“Powerful project tracking ecosystem”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this tool is the ecosystem they've built around it. It lets you follow a project all the way from start to finish which is incredibly helpful. There are lots of features available and that variety makes the work much more manageable. Most of the time, whatever you need is already there.
Cons
At the same time the program's biggest strength is also its biggest weakness. All of those features can be hard to navigate when you're not familiar with the platform. The dashboard also looks similar to other tools which can make it confusing because sometimes you assume something will be in one place and then realize it's actually located somewhere else.

“Powerful collaboration across teams”
Pros
Starting a new role as an Asana beginner, I quickly saw how powerful it can be for collaboration, both within my own team and across different departments.
Cons
It comes with a big learning curve. The basic features are simple enough to pick up but once you get into the more advanced functions, it takes a lot of training and hands-on time to really understand the system.

“All our content in one place”
Pros
Having one central place for all our important dates, projects, tasks, assignments and ideas was a huge win for our media team. We used it as the main hub to build and organize our entire content creation process all the way until everything was ready to publish. It was incredibly helpful to keep everything together especially with a team working across very different projects while still needing strong communication and visibility between all of them.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve when someone is brand new to the platform. It's not the most user friendly for new users and things like tagging and assigning tasks can be confusing at first. When those steps get missed some team members may not receive notifications about certain parts of the workflow at all.

“Staying organized made simple”
Pros
Keeping everything organized with Asana has been a huge help. It lets me manage multiple projects and tasks at once without letting any deadlines slip by.
Cons
I have nothing to complain about with this software. It has done an amazing job.

“Reliable project tracking”
Pros
Compared with other project management platforms, Asana includes pretty much all the core features you'd expect and holds up well against its competitors. One thing I really appreciate is that it saves your progress if you accidentally close the page which helps avoid losing work.
Cons
Managing multiple accounts can be frustrating especially when working with a lot of clients. It also feels like the platform is missing built-in messaging tools and tracking down older completed tasks or finished projects can be harder than it should be.

“Perfect task tracking that delivers”
Pros
Keeping up with everything that needs to be done is much more manageable with this tool and each task can be marked as completed so the project administrator always has clear visibility on progress.
Cons
One limitation is that in Italy it's only available in English and it would be even better if there were an Italian version as well. I imagine the same issue applies to other users who don't understand the available language.

“Fantastic team collaboration hub”
Pros
The free plan gives us more than enough to work well with a team across different projects. The mobile app is really amazing too. One feature I especially like is being able to attach files to projects so when everyone on the team adds their files, they're all collected in one central place while still remaining attached to the original task or location.
Cons
Umm a few built-in controls and workflows take some time to understand, like how comments are added to posts and the overall project layout. Once those become familiar though, they work exactly as they should.

“Clear task visibility”
Pros
Having one place to monitor both my own assignments and my team's tasks has been really valuable. It cuts down on excuses about not knowing a deadline because everything is clearly laid out and visible to everyone involved.
Cons
A few of the more flexible customization options are locked behind higher-priced plans. Since only part of our team actually uses the platform, paying to upgrade for just half the office doesn't really feel worthwhile.

“Cross platform task hub”
Pros
Having it available on both Windows and Mac is a big plus. It's a really useful tool that helps me keep all of my work connected in one place.
Cons
The pricing feels a little expensive but the free trial is helpful since it gives you time to decide before buying. Another issue is that the email notifications are sakmaod hard to turn off.

“Flexible project control delight”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is the list view. It makes organizing projects, working with team members and clients and keeping priorities in order really easy. The integrations with other tools make the platform incredibly adaptable and powerful. It honestly works like an external brain for me. Even the little unicorn celebration when tasks are completed is fun and oddly satisfying even if it is not essential. The training resources are also excellent.
Cons
The recent changes to updating due dates across multiple tasks at once do not feel like an improvement at all and actually seem worse than before. It sometimes gives the impression that new features are being added just to add something new, instead of solving real user needs. Customer support could also be better.

“Helpful project tracking hub”
Pros
Keeping up with projects and tasks is much more organized with this tool and it also helps us manage employees in one place. On top of that it's useful for staying on top of tasks related to our clients as well.
Cons
The interface feels a bit cluttered which can make it harder to use at times. Even for simple options, it usually takes a little extra time to locate what we need.

“Planning power for projects”
Pros
Proper planning before launching any project is the most important part and it helps me organize that process well. It lets me plan thoroughly and keep track of all the resources needed for the project. Good planning is really the foundation of a successful project and this tool supports that very well.
Cons
To get the full value out of this tool, it needs to be connected with other services. The downside is that I have to spend extra time learning those additional integrations and that also means more work and a bigger budget.

“decent task planning tools”
Pros
Using this SaaS platform has been very easy and the regular updates keep it feeling current. It works really well for managing to-do lists and the team boards, templates and task dependency features are especially useful when organizing work.
Cons
That said I don't think all work should live inside it. It's excellent for task management but it's not really the right place for collaboration, budgeting, brainstorming ideas or having deeper discussions and debate.

“Flexible collaboration across teams”
Pros
Being web based makes it really easy to use and getting it set up for multiple users on different platforms is pretty simple too. It works well for file sharing and makes team collaboration much easier.
Cons
Its interface doesn't always seem user friendly and handling several projects at once can be challenging. Moving between projects and collaborating across them is also harder than it should be.

“Reliable for project accountability”
Pros
Asana has been really helpful for staying on top of deadline-driven projects and making sure everyone on the team is following through on their part. I also really appreciate being able to hide document images from the main view when attaching them to individual tasks which keeps things looking much cleaner.
Cons
It works well for most departments but it's not really the best fit for a true sales team. A dedicated CRM tends to do a better job of helping sales stay organized and track everything properly.

“Free plan wins”
Pros
One thing that makes it appealing is that the basic version is free so you can test it out without paying first and later pick a plan that fits your needs. It also integrates well with other relevant online apps which helps expand what you can do with it.
Cons
The pricing still needs some improvement and it would be better if they added more features tailored to small businesses or individual entrepreneurs.

“Remote teamwork lifesaver”
Pros
Working remotely, it has been a huge help for keeping team projects coordinated. It's easy to use and makes managing tasks with others really simple.
Cons
