It prioritizes tasks according to my requirements which makes it easy to focus on the most important tasks quickly. It tracks progress and updates in the workflow. I find it easy to use, having worked with it daily for over 8 months now.

It gets a bit hectic when I cannot close a task because I need to fill out multiple forms. However, it helps to update tasks in detail so that the next person can easily understand the context. Sometimes it behaves unpredictably.

I switched to Monday.com because it just worked better for me. Monday.com makes it super easy to see whos doing what and by when, with visual boards and automation features that reduce repetitive tasks. Plus, being able to chat and update tasks directly is incredibly handy. For keeping my tasks and projects on track, Monday.com became my go-to.
