Airtable has faced challenges with customer support and a higher rate of usability issuesbugs. Recent changes in pricing have removed email support from the lowestpriced tier. Users are now expected to resolve issues through community discussion boards and often outdated selfhelp articles. Exploring an upgrade to a higher tier is considered but attempts to contact a salesperson have proven unsuccessful. Given the reliance on Airtable for critical business operations there's a risk of potential issues without customer support making the possibility of abandoning Airtable a real concern.

Airtable plays a vital role in our business in two key areas. Firstly for lead management we use it to track leads monitor their status and store relevant information providing easy access for anyone to check a deal's status at any time. Secondly Airtable is integral to data collection and user surveys. Regular communication with users for feedback is streamlined through Airtable allowing easy form creation and efficient management and sorting of responses within the tool. Airtable excels in making the filtering of data as easy as its collection surpassing other tools in this regard.

Cons

Airtable's naming conventions in the product can occasionally be a stumbling point for me. While not a dealbreaker it proves confusing to explain to stakeholders unfamiliar with the product extending the onboarding process more than anticipated.

Faced with a large dataset the X and Y axis headers become condensed in an entirely impractical manner. Even with an expanded window the data labels become entirely illegible. Finding a solution within Airtable's extensive interface might be possible but who has the time for that? While Excel and Google Sheets might suffice for average users Airtable stands out as the trendy newcomer.
