The Netsmart company sells health information technology, and EHR as a SaaS is one of its products. Netsmart EHR caters to many specialties, including additional treatment, behavioral health, long term care, public health, developmental disability treatment, hospice, family services, and child services.

The software incorporates various features such as consumer engagement, and the brand can assist in analytics too. A secure encryption system protects data from being seen by unauthorized users. A unique feature is the Telehealth platform, enabling virtual clinic services. The telehealth module is integrated with the EHR and is accessible via mobile and web, allowing specialist consultations to any location.

Netsmart EHR is accessible on any device, and an added benefit is that it doesn't require internet access to provide EHR services when used in the field once a device is synced.

The platform serves public health agencies with its cloud-based electronic health record system (EHR) and practice management system. Its key features include operational management, case management, financial reporting, and many more. Netsmart additionally assists in streamlining administrative tasks such as order management, schedule management and ensures a confidential and secure system that adheres to the guidelines declared by the Public Health Informatics Institute.

One word. Terrible.

Pros:
I am not at all happy with the software. Its not intuitive.

Cons:
User interface is poorly designed - I don’t think enough thought went behind system design. Practice workflows and needs were not kept in mind while finalising the solution processes.
