“Handy integrations”
Pros
Using it is not a hassle and connecting it with other tools is simple. The interface is user friendly, clean and pleasant to work with.
Cons
I've run into issues when trying to add each person's hours within a block. It shows the total hours for the block but not the hours broken down by person.

“Helpful task organization”
Pros
When a project gets busy, this tool does a really good job of keeping everything organized, both for my own workload and for tasks assigned to other people. I rely on it to delegate work to my digital team since they receive requests from several different departments and it helps them prioritize and manage their responsibilities much better.
Cons
there is not much to complain about. For the price, it gives my company the level of organization we need to keep an event or project from becoming chaotic.

“Clean collaboration”
Pros
Working with it makes team collaboration feel almost effortless, with hardly any hassle at all. It offers a wide range of project management features and even new users can get comfortable with it pretty quickly. The interface looks modern and clean and the platform is genuinely enjoyable to use overall.
Cons
At the beginning it can feel a bit overwhelming since it takes some time to get familiar with the layout and features though the learning curve is actually fairly manageable. The amount of notifications can also get annoying At times even if they can be turned off. It would be much better if there were a clearer distinction between important alerts and the less relevant ones.

“Powerful task delegation”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is the way it keeps track of tasks and lets admins assign work to other users which makes delegation much more manageable.
Cons
The part that works least well is that it isn't especially user friendly and it can take some time to figure out how all of the features actually work.

“Collaboration that just clicks”
Pros
I find it easy to use and bringing co-workers into projects is simple. Also it does a nice job of keeping projects separate while still making everything quick to access when needed.
Cons
Every now and then, an update takes a little time to get used to especially when it changes something I was already comfortable with. That said it usually doesn't take long to adjust.

“Fantastic task visibility”
Pros
Creating and assigning new tasks to team members is really easy and it gives us excellent visibility into what each person has on their plate.
Cons
We use forms so people outside the tool can submit new tasks but the notifications for those submissions seem inconsistent. Because of that some tasks end up sitting there unassigned since we don't always realize they've come in.

“packed with amazing features”
Pros
The training videos are actually enjoyable to watch which makes getting started a lot better. The interface looks clean and modern and the platform has plenty of features that can grow with my needs later on. For now, I appreciate being able to hide the options I'm not using so things don't feel cluttered. It also pairs really well with Google Docs, Drive and Dropbox which fits nicely into the way I already work.
Cons
Just one small interface issue which is that the left side menu column isn't adjustable so longer project names sometimes get cut off.

“Fun task tracking”
Pros
It is user friendly and the layout makes it simple to find our way around. Plus being able to tag teammates and assign deadlines really helps keep work organized so nothing gets missed. On top of that the little unicorn that dances across the screen after finishing a task is a fun touch and honestly pretty motivating.
Cons
There are still a few features like Goals, that I haven't explored yet but that seems more like I need extra time to dig into them. Overall it has been excellent.

“perfect for teamwork”
Pros
Running our business without Asana would be hard At this point since it has become a central tool for team collaboration and task management. Keeping assignments organized and making sure deadlines are actually met feels much more manageable thanks to features like time allocation and due dates, @mentions for teammates, color coded tasks based on urgency and plenty of other useful additions. After the initial setup, the platform was simple to adapt to and proved highly effective and the bright interface along with the little animations when tasks are completed genuinely adds an uplifting touch.
Cons
With a smaller team it didn't initially feel like the ideal fit because the price was a bit higher than some competing options. That said once our business grew, we were glad we had stuck with the platform.

“helps with team coordination”
Pros
Keeping collaborative work organized is much better with Asana because tasks can be assigned to specific teammates along with clear deadlines. In group projects, that gives everyone a defined responsibility and a date to finish it by which really helps make sure work gets completed on time.
Cons
One frustrating part is how cluttered tasks can feel especially when you do not have the direct link to the one you need. I have tried using search to find tasks but it usually brings up long, overwhelming lists that make the right task harder to locate.

“Project tracking that delivers”
Pros
Getting started with this software was incredibly simple. The feature I enjoy most is being able to manage projects while also staying in touch with team members in one place. It's also really helpful that I can set deadlines clearly and assign tasks to different people on the team.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any problems with this software and it has been working really well. I've been using it for months now and I don't see myself changing to another tool anytime soon.

“Smart tools”
Pros
The tool comes with plenty of smart tools that help keep projects organized and on track. The interface is user friendly so it's simple to locate what you need just by following a few clicks and steps. Also it offers personalized views, including color-coding options for projects which makes everything look more appealing and helps distinguish one project from another. Because of that teams can work efficiently without needing much extra effort.
Cons
There's still room for improvement when it comes to how teams view their tasks and activity updates. The approval workflow for tasks could be better and the project management features would benefit from being more powerful overall. It can also be tricky to identify tasks that haven't been completed and the constant email notifications can become frustrating after a while.

“feature packed project tracking”
Pros
It handles big and mid sized projects really well especially when you need to break work into smaller tasks and sub deliverables. It's fairly simple to use if you're comfortable with technology and the amount of features and customization options gives you a lot of flexibility when setting things up. It does a good job of keeping all the moving pieces organized and manageable. Another plus is that the team keeps improving the app so there are frequent updates, new features and more modern functionality over time.
Cons
The downside is that it can feel pretty overwhelming when you're first learning it. There's a lot built into it and plenty of people won't put in the time to really understand how to use it properly. On our team, maybe around 65% use it effectively, while the rest barely check it at all. That creates problems when some people ignore tasks, miss deliverables or don't respond to comments. It disrupts the workflow when part of your projects are being managed in it but other work still has to be tracked somewhere else. If a team is going to adopt it, everyone really needs to commit to using it and proper training is absolutely necessary.

“Boards keep projects moving”
Pros
The boards view in Asana has been especially useful for tracking deliverables as they move from pre-production all the way to post-production. It gets a lot of use on our team and being able to move a project through each stage just by dragging it across makes the whole process feel very practical.
Cons
One limitation that stands out is that a task can't be assigned to multiple people. That would be much more useful when more than one person needs to take action on the same task.

“Clean collaboration for editorial planning”
Pros
Working with a team on a busy editorial calendar feels really easy with Asana. Also the interface is very user friendly, looks modern and updates are quick so everyone can see changes right away without any trouble.
Cons
The only real downside is the cost which feels a little too expensive for me to justify buying for my own company. Still, I really enjoy using it for free as part of the website's editorial team.
