“best for project tracking”
Pros
Right from the start it helped our team keep track of what needed to be done next across the different tasks in our project development.
Cons
It would be even better with a few more features that could be especially useful for users like students trying to complete their projects.

“Helpful task assignment”
Pros
It made it easy to assign tasks to different people across the company. Adding notes and creating subtasks is also simple which helps keep everything well organized.
Cons
Since it's a web-based tool, it's accessible from anywhere which is convenient. That said it doesn't feel especially flexible and there are still a few features missing.

“powerful features for faster delivery”
Pros
This platform packs an impressive number of features. On the surface, it can look like just another project management tool but after a few months of using it, the deeper functionality starts to make a real difference. Once you learn the nuances, it helps increase project velocity, speed up deliverables and build clear layers of ownership and accountability across more complex projects.
Cons
Getting started isn't especially easy. The big question for any organization is really how to use it in a way that supports its existing project management approach. It works with most project management philosophies but that flexibility also means there are a lot of features and functions available that some teams may never use which can make the platform feel less user friendly. The best way around that is to have a strong project lead who is clear on how the team should use it and can train others on only the most important functions first. After that, people can gradually pick up the more advanced nuances over time.

“Playful touches”
Pros
The clean design made it quick to get started and setup and team communication were very easy. Support from the company has also been reliable. I also enjoy the little extras like the celebratory flying yetis and the fun Tab-B feature.
Cons
The way views are configured can be a bit confusing and it would be better with a few more options.

“Collaboration that keeps projects moving”
Pros
Working together in it is very easy. Assigning tasks is simple and it makes collaborating on projects with a team much more manageable.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve because the platform includes a lot of features. To really take advantage of everything it offers, you need to spend some time getting familiar with how it works.

“affordable sprint planning powerhouse”
Pros
Compared with a lot of other tools we considered, this was one of the more affordable options for our small indie dev team. We use it to map out multiple sprints across different development areas and we also keep a master plan for the overall project. It does a really good job of keeping everyone aligned and it makes sharing all the important task details easy right inside the tasks. The Slack integration is especially strong too as you can connect it to channels and individual users which makes it fit even better into our existing workflow.
Cons
One downside is that the pricing tiers jump pretty fast from very affordable to something that feels much more geared toward funded startups than small companies. That said it's also the kind of jump you expect from a tool this capable and honestly nobody else really does it quite like they do.

“Strong appeal”
Pros
Among the different project management tools I have used, this one is by far the most visually appealing.
Cons
It's not exactly a dealbreaker but it would be much better if there were a clearer way to organize projects into folders since things can get messy.

“Top powerful collaboration”
Pros
Right from the start the collaboration tools in this software felt incredibly powerful. It makes it simple to share ideas, documents, tasks and plenty more in one place. There is a bit of a learning curve At first so it takes some intentional effort to understand how everything works. Once it clicks though, it becomes something you genuinely enjoy using.
Cons
There was definitely an adjustment period in the beginning but once everything started to make sense, it really clicked.

“best for remote collaboration”
Pros
Compared with other tools I have used, this one really stands out because it works well online. The interface is simple to access, account syncing is one of its strongest features and the mobile app is well optimized. It also works very well for remote collaboration and I can even use it as a discussion forum for team conversations.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that it doesn't let me set work dates properly and the calendar in the mobile app doesn't have a very appealing interface. Also notifications are limited to email and not everyone prefers receiving them that way. It would be much better if notifications were optional and came with more delivery choices.

“Useful free plan”
Pros
The free plan covers most of what I need which has made it really practical to use. It also integrates well with other tools and those integrations are definitely a strong point.
Cons
Pricing is where it falls short for me. There isn't an upgrade option that fits my budget well and the next plan up doesn't include enough added functionality to make the cost feel worthwhile. The tier that actually has what I need ends up being far too expensive.

