Started using this platform with almost no coding background and it did everything I needed it to and also pushed me past the basics. Figuring out how to use formulas and scripts inside it gave me the confidence and practical tools to start thinking more like a developer. Another thing that really differentiates this from similar tools is that it keeps moving forward. Updates, new features and extra flexibility show up regularly so the platform stays current and keeps getting better over time. Out of the low code tools I've tested, I haven't seen anything that matches this combination of capability, usability and adaptability.

Based on what I've learned from talking with the support team, our setup is one of the largest within their ecosystem. With that scale, slowdown has become something we deal with almost every day as our infrastructure grows. On top of that the mobile app hasn't been reliable for us. It often closes by itself at least once every three times I open it.

I mainly use it as a lightweight database for capturing ideas and storing documents. What I need is a setup that lets me structure creation ideas into tables and then categorize them exactly the way I want. It fits that workflow really well since I can build the table views and organization around my own process.

Cost can get steep and the setup process feels pretty complicated. On top of that formatting and handling data transformations across different teams can reduce how well it works for day to day use.

No real downsides so far. In fact there's even a free version if budget is tight and the team keeps rolling out updates to improve the software.

I didn't expect I'd be able to connect and integrate so many different tools into one place, then manage everything from there without juggling multiple systems.

Getting the hang of building inside the platform was the biggest hurdle at first. Once I dug into research on what I was trying to achieve and worked through community forum discussions, things started clicking and I was able to hit my goals.

Setting up data structures is really easy. The number of integrations with other apps especially compared to what's missing in Airtable adds a lot of extra features and getting those connections working is simple. Pricing is also fantastic for what you get.

When editing records through an interface on the Android mobile app, the changes sometimes don't reflect in the underlying tables. The dashboard is also very basic which slows things down because it's not quick to locate the right interface or base to edit.

Its way more flexible than traditional spreadsheets. I really enjoy the different entry types and the photo fields are a standout for me. Sorting is also much smoother and it's been easy to connect and integrate with other apps.
