“Project tracking that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Being able to monitor every project, assign tasks to specific employees and set up recurring work has made a big difference. It's much simpler to manage everything and stay on top of who is responsible for what.
Cons
At times tracking down a task or subtask can be a bit difficult and reading through detailed notes within tasks isn't always very convenient.

“great experience”
Pros
Using it as a workflow and document management tool for my team has been a really positive experience. Having documents stored directly in the platform helps us stay on top of changes and it means we can always access the latest files whenever we need them even while on the go.
Cons
After using it for quite a while, I have gotten very comfortable with the platform and have been genuinely satisfied with it. I really don't have any complaints.

“Keeps production on track”
Pros
It has been excellent for organizing production and making sure everyone stays aligned with what needs to get done. It helps the whole team stay on track and adds a clear sense of accountability across the board.
Cons
The thing that could be better is deeper integration with our existing systems and overall ecosystem since right now it sometimes feels like just one more platform we have to check.

“Top powerful planning”
Pros
Using Asana has really helped both me and my team grow because it keeps everyone connected and makes it easier to take the right steps during project execution. The reporting it offers has also been very useful for building effective business plans and making better decisions. On top of that the software is simple to work with and has a very appealing interface.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the number of repetitive tasks or processes since automating more of them would make work much more convenient. It also seems somewhat limited when it comes to integrations because it only integrates with a smaller range of software. That creates issues with attaching certain document types when they need to be shared with team members.

“Clean layout for shared planning”
Pros
My wife and I rely on it to keep track of personal tasks together. Being able to split a project into several sections and organize everything into different groups and categories is the feature I value most. On top of that the interface feels better than any other task management app I have used.
Cons
The free plan is pretty limited in what it offers. For instance, I'd have to pay to get the Gantt/timeline view which would be much better if it were included. There's also no way to archive a section after every task in it has been completed.

“Flexible task lists”
Pros
Having the ability to customize task lists to fit the needs of each specific project is really useful. The project templates are also a huge help and save a lot of time when getting things set up.
Cons
I feel like the overall user experience could still be better. There seems to be a big focus on rolling out innovative features but some basic customer service improvements still feel missing. For example, when trying to get back to a team from a project, there isn't a button within the task list view which can be frustrating.

“Dashboard that boosts productivity”
Pros
Starting my day by checking the dashboard on it is something I really enjoy. It helps me stay more productive and keeps me from procrastinating as much during work.
Cons
The only downside is the pricing which I think could be a bit more competitive. As far as functionality goes though, I really cannot fault it.

“Task tracking that keeps everyone aligned”
Pros
Our managers and team rely on this software to assign tasks, monitor what's happening across the product, see who each task belongs to, track progress and make sure deadlines are being met.
Cons
It's a pretty complex product and it takes quite a bit of time to set everything up well enough to really use it to its full potential.

“Lifesaver for staying organized”
Pros
this has been a total lifesaver for keeping everything organized. I love that it integrates with Slack so notifications go straight there and that makes it really convenient. It's also very user friendly and the daily reminder emails are a big plus since that's the way I prefer to stay on top of things.
Cons
My only real issue is with how recurring tasks are displayed. You can set a task to repeat but it doesn't actually show up visually each week in advance. For instance, if I have something that repeats every Friday, the next one won't appear until I mark the current task as done. That's definitely a drawback because I prefer being able to see upcoming tasks ahead of time. Because of that, I end up manually creating new tasks for myself and my writers.

“easy project planning powerhouse”
Pros
It is a reliable tool with a very user friendly interface. It offers a strong set of project management and collaboration features from basic ones like assigning tasks, setting due dates and leaving comments, to more advanced options like tracking dependencies within projects. It does a great job of keeping everyone on the same page with tasks and timelines, while giving the team one central place for all project information.
Cons
Over the years it has added a lot of new capabilities that have significantly expanded what the product can do. Features like project templates for repeatable workflows and dependent tasks have especially improved it compared with the earlier versions. At this point I honestly don't feel like anything important is missing.

“Clean design”
Pros
The interface has a calm, uncluttered feel that makes it pleasant to work in. It comes with plenty of features, the setup is simple and it doesn't take long to get comfortable with how things work. The integrations with file-sharing tools and similar apps are also a nice plus.
Cons
At the same time tracking down every feature you may need can be a bit confusing. It still doesn't feel as powerful as some competing tools, the appearance cannot be customized much and the pricing feels higher than it should be.

“Engaging teamwork”
Pros
The tool does a really nice job of feeling user friendly while also bringing a social-network-style experience into project management. That approach makes the platform especially appealing for younger team members which helps boost participation and makes it easier for everyone to work together effectively.
Cons
Getting the app set up properly on Apple was a little tricky At first but once you figure it out, everything works fine.

“Packed features for content planning”
Pros
Switching over from Trello was worth it because this gives me a much better view of my social media content calendar and helps me map out tasks clearly. I can use checklists, assign tasks, add uploads and keep everything organized in one place. It has a lot of features, scales well as needs grow and updates in real time for everyone involved.
Cons
The one frustration I have is with the upload limit. When I need to add videos to my content calendar, it won't allow uploads larger than 50MB.

“Fantastic for team alignment”
Pros
Working with a team is much more organized with this software. I am a big Trello fan but this is another really amazing option for keeping everyone aligned and on the same page.
Cons
Getting everything set up was pretty frustrating and more complicated than I expected. I really wish the setup process were simpler and the Zapier integration also felt overly involved instead of being as hassle free as we wanted.

“Team collaboration that delivers”
Pros
Across our organization, different departments were juggling all kinds of collaborative tasks and this helped everyone stay focused and keep up with each person's progress.
Cons

Pros
The platform is user friendly, the design is modern and even the free version comes with an amazing set of useful features.

Pros
Having multiple view tabs really helps when tracking project progress since I can switch between calendar view, timeline view and other layouts depending on what I need at the moment.

“Clear teamwork”
Pros
It is simple to navigate thanks to its clear interface. It's flexible and gives teams plenty of ways to collaborate. I can assign group tasks and break them down into sub-tasks which helps keep everything organized. It also lets you choose between visible or private projects depending on what the team needs. The updates, reminders and quick notifications are helpful and overall it gives good control over activities, tasks and projects that are usually harder to manage when work is spread across different people or locations.
Cons
One thing that disappoints me is that the paid version I am currently using still feels very basic in terms of features. I'd really like to see more worthwhile tools added over time because otherwise it raises the question of why keep paying when the free version already works very well.
