A good choice for managing data and it still feels approachable instead of overwhelming. Whenever I get stuck or want ideas, there's a huge amount of videos and tutorials online to help. I also appreciate how well it connects with no code app builders. It just works and feels smooth when you're linking everything together.

The UI feels really user friendly everything flows logically and I didn't have to fight the interface at all. Tasks make sense as you go and it consistently "just works."

This feels like a genuinely powerful tool especially thanks to its strong integration options and its solid support for online collaboration. It also comes with 20+ features you'd normally expect from a typical spreadsheet app.

Has a few limitations for everyday users. It can be used in ways that look like a CRM but it isn't a true CRM. It also doesn't feel as user fiendly as Trello or Asana though advanced users who rely heavily on integrations and formulas can often work around the gaps.

Interface feels very user friendly and the real time collaboration with teammates is a big plus. You can customize each table with text, numbers, attachments and links that reference data from other tables which makes it easy to build connected workflows. There are also hundreds of ready made templates for marketing campaign tracking, content calendars, product roadmaps, product planning, asset production and customer insights. On top of that it's possible to generate new tables using AI tools, without needing to write any code.

Cons

Pricing is on a per user basis which can get expensive if you're only getting started. There are also limits on attachment storage so uploading larger files may become a hassle.

Turned out to be a really flexible tool for handling my business data. I can build custom databases for whatever workflow I need and it's been simple to collaborate with clients without constantly switching tools. The interface is user friendly and the integration options with other apps help keep everything connected. Between the different view types and the strong filtering tools, it's much easier to break down the information I'm working with which speeds up how I organize projects and track tasks. Overall, it's helped simplify my day to day routine and made my work more productive.

Very simple to sort, group and bulk edit CSV files in this platform. It gives me a lot of flexibility when I'm adjusting data across my customer accounts and the functionality feels pretty powerful for day to day work.

When I'm working across multiple workspaces, the experience can get a little laggy at times. There's also no option to search within the sheet content when you're trying to find a specific table or project. On top of that the CSV import flow feels a bit hard to navigate since the entry point is pretty hidden.
