Customer support is basically nonexistent. There's no real way to reach a person and they never replied to our emails or online forms. We were forced to move past an issue without guidance and then a few days later one of the views started bugging out so you couldn't click into any linked records. We tried contacting them again via email and the forms but got zero response this was about a month ago and still nothing. Instead, their development team had to recreate a working page for users to use while the broken one stayed unresolved.

Reviewing can get a bit tricky when there are several pieces of content packed into the same day. I also wish there were a way to slide or move items around instead of having to delete and recreate them.
