“smart site creation”
Pros
Got a customized website up and running and it took only minutes. Its AI design tool is incredibly clever--I just entered basic details about my business, like the name and location and it generated a custom site that saved me a lot of time. The website-building features are impressive and perform quickly as well. On top of that, the software offers plenty of customizable templates and the drag and drop editor feels very accessible which makes moving around the platform simple. The custom branding option has also been very useful for boosting my brand visibility since I can place my logo on the site dashboard and in other areas.
Cons
Something that has been frustrating is that the software templates are not interchangeable so content cannot be moved from one template to another. If a mistake happens and I need to change the template, I have to transfer everything manually which is inconvenient.

“All in one”
Pros
From websites and landing pages to events, online booking, appointment scheduling and email automations, it has pretty much everything needed to launch a business in one place. The setup can also be handled on your own without needing outside help.
Cons
It can feel a little heavy and slow to load at times and some areas like services and events would be better with more landing page options and improved designs.

“nice sites with simple setup”
Pros
Very easy to work with and it helps me build attractive-looking websites without much trouble.
Cons
One thing that holds it back is speed. Compared with WordPress using Elementor or Oxygen, it feels much slower by a noticeable margin. I'm talking about the original builder here, not the newer "Editor X." I also wish the mobile editor had more functions. Since everything is mobile-first now, the software still feels like it's designed more with desktop sites in mind.

“make a site in no time”
Pros
With no design or coding background, I still needed to put together a well-designed website quickly and the software made that possible for me. It helped me deliver the site to my team on time. The platform feels easy and full-featured, with plenty of options and it never felt overly complicatedeven without any technical skills.
Cons
The onboarding could be improved a bit. the software has a lot of features that I didn't realize were available at first and I only discovered many of them after spending time using the platform and trying things out.

“hidden fees and poor support”
Pros
It is very beginner friendly and setting up a site is simple if you're just looking to launch something quickly.
Cons
The pricing isn't as easy as it seems and once your project grows, the extra add-ons can start costing a lot. Support has been disappointing, template and extension control feels very limited and it's not a strong option for ecommerce. It also struggles when you have a large amount of content and need better performance.

“user friendly setup”
Pros
Starting off with it was very easy thanks to all the guidance they provideeven for someone who is not very tech-savvy. The first-year discount is a nice bonus and the renewal pricing after that still feels affordable. It's accessible, beginner friendly and simple to learn even if you have never built a website before.
Cons
there is almost nothing negative to say about this company or its products. We've been using it for more than two years and haven't run into any customer support problems or website-related issues at all.

“happy with the switch”
Pros
A few years back, we moved our website from WordPress to the software and we're still very happy we made that decision. It's simple to get everything up and running, just as simple to keep updated and the pricing has been very reasonable as well.
Cons
When we tested the software for handling memberships and scheduling, it was missing some important features. The biggest gap for us was recurring booking for clients. We needed students to be able to reserve a repeating time slot, like every Monday at 7 p.m., instead of booking each lesson one by one and the software wasn't able to support that.

“good templates”
Pros
With the predefined templates, getting my website up and running was fast and easy. They made the whole setup process feel much more convenient.
Cons
A few settings can be hard to locate or aren't organized in a way that feels accessible. For instance, changing a page URL is tucked under "SEO Basics," which doesn't seem like the most logical place for it.

“no need for a designer”
Pros
Building my site with the software has been really convenient because it saves me time and doesn't take much effort to use. It comes with plenty of helpful features and I was able to create a beautiful website on my own without having to hire a web designer which just wasn't in my budget.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the pricing especially since I'm paying in dollars while not being based in the U.S. I also wish the editor gave a bit more freedom because moving certain sections and pages can be frustrating at times. On top of that, connecting my domain was incredibly difficult and ended up taking me months to figure out.

“fast builder”
Pros
Everything feels fast, quick and accessible so getting things done doesn't take much effort. It's very user friendly and simple to use.
Cons
Pricing is the biggest downside. Over time, it can end up costing more than most hosting options and the frustrating part is that you can't move your site to another provider because it all runs on proprietary code.

“Swift setup”
Pros
Owed to its user friendliness, it is easy to create a site with. If you have basic computer skills, putting together a website is easy and can be done pretty quickly without much trouble.
Cons
Certain website elements are hard, if not almost impossible, to customize. I'm used to WordPress which gives a lot more flexibility in that area and the SEO customization options feel limited.

“helpful free trial and feedback”
Pros
Using this for our business was really helpful because my mom and I could both test out whether we even wanted a website and decide how we wanted to build it. They offered a free version which gave us the chance to explore everything first before spending any money and we were even able to publish it as a trial for a few days. During that time, we got plenty of feedback from customers which made us feel good about moving forward and we ended up using the software for a short while before eventually stopping.
Cons
The overall usability felt a little strange at times because, when building your own site, there were so many options that it was hard to know what to pick and sometimes features seemed to overlap. That said this was quite a few years ago so I would guess they may have improved that by now.

“budget friendly”
Pros
Feels like a really solid option when a business has more time than budget and wants room to experiment with website design. It works well if you're willing to spend time testing things out and dealing with the occasionally glitchy real-time editor.
Cons
The biggest downside is the heavy lag while editing in the software. Compared with some competing platforms, the editor can feel pretty glitchy and less responsive.

“Accessible tools”
Pros
Was very easy to start out with. The interface feels accessible and simple to figure out and I really appreciated how much can be customized. That level of flexibility is a big plus.
Cons
Customer support ended up being the reason I couldn't keep using the software. My account was locked for some reason and when I reached out, they only told me to wait for someone to contact me. None of my questions were answered and even now no one has followed up. After waiting three weeks, I switched to another provider.

“very user friendly website builder”
Pros
After more than two years of using the software for our church website, I can say it's extremely user friendly. Even someone with only basic tech skills can work with it comfortably. The navigation and editing tools are easy, self-explanatory and simple to access.
Cons
To be honest, I haven't run into any major problems with the software because it suits our needs really well. I needed very little guidance before I was able to use it confidently without any tech support.
