A practical option to manage several projects at once, including different deadlines as work moves through the pipeline until completion. The setup feels very similar to an Excel workbook, with columns you can filter and group based on what you need. Using it is easy especially if you already know Excel. On top of that it behaves like a collaborative Google Docs style workspace so multiple people can jump in and update the same info whenever necessary.

Cons

Compared with tools like Jira, it's on you to keep revisiting your specific Airtable link to see whether anything in your workflow changed. It would be really useful if the app could automatically notify or tag the right person whenever a change happens like someone updating a deadline so affected teammates aren't left guessing.

We use this for reporting our expenses and it's been working really well. Being able to attach receipts and add the relevant details that then get organized into our database makes the whole process feel much more structured and reliable.

nothing stands out as a problem. I especially appreciate the dropdown menus, custom fields and the option to upload supporting documents.

I've built a database where I can enter all the important details such as project names, deadlines, assigned tasks and priority levels.

While multiple users can edit and view records simultaneously, I find that the lack of in-app communication tools (like chat or comments) makes it challenging for my team to discuss and track changes.
