“Helpful for accountability”
Pros
I like that it helps keep team members accountable for their deliverables.
Cons
At the same time staying on top of updating and adding tasks takes more effort than I'd like. I'd rather manage my workload through Slack.

“Top reliable tracking”
Pros
Handling multiple projects used to be really challenging but this tool ended up being exactly what I wanted in a project management platform. I have been using it for years and the experience has been fantastic. It consistently keeps everything tracked well so I can clearly monitor the progress of my projects as well as my team members' performance. It also helps me distribute my workload better and come up with different ways to manage projects more efficiently. Another useful part is that it shows how much time I spend on a specific task which has been helping me manage both my time and overall workflow more effectively.
Cons
The only weakness I see is that the automation features still are not developed in a very advanced way. Aside from that, it performs really well in our organization and I haven't run into any major issues with this project management tool.

“Clean interface, a bit pricey”
Pros
Starting a new role at an engineering firm last year is when I first got acquainted with it. Our teams use the platform to manage multiple projects and keep tabs on progress across different workstreams. The interface is simple and user friendly so setting up projects and tasks doesn't take much effort or require a lot of clicking around or bouncing between windows.
Cons
That said the biggest deterrent for me is the pricing. It feels fairly expensive for what it offers and even though it can connect with other applications, I have still had a tough time seeing the cost-benefit side of it in a favorable way.

“Easy daily workflow boost”
Pros
This is the tool I keep coming back to because it really simplifies my work. The interface is user friendly and everything seems easy to navigate.
Cons
A thing that can be a bit overwhelming is the number of emails it sends. At times the notifications feel excessive.

“Google drive sync wins”
Pros
It felt like a fast and well organized project management tool for our team. It helps us keep communication attached to each task which makes collaboration much clearer. We also really like how smoothly it integrates with Google Drive making setup easy and convenient. Team members can add messages and progress updates directly within tasks and that has reduced our email volume a lot while helping us stay on track. Everyone can gather incoming work there as well and sort it by priority especially through the upcoming section. Another feature we really value is Boards since it gives us a visual way to organize work and removes the need for another app to handle that. On top of that the mobile version is simple to roll out and gives us a reliable, flexible way to view and complete tasks while on the go.
Cons
A few people have mentioned that the Team Transparency view can feel too detailed when it comes to assignments and task progress but honestly those are the exact features our team wanted when we chose it.

“Task tracking done right”
Pros
Asana has been a must-have for staying on top of tasks. One of the best parts is being able to switch between a list view and a calendar view depending on what works better. The color coding for teams is also really helpful since it makes it quick to tell which task belongs where.
Cons
Up to this point it has handled everything I have needed it to do and the layout is easy to navigate so I really haven't run into any issues.

“Free plan that delivers”
Pros
Having it available at no cost for up to 15 users has been a big win for us. There are around 13 people on our team and it has really helped the company accomplish a lot.
Cons
I do not have any complaints. For a free version, it has supported my company and business in many useful ways and does exactly what we need it to do.

“Helpful for remote teams”
Pros
After trying the free trial, this tool already seems like a good fit for remote collaboration with team members. Both the frontend and backend interfaces, along with the available options, are user friendly and easy to work with. It works well for beginners while still being useful for more experienced professionals. Overall it's been a really helpful remote work tool.
Cons
The only downside is that it doesn't offer enough advanced features for chat communication.

Pros
Plenty of tools out there handle time tracking and project management but this one stands out to me because it's easy to implement and get running. It lets me stay on top of my daily tasks and projects from anywhere at any time which has been really convenient. Overall it's an excellent option for time tracking.
Cons

“Daily team coordination wins”
Pros
Day to day collaboration with my team is much more organized with this tool. I am able to assign tasks and projects to different team members, stay on top of their progress and follow up when needed. If anyone has questions, they can also contact me through Teams which helps keep communication moving.
Cons
One limitation is that a single task cannot be assigned to two team members At the same time since it only allows one assignee. Another frustrating part is that when I assign a project and someone marks it as complete, the project details disappear afterward.

“Just right for project planning”
Pros
As far as project management tools go, this one really hits the sweet spot. The learning curve is pretty light but it still has plenty of depth once you start using more of its features. After getting familiar with it, most of the time goes into actually doing the work instead of painfully trying to organize everything inside the software.
Cons
One downside is that photos and other attachments get reduced in size when you upload them to a task. It's not a major issue for everyday task completion but if your team needs to share large files, you'll probably need to use a separate tool for that.

“Staying on track together”
Pros
Keeping projects organized and on schedule has been really easy. Also it makes collaboration with teammates very simple especially when working remotely because everyone can clearly see what others are doing.
Cons
I don't have any issues with the software itself. The toughest part has been getting everyone at the company to use it consistently the way they're supposed to since the tool works really well.

“Fantastic project visibility”
Pros
Over the past few years, Asana has become a core part of how our business runs. It gives us strong content and project management tools and as a small design and web development agency, we can finally follow every project from the initial inquiry all the way through to completion. It has done a lot to keep our workflow efficient and transparent and we've even created shared teams with certain clients so they can stay updated on the progress of their projects. The best part is that we've managed all of this on the free plan. We did test the paid version for a short time but for our small team which is a bit resistant to change, the free version already includes just about everything we need.
Cons
That said a few parts of the platform feel more complex than expected. We'd really appreciate more color choices for separating projects and tags instead of being limited to the same 16 options. The email notifications could also use work since they send more messages than necessary and don't offer much customization. Customer support does reply which is a plus but many of the improvements we've asked about seem to have been sitting in the request backlog for years.

“Helpful task tracking workflow”
Pros
Creating tasks in it is very easy and assigning them to the right people is just as simple. I can set task priorities without any hassle, add comments directly on each task and mark work as completed by moving it into another column which keeps the workflow clear.
Cons
The conversation feature was confusing for me because I couldn't figure out how to mark those items as finished or remove them permanently. They kept showing up which made everything harder to follow. It's also frustrating that tasks don't automatically sort by priority so I have to keep rearranging them myself.
