“Team task tracking done right”
Pros
Asana is like a virtual to-do list, only much more useful. You can create tasks and assign them to yourself or other people on your team which makes it clear to everyone what still needs to get done. The daily email reminders are also really helpful and I appreciate getting regular updates about my Asana tasks.
Cons
One thing I wish it had is a way to recover tasks that were assigned to me by a team member who was deleted. It seems like once someone is removed from the system, all of the tasks connected to them disappear too.

“Team workflow gamechanger”
Pros
After my VA/OBM suggested we switch from Trello to this one making the change turned out to be one of the best decisions for our workflow. It has made communication and task completion between the two of us incredibly smooth even though we live on opposite coasts. I also really enjoy the fun unicorn animations that appear when a task is completed. In short it has completely changed the way I organize, manage and get work done with my team.
Cons
Anyone who isn't very comfortable with technology might have a harder time adjusting especially if they're coming from something more easy like Trello.

“Handy for project coordination”
Pros
Across our different projects, this software has been really useful because it lets each team member handle a specific task within a clearly defined deadline and it also gives everyone room to leave remarks or comments.
Cons
The only real drawback is that it's still missing a few features, such as task attributes for each member. Aside from that it's a great piece of software.

“Team progress that clicks”
Pros
Working on team projects felt really efficient with this because everyone could see the progress at a glance and it helped keep everything organized even when the workload got pretty heavy.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve At first and every now and then important details can get buried in the project comments.

“user friendly task organization”
Pros
Right from the start, the system feels very user friendly. Being able to organize tasks by date, project, assignee and more really improves efficiency and accuracy. I also enjoy the animations.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is notifying people when they're added as collaborators, similar to the alert they get when a task is assigned.

“Flexible task views that keep me on track”
Pros
Every morning I rely on the different ways it lets me view my to-do list to get organized for the day. The My Tasks feature is especially helpful for pulling everything together and helping me understand exactly what needs my attention. The Today, Upcoming and Later sections are essential to how I stay productive. I can quickly update tasks, edit descriptions and shift due dates right from that view which really helps when priorities keep changing.
Cons
The only thing I'd really change is how the AI handles Recently Created Tasks. I wish it would automatically sort them into the Today, Upcoming and Later sections using the due date field. Right now, I still have to place them manually and that can take a while when I've created a large batch of new tasks. At least the Tab + shortcuts help cut down some of that extra effort.

“Highly task tracking that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Keeping up with everything is much easier with this tool. My teammates and I can add tasks, check them off as we move through the work, leave comments and attach documents whenever needed. It really cuts down on all the unnecessary back-and-forth emails.
Cons
One thing that makes me a little nervous is that someone else can accidentally mark my task as completed. It hasn't caused a real problem yet but I do worry that one day I might miss it and something could slip through.

“Fantastic value”
Pros
Getting this much for free is honestly amazing. The free plan covers basically everything needed to run a business and the UI/UX feels incredibly well done. It goes way beyond standard project management too since it works perfectly for storing company SOPs. Because of that, it has replaced more than $100 a month in other subscriptions for me at no cost.
Cons
My only real complaint is very minor which is the left sidebar. I wish I could drag it wider so the full project names would show instead of getting cut off. Other than that small annoyance, this is easily one of my favorite software tools. It really delivers.

“Fantastic for recurring project tracking”
Pros
Keeping projects organized in it is very easy. Being able to duplicate templates is especially helpful for recurring work and the wide range of labels, colors and tags makes it simple to keep everything structured. The way tasks and subtasks are built into each project also helps turn larger projects into smaller, more manageable pieces.
Cons
File sharing and uploads felt a little cluttered At times and having one central archive for all files would make that part much better.

Cons
It's been very helpful for keeping my team organized especially in a home office setup since it makes it much easier to track and manage everyone's tasks.

“Helpful organization but slow at times”
Pros
Since it keeps projects organized very easily by sorting everything into different categories through the sidebar, it's easy to manage. Also adding tags and details to each project is simple and helps keep everything clear.
Cons
When handling several projects at once, it would save a lot of time if the same settings and due dates could be copied and pasted across projects. On top of that the platform can be fairly slow to load at times.

“Refined workflow hub”
Pros
It is like the iPhone of project management software. The design is clean, it works consistently well and I honestly wouldn't be able to stay on top of my workload without it.
Cons
It keeps steadily improving the product. They may not roll out new features as quickly as some other companies but that seems to come from a focus on delivering higher-quality updates with fewer bugs and glitches.

“Enjoyable for remote work”
Pros
It makes project management really simple and it's especially helpful when working with a remote team. The interface also looks modern which makes it more pleasant to use on a daily basis.
Cons
One thing it doesn't really help with is budget management since I haven't found it useful for tracking budgets.

“Best task planning setup”
Pros
After trying a bunch of apps for personal task management and to-do lists, Asana has easily worked the best for me. One feature I really appreciate is being able to break a task into sub-tasks, plus I can drag and drop those sub-tasks between different parent tasks which makes organizing everything much more practical.
Cons
When you're only using the basic features, the interface can feel a bit overloaded. Most of the time I can just ignore the extra options I don't need but I'd still really like a way to turn off unnecessary features and make the UI feel cleaner.

“Task planning that delivers”
Pros
Asana really shines when it comes to organizing and planning your work. Being able to create tasks, set deadlines, add and assign subtasks helps you manage your time much better and complete even highly complex projects efficiently.
Cons
The search function for tasks and boards is not particularly strong and it can often be difficult to find older items in the task archive.

“Collaboration is useful, navigation isn't”
Pros
Working with everyone on a specific project or team is convenient since you can just add people directly to the group or project. It's also helpful to have a quick view of the project history and timeline to see what's been happening at a glance.
Cons
The platform really isn't very user friendly. It was hard to figure out how to get to the sections I actually needed and even though I'm only on one project team, I still seem to be included in a bunch of unnecessary company groups.

Pros
I must say it has been amazing to use. It's simple, effective and really helps teams stay on top of task tracking and management. It has definitely made remote work much more manageable.
Cons

Pros
Moving away from paper to-do lists has been a gradual shift for me and Asana has turned out to be an excellent way to keep track of ongoing projects online.
Cons
