“Task tracking that boosts teams”
Pros
Being very task focused, this platform is a perfect fit for the way I work. Adding tasks, updating them, creating subtasks and assigning work to other people on the team is all very easy. It makes project tracking much more manageable and helps improve overall efficiency.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as a major downside to me though I would appreciate it being a little faster when wrapping up or moving tasks. I have noticed I sometimes need to pause for a couple of seconds between moving items just to make sure the changes are actually saved.

“Top feature rich team collaboration”
Pros
It is a great tool because the interface is user friendly while still offering plenty of useful features. It works especially well when you're managing a project, collaborating with others or keeping track of tasks. The workflows are also a major advantage.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the way task details are structured since something closer to Basecamp would be better. It can also start to feel a little cluttered once you're handling a large number of projects.

“Quick task tracking win”
Pros
Keeping up with tasks and even the smaller subtasks is fast and easy. The features are simple to understand and it's just as simple to get other team members trained and comfortable using them.
Cons
The thing that would make it more useful is stronger budget tracking. That part doesn't really stand out as its own feature right now so we still rely on a separate program to handle it.

“Fast visual task boards”
Pros
Using it is quick and very visual especially with the drag-and-drop setup for creating and managing assignments. Making new cards, updating them and shifting them across the different progress columns is easy. Also it helps that each card can hold plenty of extra context, like team members, due dates, attachments and other useful details.
Cons
Overall the functionality works really well. Still, moving cards can occasionally feel slow, particularly when a card has to be dragged to another part of the board that is off-screen because of limited screen space. The board can also start to look crowded when too much information is visible at once. It would be nice to have the option to hide card images by default and only show them after opening a card.

“Top excellent packed”
Pros
Whenever we come up with a new way to use Asana, it already seems to have the feature built in. It covers everything we need and feels like they've really thought through all the different ways teams might want to use it.
Cons
Some of the more advanced tools take a bit of time to learn although there are also plenty of simple features that I really enjoy using.

“Powerful free plan for teams”
Pros
It is easy to use and the free version already includes plenty of features to handle most business needs. Getting it up and running is very simple and new users usually adapt to it quickly without much trouble.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. It can become pretty expensive when you have a larger number of users especially if you're paying on a monthly basis. Unless you can stay on the free plan or you're working with a smaller team, the pricing can feel a bit overwhelming.

“Fantastic team collaboration hub”
Pros
One of the best parts about Asana is how well it keeps our team working together on projects. We can assign tasks to specific people so there's never any confusion about who's responsible for what. The app integrations are also really useful especially with tools like Slack.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. We used to rely on several different tools to handle the same objectives and it manages all of that in one place now so I am very happy with it.

“Centralized project tracking win”
Pros
Having this software in place made it much simpler to track marketing goals and deadlines across different departments. Everyone had a single place to check project status which kept communication clearer and more aligned. It also did a good job of helping our team stay organized and keep up with deadlines.
Cons
The only real drawback was getting everything up and running at the beginning. Setting up all the work takes a while and it also takes some time for everyone involved to get used to using it consistently.

“Versatile dashboards”
Pros
Between the customizable setup, timely alerts, useful dashboards and the ability to manage multiple projects with sub-tasks, Asana has turned into my go-to hub for project management.
Cons
Getting everyone to actually adopt it can be tough and the customization side isn't always easy. It takes a bit of practice and know-how to set the tool up properly.

“Top clean design for remote teams”
Pros
This product is very user friendly so new users can pick it up quickly and understand how it works without much effort. It works really well for a team of remote freelancers and I also love the minimal, colorful design.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any downsides right now as this product covers everything our remote freelancer team needs.

“Staying aligned across states”
Pros
With our team spread out across several states, this has been a really helpful way to share updates, deadline changes and task details without needing constant one-on-one communication. It's made the whole team more efficient and helps keep everyone organized and on track.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that the desktop version doesn't feel the same as the mobile version. It's still usable on both but you do need to pay attention to which platform you're using when working through a task.

“Useful task management features”
Pros
It is a great tool as it comes with the features I actually need. I have been using it to manage project workflows with business partners and it handles that really well. Assigning tasks and adding project participants is especially convenient and works exactly as expected.
Cons
The thing I'd still want is a mobile app that offers the same strong overview of upcoming and completed tasks that the web version provides.

“simplifies boards creation”
Pros
Creating boards and lists in it is really easy and I like being able to switch one into the other depending on how the project is progressing. That flexibility makes it much simpler to adjust the setup as work changes.
Cons
The mobile app still has some formatting problems. I work with deep subtasks that need to be opened to complete them and that experience on the iPad app could definitely be better.

“free plan is the best”
Pros
Flexibility is definitely its biggest strength. The free plan is also pretty generous which can be a deciding factor for people working on solo projects especially freelancers.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because the learning curve is fairly steep. If you're not prepared to spend some time figuring it out, the overall experience can end up being pretty frustrating.

“Powerful views that boost planning”
Pros
It's a very powerful tool with lots of great features. Having different ways to view projects like lists, boards/Kanban, calendars and more makes it very easy to manage work in the way that suits you best.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the option to archive project tasks, similar to what Trello offers. It would also be helpful if a main task could be marked complete automatically once all of its subtasks are finished.

“keeps us away from distractions”
Pros
The tool gives me a calm, distraction free space to work with my colleagues, away from the noise of Facebook and the back-and-forth of email, while setting up projects and tasks so things actually get done.
Cons
The help section could definitely be better especially for people who aren't very comfortable with computers. It's still possible to learn the program if you take time to study it but the support in that area should have been done better.

“Easy team adoption”
Pros
Getting our team up and running was much simpler than I expected. I assumed it would require a lot of training but it turned out to be very user friendly and people adapted to it quickly.
Cons
For me the only real issue is that the way different projects are organized, along with who can view what, can be a bit confusing. It feels somewhat cramped and not as user friendly as it could be even though it's still usable once you understand how it works.

“Rule based task organization shines”
Pros
After a couple of months of using it, it has turned out to be an amazing tool for managing projects separately while sharing complete details with other team members. One feature I really like is the Rule function which is extremely handy and works very well. It automatically converts tasks and sends them to the right original bucket making task organization feel much more professional and efficient.
Cons
The interface looks good Overall but it still needs some improvement. When a user logs in, it would be much better if the GUI provided a complete overview of the project along with its overall progress right from the start.
