different categories.
Cons
An issue is that the site isn't portable to another hosting provider and if you use the free plan, the software places its own branding on your website.

“free templates and beginner friendly setup”
Pros
It comes with free default templates and it's also built so you can create a website from scratch without needing any prior training or studies.
Cons
The more advanced templates and best-looking features come at an extra cost and in many cases that pricing isn't affordable for everyone.

“better design and marketing tools”
Pros
The software feels more user friendly overall. The design features are stronger, the marketing tools are better and it gives good value for the money.
Cons
Dawback is that it offers fewer payment options, the app store is limited and it is not the best fit for a large online store.

“Versatile tools for growing sites”
Pros
Has been a very flexible website CMS for us. It works well whether you're just getting started or already have solid web development experience. As your skills grow, the software keeps pace by offering more advanced tools and resources to improve and expand your site. Features like dynamic pages, forms and built-in database functions have been especially useful.
Cons
The only minor setback came during the storefront setup. We had to connect the software POS and the approval process took around a day. There was also a bit of trouble getting the tax system integrated but overall those were just small delays.

“great setup for beginners”
Pros
Coming in with zero background in building websites or online stores, I was able to get everything up and running without much trouble. The platform guided me through each step and the dashboard is easy to use when managing the backend too.
Cons
Something I really wish it had is a tech support phone line for basic questions. I'm not expecting help with complicated problems or design work but having someone available for the smaller issues would be really useful.

“professional sites without the trouble”
Pros
Getting a polished, visually appealing website online with the software is very affordable even without any previous web design experience. It works especially well for small businesses and I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
has been an excellent option for creating our company website. There are plenty of templates to pick from, customizing the site is easy and the platform is simple to figure out. It's a solid way to launch an attractive, professional-looking website quickly.

“fast site setup and marketing tools”
Pros
The site speed has been good and there's a huge collection of templates to choose from. The drag and drop editor feels accessible and it makes marketing the site pretty easy.
Cons
A downside is that the templates can't be switched once you've chosen one. The free plan also adds the software branding and the premium plans only cover a single site.

“visual builder with helpful analytics”
Pros
Launching a site with the software feels very manageable even without strong computer skills. The whole platform is highly visual, the features are easy to work with and there's a huge library of tutorials whenever you need help. I use it for my small business and it has been reliable for me without any major issues. The analytics the software provides are especially useful, giving solid insights while still letting you build a custom website at a price that feels very reasonable overall.
Cons
On slower computers, the platform can sometimes freeze which gets frustrating. Also while the builder is user friendly, it still takes some time and practice before everything makes complete sense.

“great templates for portfolios”
Pros
The free templates are one of my favorite parts of the software Website Builder. Adding videos and images to the site is really easy and updating or editing posted content is just as simple. It works really well for building portfolios and publishing blog posts too.
Cons
One frustrating issue is that I've occasionally lost all my portfolio work after accidentally hitting the back button.

“Quick landing pages with the software”
Pros
I've been using the software for quite some time now and it's become one of my go-to options when I need to put together a landing page quickly.
Cons
The block-based layout can be frustrating at times especially since some sections, like the footer block, are hard to edit or can't really be customized the way I want. I really wish they would improve that part.

“free site creation with flexibility”
Pros
Using the platform feels very easy and the option to build a website for free makes it a really good choice for anyone who does not have money to invest upfront.
Cons
Unfortunately quite a few features are restricted on the free plan. The domain is also a downside because it comes with a very long name which does not look attractive at all.

“more clients with the software”
Pros
It helped me promote my work better which brought in more clients and more jobs and that made a real difference in helping me pay my bills. The platform gave me a more professional way to showcase what I do and improve the quality of how I advertise my services.
Cons
There were times when technical support took a little longer to reply but it never really got in the way of my work or caused any major disruption.

“powerful drag and drop builder”
Pros
Right from the homepage to the editor, the software clearly puts a lot of effort into the user experience. The drag and drop builder is powerful and works well whether you are a beginner or already have some web development knowledge. The whole process is very easy and you do not need any coding skills to get a site up and running. There are plenty of elements you can customize including text boxes, lightboxes buttons, videos and more, all in just a few clicks. The interface feels very user friendly overall. For advanced users it adds the option to customize the site more deeply based on specific requirements. Other than that the software also provides hosting and domain registration so it works well as an all-in-one website building platform. It is also widely used, with more than 180 million users across over 80 countries.
Cons
It is still less flexible in some areas especially when compared with WordPress. Even though the templates and app marketplace give you a good range of design and feature options, there are still limits to how freely you can build everything. External support for templates, apps and related tools is also fairly limited. One frustrating part is the template rigidity: after selecting a template, you cannot switch to a different one later which can become tiring. Another downside mentioned often is that the software shows advertisements on the Free and Basic plans. It also lets you embed HTML code but you cannot directly edit the existing HTML. Performance and loading speed can sometimes suffer particularly after adding integrations or apps. The mobile apps also feel like they still need significant update.

“helpful templates and flexibility”
Pros
Very simple to get started with and even without any background in website building, you can use the templates as inspiration and put something together confidently.
Cons
At times, figuring out what works best for your business can take a bit of trial and error because there are so many options available so you have to test things out and see what fits best.

“great editor for online lessons”
Pros
The editor made site changes really simple and I could add menu items, submenus, pages and all kinds of content like text, videos, music and more without any trouble. It worked really well for setting up lessons and students were able to follow along and learn online without confusion.
Cons
I really don't have anything to complain about. Naturally, if you want more advanced managed features and extra tools, you'll need to pay for them but as far as the free version goes, there aren't any meaningful downsides.

“Flexible website customization”
Pros
Running a small painting business, being able to fully customize the website was something I really appreciated. It gave me the freedom to set things up the way I wanted and made the platform a really good fit for what I needed at the time even though I do not really use it anymore.
Cons
The part I disliked most was the download process since it took around 1 to 2 hours to finish. That was definitely frustrating although in the end it was not a huge deal.

“drag and drop website freedom”
Pros
Building sites with the software feels very approachable thanks to the drag and drop editor. It makes it simple to design pages, write blog content and publish posts without needing an administrator or any real technical know-how.
Cons
Once you move beyond a basic website setup, the platform can start to feel restrictive. Design flexibility, feature options and element placement are somewhat limited if you want to get more creative with the overall look.
