“Flexible views”
Pros
It is user friendly and easy to work with. It lets you look at projects from a few different perspectives and it's flexible enough to customize around your specific workflow and needs.
Cons
A small frustration is that if two people need to be assigned to the same task, you have to duplicate it instead of adding both people to one task. That can be a bit annoying when reviewing project steps though it's definitely not a major issue.

“Organized remote teamwork”
Pros
Working with a fully remote team, Asana has been really helpful for assigning tasks to everyone and keeping collaboration moving. We're able to work together on projects, share updates without much hassle and set due dates so nothing gets overlooked. Everything stays very organized and it's especially useful that tasks can be sorted by things like due date, project, priority and other levels of importance.
Cons
One part that could definitely be better is the task creation box since it's not very user friendly and the labels should be clearer. I also don't like that tasks can be assigned without a due date at all. It would make much more sense if every task required some kind of timeline to be attached.

“Powerful project management tools”
Pros
Asana really turns project management into a precise system and it comes with plenty of integration options that are especially useful for more advanced users.
Cons
The interface isn't its strongest point. When there are too many projects and subtasks, things can start to feel confusing which may hurt productivity during time-sensitive work.

“Top fantastic for team collaboration”
Pros
Using it has been really easy. Assigning tasks to team members is simple, collaborating with coworkers in real time works well and the interface looks modern. Also it doesn't take long to learn which makes getting started with a new system pretty quick.
Cons
One thing that felt limiting was the lack of a clear way to view timelines across multiple projects at the same time. There isn't really a single big-picture page so you end up looking at individual assigned tasks or each project timeline separately.

“Reliable teamwork but takes adjusting”
Pros
Asana works well for collaboration, project organization and staying in touch with team members. It makes it simple to follow projects and see what stage they're in and the pricing feels reasonable for what's included.
Cons
Switching over from another platform took me a bit of time to learn and get comfortable with. You also have to pay extra for some integrations and at times it can be difficult to sort through projects.

“Custom dashboard”
Pros
The dashboard was one of my favorite parts and I really appreciated being able to customize the functions to fit the way I work. Having the option to add other users was also very helpful.
Cons
The goal reminders were a downside for me. I kept getting too many emails about checking goals and after a while it started to feel overwhelming and concerning.

“Simple workflow”
Pros
It has a visually appealing interface and is easy to use. I used it regularly for quite a while before eventually moving on to other task management tools.
Cons
I ended up preferring platforms like Trello and Jira since they offer more features and broader functionality. That said it is still a great program overall.

“Top fantastic for team accountability”
Pros
We mainly rely on it for onboarding and offboarding and it's been really useful for coordinating work across different departments while keeping everyone accountable on each project. Task tracking is also easy and it's user friendly to update tasks or check where a project currently stands.
Cons
People using it for the first time may need a little time to get comfortable with it especially if they're also new to task management tools in general.

“Versatile features for task work”
Pros
It comes with a broad set of features and gives you several flexible ways to handle and support most tasks.

Switching between different project views isn't very easy and it's not really built for graphic design work.

“Teamwide visibility”
Pros
Keeping my work organized is much easier with this tool and it gives my teammates clear visibility into what I am working on. I also rely on it to set up planning and task management processes for a team spread across three different regions and it does a really good job of keeping everyone aligned and on the same page.
Cons
At the same time this tool can become disorganized pretty quickly if you're not careful. You have to stay on top of what you create because it can turn messy and confusing when the features aren't used thoughtfully.

“All your tasks in view”
Pros
One thing I really like is being able to view several tactical items all on a single screen. With a lot of software, you end up scrolling constantly just to keep track of everything so this setup is a big plus.
Cons
It can take a bit of digging to locate everything you need, like notes and similar details. Other than that, I really don't have any significant complaints.

“Too complex for teamwork”
Pros
Back when it kept things simple, it worked really well for basic task tracking. But since then all the added complexity has turned it from a reliable choice for simple task management into a below average tool for handling collaborative work.
Cons
It is overly complicated yet it still comes up short on features.

“Flexible layouts for every workflow”
Pros
Asana fits the way I work really well because it's simple to use and flexible enough for what I need. I also appreciate the different layout options, plus I can make tasks and subtasks as detailed as I want.
Cons
One thing that has been a little frustrating lately is editing comments and descriptions. I am not sure if it started after an update but clicking into the text box doesn't always let me edit and I have only noticed this issue recently.

“Clean interface for daily planning”
Pros
It is very user friendly, with a neat and clean interface that makes everything easier to navigate. Planning, assigning tasks and tracking progress all feel much simpler because of how it's laid out. It's become part of our everyday workflow at work and we rely on it daily.
Cons
The thing I'd point out is that it misses a few features you can find in alternatives like Basecamp or Monday. The options for prioritizing and sorting tasks are also pretty limited which can make task management feel a bit restricted at times.

“Task organization that just works”
Pros
The tool looks modern and very approachable even without much technical know-how. It's really helpful for splitting projects into smaller tasks, keeping everything organized and sharing work with a VA or team while tracking progress and important files in one place. The email reminders for upcoming deadlines are also very useful.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike about it. I also don't have much else to compare it to but At the same time I have never felt any reason to look for another option.

“Clean interface, powerful workflow”
Pros
It packs in plenty of functionality without feeling overloaded. The interface stays clean, user friendly and simple to navigate which makes it really pleasant to use.
Cons
A few features are still missing like built-in time tracking and some advanced options that other platforms offer. Even so, I keep returning to it for simpler projects that don't need all the extra bells and whistles that usually make the UI feel cluttered.

“Fantastic for task organization”
Pros
I must say it has been really useful for bringing all my tasks into one place and making day to day work much easier to manage. It also does a great job of organizing different projects and the ability to create templates is especially helpful when you need to reuse the same process again and again.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is the option to create custom rules in the basic plan since that would make automating task organization much better.

“Top user friendly task management”
Pros
Asana is very user friendly so even first-time users can navigate it without much trouble and really make the most of its features. The drag-and-drop options for creating projects and tasks are also a standout and make the whole process much nicer.
Cons
That said managing projects through the mobile app is not very user friendly overall. On top of that exporting data for offline use or backup can be quite frustrating and take a lot of effort.

“Easy project tracking”
Pros
Compared with tools like JIRA, this one seems much more modern, clean and easy. The interface is user friendly and simple to use which makes adoption a lot easier across the team. It's also much clearer to see what needs attention, what's already being worked on and overall it gives me everything I need to manage projects for a software team.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. Project management isn't something I usually enjoy but it makes it feel much more manageable and digestible.

“Smart integrations”
Pros
Using Asana has been a really enjoyable experience because the UX feels thoughtfully designed and makes teamwork more engaging. It adds a fun element to collaboration while also improving how we handle tasks and manage time. Another big plus is how well it works alongside many other apps and programs so there's plenty to explore and adapt to my team's workflow.
Cons
One minor downside is that the interface includes a lot of colorful elements and integrations which can be a bit distracting at times and pull my attention away from the actual work content.
