“flexible database”
Pros
The flexibility here is really solid. We're able to build a large database and then search for exactly what we need, down to the details whether we're using it to plan, set priorities or analyze team and results trends.
Cons
Visually, it's not especially flashy but it gets the job done without fuss. One thing to watch: if a new user is given access to a big database, they can feel a bit lost until they understand the structure.

“free no code tool”
Pros
No code setup is totally free and the implementation feels lightning fast. Once you get going, the only real limit seems to be your own creativity.
Cons
I'd love to see more functionality around adding and subtracting rows of entries within a base. For example, it would be helpful if you could sum up the data and then project it outward like casting models of future behavior.

“Great free plan”
Pros
Having a free plan that actually lets you put the tool to work and get comfortable with it before committing to a paid subscription is a big plus. It feels like a real trial, not just a limited taste so you can judge whether it fits your workflow.
Cons
Using the bases synchronization feature through this software is frustrating. The setup only lets you view data from another base but you can't edit or update it directly on the spot which makes everyday use of that feature feel awkward.

“collaborative databases with color coding”
Pros
A coworker showed me this tool and at first I wasn't interested my company didn't want yet another spreadsheet style option. That said, once I started using this software, it turned out to be a strong fit for building collaborative databases. Now our portfolio can be accessed by multiple teammates and the "hot" topics are organized using clear color codes which makes the whole board easier to scan and helps with faster decision making.
Cons
When the board contains a lot of topics, keeping track of everything can feel a little confusing. It would be great if the developers added a better way to link related data across different bases.

“all in one platform”
Pros
I've tried a bunch of different software and this one honestly feels like an all in one platform. You can build forms, jot down notes and organize everything with bullet points and checklists. It also supports Q&A so you can gather responses with blank fields when needed. On top of that it has dashboards plus sheets, views and more really handy for structuring information in one place. The grouping and folder feature is another standout for keeping projects organized. You can set up Kanbans, calendars, sheets forms and also choose list and grid views depending on how you want to work.
Cons
There was a recent change to the free plan: it now limits you to 5 creators. The rest of the team still has unlimited access to the commenting feature but the creator limit is definitely a reduction compared to what it used to be.

“smooth integrations”
Pros
Being able to schedule and program the content inside cells of your database really helps cut down on the kinds of mistakes your team could make. The feature that stands out most to me is its ability to connect multiple databases together and it feels incredibly powerful while still being very user friendly. On top of that the way it integrates with Softr is simple and smooth which makes the whole workflow easier to set up.
Cons
Like many SaaS tools, there's a learning curve. Also, the way it resembles Excel can be a bit misleading and might set expectations that don't fully match how it actually works.

“Efficient dashboards for teamwork”
Pros
Drag and drop editor makes it simple to rearrange data and handle creating, editing or deleting items without much difficulty. On top of that the filters and search are genuinely impressive. Once they're set up well, they stay accurate and return very specific results. The widgets and dashboard builder are also a big win especially since you can share them easily for collaboration. Finally, the "My Interfaces" feature is a strong addition though it still needs more refinement, particularly around sharing those interfaces publicly with the team via a link.
Cons
I can point out a few areas where the product could use extra attention. User management feels a bit complicated with the per user model and it would be better if plans included a limited set of free Creator/Editor users so teams don't have to wrestle with permissions as much. The scripting widget would benefit from more examples to guide people through real use cases. Views like Kanban, Gantt, Timeline and Date View could use noticeable improvements in UI and in how filters are grouped. Also, "My Interfaces" sharing is currently limited to email having shareable links would make it much more practical. Lastly, GIF support is nice but it doesn't render correctly for everyone which can be frustrating when sharing interfaces with others.

“useful for quick recaps”
Pros
Using this for quick recaps has been a great fit and the picture uploads are really fast. It makes posting and sharing feel effortless.
Cons
Nothing stands out that needs fixing though it would be even more useful if it allowed uploading multiple photos at once.

“Improves efficiency”
Pros
This tool is really simple to use and it noticeably improves how efficiently my team collaborates. Switching between tasks and working together feels more organized than before.
Cons
One minor hiccup is that the project/task view can feel a bit confusing depending on the layout you're using.

“solid gallery view”
Pros
Gallery view works well and the database side has been reliable. Integration is easy and the filter options make it simple to narrow down what you need.
Cons
The APIs are a bit more complex than Stackby especially the rollup and lookup functions which take more effort to figure out.

“flexible workflow”
Pros
The whole setup feels really polished and most features run without any hassle. It's also pretty versatile there's a lot you can tweak and customize so you can shape it to match how you work rather than forcing your workflow into a fixed mold.
Cons
Very expensive and on top of that anything more advanced especially automations requires the paid version which can be a dealbreaker if you're not ready to pay.

“usable from anywhere”
Pros
Similar to working in a spreadsheet but with a lot more options for building and completing tasks and activities. I also appreciate that it's usable from anywhere thanks to the mobile version it adjusts well to whatever phone or tablet I'm using.
Cons
Because it includes so many functions and tools, the first setup can be a bit confusing for new users. We also ran into a couple of issues during installation and configuration didn't feel very easy. Getting in touch with technical support was also difficult at first although they eventually provided the help we needed.

“A more powerful version of spreadsheets”
Pros
Feels incredibly versatile and switching from spreadsheets was a lot less difficult than I expected. The whole setup reminds me of spreadsheets but with a lot more power behind it.
Cons
I've been using this for roughly six months for my business and I'm still getting comfortable with everything it can do. There's a lot more I haven't explored yet so I'm sure I'm only scratching the surface so far.

“super user friendly”
Pros
This platform has been one of the most user friendly tools I've ever used. Everything feels easy to use and I can move through the setup and day to day tasks without constantly getting stuck or needing extra help.
Cons
It would be even better if it had more options to connect with other platforms since right now integration feels somewhat limited.

“flexible views for project work”
Pros
Organizing our day to day tasks has been really convenient with this. It lets us set up different views depending on what we need while developing our projects which keeps everything more structured and easier to track.
Cons
There are only a couple of things I'd still like to see especially the ability to create tasks directly within the same board so you can keep a more controlled, project specific view.

“strong task organization”
Pros
Mainly rely on this software to keep all my responsibilities, goals and tasks organized in a single place so everything stays in one area and I can manage it without bouncing between tools.
