“Strong integrations”
Pros
Since we started using it our team has stayed much better aligned and both efficiency and delivery have improved a lot. A big plus is how well it integrates with other tools especially the email reminders and the ability to create tasks directly from Slack. It's also really convenient to move between the project timeline and Kanban boards and to connect smaller tasks back to the larger project plan.
Cons
One challenge is that it's hard to see dependencies across different projects or to view all projects together on a single timeline. Because of that, we've had to handle some of those calculations manually which isn't ideal for our team. At the moment, our team also isn't all under the same domain so we're not set up as one organization that may improve once we move to an organization view but I'm not completely sure.

“Easy templates”
Pros
Being able to build and reuse templates is one of the biggest benefits for me. It makes organizing tasks and subtasks really easy and the communication tools make it simple to stay aligned with my team on projects and day to day work. The interface also is very user friendly so it doesn't take much effort to find what I need and keep things moving.
Cons
Well I really miss the ability to create deeper sub-subtasks in an accordion-style view. I also wish projects included a dedicated space above the task sections for broader notes and team communication, like client details, background context, overall objectives and KPIs or goals. It would also be helpful if the platform offered a project and task-level history or logbook of notes especially recurring ones, without having to rely on search, manually filter results or switch into a completed-tasks view. Even though there are lots of integrations for time tracking, I'd still prefer a built-in option that works more like Toggl. On top of that I really wish template updates could be pushed to projects already using them or at least pulled into a project when the template changes.

“Clean workflow”
Pros
Everything about it is nice and uncluttered. The interface is clean, simple and does not make you go in circles. The Slack integration is a big plus too especially since that's the main messaging tool our team uses.
Cons
The thing that still throws me off sometimes is the way the roles change. At times I'm listed as a collaborator and other times I'm the assignee which can be a little confusing.

“has everything!”
Pros
The folder setup and checklist-style approach make project completion really satisfying to manage. The flying unicorns that appear after finishing a task are such a fun touch and genuinely make the experience more enjoyable.
Cons
There was definitely a bit of a learning curve At first especially since the terminology is different from other programs I've used.

“Recurring tasks that keep teams aligned”
Pros
One of the most useful things about Asana is being able to set up recurring monthly tasks and collaborate with other people in the same place. It's especially valuable when the same task needs to be completed every month but assigned to a different person or rotated across the team since Asana makes that process much easier to manage.
Cons
Getting started with it can be a bit difficult for non-technical users especially at the beginning when they don't yet understand the system or the way our team uses it.

“Excellent for projects”
Pros
Asana has been really effective for keeping up with daily tasks that come through my email and it also works very well for project management. Where it really shines is on larger projects. We've used it across some big initiatives and it helped the whole team stay organized and move through every part of the project in a structured way.
Cons
There really isn't much I dislike about using it. The only thing I'd want is a desktop app.

“Fantastic project tracking”
Pros
The layout looks phenomenal and the platform is very user friendly. Keeping track of projects is a pleasure and having files, collaboration and comments all in one place makes everything much more organized. The mobile and desktop versions are very similar so switching between them never feels confusing. It also keeps improving over time and the updates usually reflect smart decisions about what features are actually useful and worth adding.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit challenging because there's a slight learning curve when it comes to understanding how all the functions connect. Once it clicks though, it works together really well.

“Helpful task alerts”
Pros
One thing I really liked was being able to assign tasks without hassle and get email notifications when other users completed theirs or when I marked my own tasks as done.
Cons
Compared with similar tools, staying organized here feels more difficult. I'd rather separate things into different areas instead of having everything in one huge list because that can get overwhelming.

“Reliable basics”
Pros
Our team started using it after a coworker brought it up and the fact that it was free at the time made it pretty appealing. It covered the basic tools we needed for sprint tracking even if it didn't feel quite as organized as Rally. That said the interface was definitely better than Jira.
Cons
Project separation wasn't handled very well which made things less organized than I wanted. On top of that some features felt a bit laggy and there wasn't really a reliable way to make certain fields required like you can in ALM.

“excellent and user friendly”
Pros
It is very user friendly and comes with a wide range of features. It also integrates nicely with other tools, including Everhour for time tracking.
Cons
On my older computer it tended to slow things down quite a bit. After switching to a newer machine though, it has been running without any issues.

“Helpful reminders choice”
Pros
The tool is user friendly and setting it up doesn't take much effort. The paid version adds plenty of extra features, such as task dependencies but even the free version works really well for everyday project management. Daily task reminders are useful, deadline notifications help when tasks become urgent and being able to upload documents keeps everything organized in one place. It also makes communication with team members simple and convenient.
Cons
One area that could be better is the help section. It does cover a wide range of topics but the answers feel pretty static. Video walkthroughs or demonstrations would make it much more useful.

“Powerful project visibility”
Pros
Managing several projects across different teams has been much more organized with this tool. The custom rules let me tie teams and projects together and bring everything into one place which is especially helpful for executive meetings and project status updates. Task management is also a key strength because it helps me stay on top of assignments across multiple team members.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is automatic task ID generation that is visible directly in the main view. Right now, the ID only shows up when exporting a project. The reporting features could also be more flexible and offer more customization.

Pros
I find it easy to use and bringing clients into the workflow while handling management related tasks worked well. Overall it's a decent piece of software.
Cons

“Highly project tracking done right”
Pros
Keeping up with multiple projects is much more manageable with Asana. It handles everything from organizing the small details to assigning tasks so the whole workflow stays on track.
Cons
The only downside is the occasional outage. Thankfully, that's happened just twice over the past few years.

“Reliable task tracking everywhere”
Pros
Over the last two years it has been my go-to tool for managing work tasks. The platform works really well because teammates can follow each project, interact on tasks, set deadlines and keep track of what's already been completed. I've never run into any issue with missing or lost information which makes it very dependable. Another big plus is that it works on both desktop and mobile so checking the calendar and staying updated at any time is very convenient.
Cons
One downside is that some features are only available in the paid version which can restrict how much people can use the platform if they can't afford it. I also feel it could be promoted better since not many people seem to use it yet and that ends up limiting collaboration and interaction.

“Task tracking that clicks”
Pros
Team collaboration has worked really well for us especially because assigning tasks to each other is so easy. Paired with the Slack integration, we get instant notifications there too which has noticeably improved how we track work and follow through on execution. It's also genuinely useful that Asana supports both list view and Kanban view, with the Kanban option being particularly popular with some of my coworkers.
Cons
There isn't really anything I dislike. If I had one request, it would be the ability to assign multiple people to a single task instead of having them added only as followers.

“features that keep evolving”
Pros
One thing I really like is how often the platform keeps improving and rolling out new features. It offers a lot of customization so each person can set it up in a way that fits how they like to work and really make it feel like their own.
Cons
The downside of it moving so quickly and always pushing new changes is that it can be tough to keep up at times. Menu options sometimes get relocated and familiar features may end up tucked into submenus which can take a while to adjust to.