“Fantastic for task visibility”
Pros
As we've been rolling out a new CRM, it has played a big role for our organization. Adding users to the team is easy, tasks can be assigned in no time and email alerts are sent right away whenever something new is assigned. It's also really useful that update and reminder emails can be scheduled daily or weekly especially when there are a lot of other responsibilities competing for attention. Since I am very much a list-oriented person, it helps a lot to clearly see what needs to get done and who's responsible for it.
Cons
Can be a little tricky for people who aren't very comfortable with tech. The navigation takes some getting used to and it's pretty possible to click around and accidentally close tasks without meaning to. It's not a major problem but there is definitely a learning and setup period before new users feel fully comfortable with how everything works.

Pros
Planning upcoming projects and the tasks within them is really easy with this. The layout is well organized and that structure makes it genuinely helpful to work in.

“task tracking starter”
Pros
As a starting point for project tracking, it works really well. Even on the free plan, you can keep up with tasks and assign them to specific team members. It also lets you look at everything in either a list view or a board view which makes it much easier to see what's still outstanding.
Cons
One downside is the pretty large gap between the free and paid versions. A lot of the stronger features are locked behind a subscription and the paid plan feels a bit expensive in my opinion.

Pros
It's incredibly customizable so you can set it up in whatever way fits your workflow best. That flexibility really helps me stay organized and keep up with my tasks.

“Features at reliable value”
Pros
After trying a few other task management platforms that didn't really work out, this one has been a much better fit for us. It's easy to use and does what we need without a lot of hassle which matters when so many tools come with a steep learning curve. We also really appreciate that new features keep getting added without requiring us to pay extra.
Cons
Better project search would make things even faster especially when trying to locate exactly what you need.

“Flexible project tracking options”
Pros
Everything seems clear and easy to use. It gives you a lot of flexibility to set up separate projects, track subtasks, assign work to other team members and choose whether a project stays private or is visible to the whole team. The different project views are also really useful, whether I want to see tasks as a list of line items or as visual cards.
Cons
Getting a project set up and entering all the tasks does take a lot of time. Some of my teammates also say the platform is confusing so I end up having to train them even though I personally don't think it's difficult to use.

“A lifesaver for organized writing”
Pros
It has transformed the way I manage my online work. Being able to organize projects into specific sections and track my progress so clearly is incredibly valuable. Having one dependable place to keep all of my information saves me hours every single day. As a writer, having a space to store my work and drafts feels like a dream. The platform is easy to understand and I can break everything down into TASKS sort them by PLATFORMS and use the DETAILS section to make each step of the work feel more manageable. It gives me the structure I need to stay consistent, focused and intentional with what I share with my readers.
Cons
I still sometimes struggle when trying to move items from one task to another section's task although that feels more like a challenge on my end than a flaw in the software itself. I can be a bit all over the place and it actually helps me see everything I currently have in progress.

“all in one project tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Having everything in one project management platform really helps keep the whole team on track. It does a good job of monitoring each user, the interface is simple and the design is user friendly so managing assigned tasks is much simpler. It's a very capable tool that lets people handle their work from one place and the drag-and-drop setup makes day to day use even more convenient. Staying on top of a project is also much easier with the visual tools like bar graphs, Gantt charts and pie charts. The timeline view gives a clear picture of ongoing work, keeps records in a linear format and makes it easier to follow multiple moving parts across more complex team structures.
Cons
Feels too expensive for the software. On top of that even fairly basic features like Gantt chart visuals and the timeline view are locked behind the paid plan so sticking with the free version doesn't really seem practical. The email functionality can also become overwhelming especially when a project involves a lot of clients since sorting through a large volume of notifications just to find details about assigned tasks can get frustrating.

“Powerful project task tracking”
Pros
One thing that really worked well for me in Asana is its task management, project planning and file attachment features for keeping references in one place. You can set up tasks for every project you create, assign them to teammates and then track the progress once the work is completed.
Cons
Handling multiple projects at the same time can feel a little complicated because the view gets crowded. The dashboard could definitely be more simpler to navigate.

“easy task tracking”
Pros
Asana has been really useful for keeping projects and tasks organized while making collaboration with the rest of the team much easier. There are plenty of features you can add and use, like tags, tracking completed tasks, assigning people to specific tasks with due dates, adding subtasks and leaving comments on individual tasks. It covers a lot of what you need to manage work in one place.
Cons
The downside is that many of the more useful features are locked behind the premium upgrade which does make sense since the company still needs to make money.
