Onboarding was a simple process and the interface feels user friendly. It helps bring structure to projects and the filters and groups are genuinely useful for organizing things. Also, the way it seems to recognize what kind of data you're working with and then suggests how to categorize it is a huge plus.

Cons

Creating reusable templates is still a bit tough since every project we manage is different and comes with its own specific features. The AI side also isn't fully there yet. It could be a strong addition later on to help with decision making and generate useful summaries based on the data.

Once the project wraps, it also makes it much simpler to review overall efficiency and profitability so you can spot what's working and what isn't.

A true all in one tool and that's been the biggest win for us. We've really enjoyed the forms feature being able to attach and integrate documents directly into the forms is a huge time saver. On top of that we heavily depend on the project management side for day to day coordination. Whether we're handling internal planning and communication or working with clients, Airtable comes across as polished and has noticeably improved our workflow.

Cons

Tracking changes can be a bit annoying unless you go through a few extra clicks. Since our projects involve lots of collaboration, it would be better if we could immediately see who edited what without having to dig around.

Since we started using this our workflow has been simplified and several organizational headahces were dealing with have been cleared up.

Every once in a while, we run into glitches where Airtable doesn't refresh or update as expected. It doesn't happen often but when it does, it can seriously disrupt how the team collaborates and we end up having to manually go back and update work after the data finally refreshes.
