“Quick to learn”
Pros
Being comfortable with the software doesn't take long and it comes packed with plenty of features.
Cons
iggest downside with the tool is the pricing. They really should add a more affordable tier.

“sites done in a day”
Pros
Running an agency, execution speed is usually one of the biggest reasons projects get delayed or fail to wrap up efficiently. This is one of the rare platforms where I can confidently say a website can be completed within a single day, no more and no less.
Cons
Because less coding is needed now to bring branded ideas to life, more people are calling themselves website creators without having even a basic grasp of the work involved especially the finer points of website marketing.

“impressive overall”
Pros
Right away, the templates and overall site design are incredibly impressive. They make a noticeable difference for visitors and the pre-built layouts are a huge help. Another thing I appreciate is how flexible the platform is, without really feeling limiting so building a website feels comfortable. And the best part is definitely ADI, the artificial design intelligence tool that helps creators put together professional-looking websites.
Cons
On the downside mobile users do run into loading speed issues although it seems like the software is working on improving that. Pricing is also pretty high, honestly. Plans start at $22 per month for website builders and can go up to $47 per month for larger personal websites or business sites.

“plenty of templates”
Pros
Getting started was fast and having so many templates to pick from made the whole process feel easy. Once I chose one, I could just drop in my own information and build the exact page I had in mind.
Cons
A frustrating part is how many extra features are locked behind the paywall. The site also doesn't clearly explain what each plan includes so it leaves you feeling like you need more and can end up spending a lot more than you expected at the start.

“offers customization”
Pros
Something I really appreciate about the software is how simple it is to use. Over the years, the platform has added more features and that has made it possible for us to keep updating our website with polished designs that we can tailor to fit exactly what we want.
Cons
Getting help from customer service especially trying to reach a real person by phone, has basically become impossible. When I first started using the software, they were a trailblazer when it came to phone support and being easy to contact but now everything has shifted to online-only outreach. That personal connection with customer service was actually one of the biggest reasons I stayed with the company for more than 8 years.

“Polished results”
Pros
Launching a webiste felt very easyeven when I decided to build it from scratch instead of relying on a template although the templates themselves were very appealing. I ended up really pleased with the website I created especially since I had never built one on my own before.
Cons
I do wish it offered more WordPress-style options for pages that work like a blog. the software also puts limits on how often certain features can be used. For example, I can't show all of my testimonials with their testimonial tool because it only allows foureven though I have quite a few more to share.

“templates shine, editing drags”
Pros
A solid range of free templates is available and they can be customized quite a bit. It also comes with some appealing graphic design tools to support that, like rulers, grids, fonts and similar features.
Cons
While thinking about moving my author website from WordPress to the software, I tested the software for around a month. Compared with WordPress, uploading felt much more frustrating and the editing process was a constant trouble. There were simply too many steps and even putting together a basic blog post took far longer than it should have.

“editing without coding”
Pros
Making updates to any page happens in real time which is a big plus. I can edit the site without needing any coding knowledge and that makes the whole process much more approachable.
Cons
One thing that's missing is stronger mobile-friendly site builder options. Our current site isn't very mobile responsive and finding a workaround has been difficult.

“perfect for online publishing”
Pros
Gives you a powerful way to manage online content through a website and it even works really well for creating digital newspapers that convert. Honestly it feels more than fair to say it's just perfect and I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
Up to this point, everything has been going really well. I haven't run into any issues at all and I'm simply enjoying using it.

“great for classroom websites”
Pros
It gives students a hands on way to create fully functional websites which makes it especially useful for future business projects. It has been a really valuable tool to use in my classroom.
Cons
Because the site-building process is fairly simple, it may feel a bit limited for anyone trying to create a more advanced or fully featured online store.

“beautiful features for beginners”
Pros
Perfect for when you don't know anything about web design and that's really where its value is. You can still end up with a pretty good looking site with a nice design and useful features and add-ons like a "contact me" form, language options and more while keeping the whole process very simple.
Cons
However if you're a professional designer or already have your own concepts and want to customize every single part of the website, you'll probably be better off using a more advanced professional tool.

“Friendly website builder”
Pros
Starting the first website feels very approachable with this software because the platform is user friendly and lets people build a site without much trouble. It offers a good range of designs and content and it works well for all kinds of websites whether that's an online store, a blog or something else entirely.
Cons
A limitation is that when saving or working with design options, the software doesn't offer a very broad selection of visual content so users are left choosing from only a limited number of options.

Pros
One thing that really stands out is the strong AI support paired with a drag and drop builder that makes putting a site together feel very natural. It gives a lot of flexibility while still being convenient to use.
Cons
The only downside is that the monthly pricing feels a bit expensive compared to some other optionseven though the features are solid.

Pros
Using this software felt very easy because the platform is user friendly and simple to work with. Their customer service has also been excellent--they don't just help solve issues, they take the time to offer useful suggestions on how to use the software better for your business.
Cons
A few parts can be a bit tricky especially when moving items around since other elements sometimes shift too. Still, the end result looks polished and professional and I can manage and update the website on my own without much trouble.

“Building a site with zero trouble”
Pros
Starting out with almost no web design experience, I was still able to create my own website using the free version. Once I was ready, upgrading let me use a custom URL and remove the the software branding which makes it much easier for customers to find my business.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints.

“costly”
Pros
It works really well for people who have little to no web development background and there are plenty of tools you can add as the site grows beyond just a basic setup.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing, along with not having access to files through a standard FTP-style interface. I'd like to handle styling through a stylesheet and be able to drag and drop image files from my computer into a folder on the hosted system. From a developer's perspective especially if you already have hosting that can support nearly unlimited sites, the software feels unnecessarily expensive compared with free options like WordPress or Joomla.
