Pros
The sales forecast and reporting features are the ones I use the most daily. These are definitely my favorites.
Cons
when I click a button it seems to respond slow sometimes. I hope they fix this soon. Other than that, I do not see any downsides.

“It tries to do too much”
Pros
Integrating with other tools works really well, and it's fantastic to be able to add features like lead forensics to the lead generation app.
Cons
Moving clients through the customer journey can be clunky. It s easy to end up with duplicates, lose data, or set up a record and then not find the client later. Maybe its because we did not have the best features.
